Powers	Winged Flight - Wie is remarkably graceful, speedy, and strong in the airspace above CHS and Crescent City. He lives up to that name, too, occasionally squealing 'wheee!' in mid-flight, this is highly likely to be due to his sire's holiday-based personality. While mom isn't a stick in the mud, she has had to ground Wie a few times to make sure he knows the laws and rules of the area - they have other fliers here, they have airplanes and drones and superheroes please don't bump into any of those things! Wie can however confidently keep up with a speedy little camera drone, and isn't dumb enough to actually cross paths with a helicopter or a jet! Teleportation - His ability with this power is present and accounted for, but he isn't nearly as confident in its use as his mother would like. He can move through the Nexus and visit places that others have imagined for him, and what he lacks in style moving between those dimensions, he still has an oddly specific and permanent memory for locations across the multiverse, and can revisit them as though they're just up the block Telepathy, Verbal Speech - With a deeper voice than you would expect out of a little guy like this, Wie's vocabulary is... somewhat limited, he's not 'stupid' but he definitely focuses his efforts and intellect on things that are fun and enjoyable in the here and now, rather than dwelling on history or sciences. He does know how to greet folks in numerous short phrases from a dozen different languages, and has the presence of mind to hook people up to the right directory when they start talking in words he will never hope to learn. His mental voice is also bright and cheerful, though a touch on the echoing side, if you get my drift, and he will only reach out to minds if he feels them trying to communicate. Otherwise he'll pull someone from the staff (see below) to work with anyone that he cannot help immediately
Clusters	Ever The Helper +3 He once saw a Mr. Rogers Neigh-Boar-hood (... yes that's a fur side thing) (it's exactly what you think it is) where it was suggested that you should always look for the helpers in a crowd. He decided right then and there to be one of those helpers. And because of his charm and simple enjoyable presence, any group including panicky kids will calm and focus on him when he starts his chirping little song. Though it's not really a concsious thing, he also is always looking for the right way in and out of a location, he always knows where the emergency exits in a building or vehicle are, and encourages people to watch for his high-held tail tip when they need to gather. All group activities gain a +2 to all skills while they are being attended (and are attentive to him), and even if he doesn't truly know how to actively 'delegate', he does so in a subconscious manner by spotting those who can and suggesting they do what they do best. From raising a new barn to getting everyone safe from a small plane that landed on the freeway nearby, or just getting a crowd of preschoolers from one side of campus to the other without incident, he's the one you want
Skills	Identify Important Features +3 If it's a person, place, or thing, it has a spot in his short-term memory until it's no longer 'all that important'. If it becomes important multiple times, it'll definitely remain there forever! So he's able to actually get decent grades on even hard classes but everyone knows none of that information is going to remain in his furry little brain too much longer than a test or homework assignment. But he knows people, all the best ones. And places? You got it, he has the perfect route! And things? Oh things are his favorite, look at this one and that! Briefly Parrot +3 When he hears the same phrases over and over in different languages, he unconsciously understands contextual clues and tones. If he learns 'this is Fur-side Vietnamese' he will recognize and be able to reproduce just enough to make it clear that he a) knows you need help and b) cannot speak much more give him a minute to grab someone who can! Where his Identify skill can give him a little boost for picking the right answers to pass an exam, this one can let him move through a crowd and call out to that one lost kid who would probably only recognize his parents tone, though not necessarily their exact voices. You should hear him gossip, because he relays the exact words in their exact tones - if only once, so get your phone out and record it for later... Can Understand Non-Verbal Things Too +3 Did you know that a sentient frequency of yellow energy wants to talk to the school administration? Those plants did in fact thank you for the fertilizer pellets. A kid is crying and they can't tell you why - but Wie knows. If it is an actual attempt at communication, or can be inferred to be, he treats it exactly the same as if it's a spoken phrase. He doesn't really 'get' why there are tides or how bees fly or what magnets do, but if a bee is happy about those flowers growing big and strong thanks to your water and care, he will tell the gardner about it
Knacks	Easily Emotionally Manipulated -1 Wie thrives in a fun, helpful, bright environment, but people recognize that he's not exactly the sharpest lightbulb in the shed. People who have any kind of empathic control are able to exert this power a notch or two stronger on him, and he is also often at the whim of a large crowd if he's not expecting it (like 'a bomb goes off' he will need a moment to collect his thoughts and 'be the helper' but in those moments he is exactly as scared or surprised as anyone else) Knows All The Holidays +3 His sire is a holiday Terigon! Other Info	When he graduates he'll definitely continue to work at CHS with the childcare and campus tour system, and on weekends or over the breaks, in a similar capacity at the beach and Crescent Towne Recreation Center. Right now, he has been put into 'whatever needs doing 6th Period' so that might mean he's carrying messages across campus to the more remote fields, or bringing potential students to their right locations, or just sitting down with the childcare group to make sure that everyone gets the right snacks and no allergens get handed to the wrong kids
