Powers	Winged Flight - Though small and fast, Liena isn't very strong in the air. She can zip around above the heads of most students during breaks in the halls, but can only lift herself and that special lil' book bag she's got with her Terigon-sized stuff in it. If the weather is nice and stable, she can glide or soar a bit, but she is usually looking for spots to perch or teleport to anyway Teleportation - Now here she shines, because she knows just exactly how to plot a landing and starting point! She does cruise around an area whether it's on the wing or on the ground (so many knees in the way though) before deciding where the best teleport 'tag' should go, makes a mental note of it, and that's that, it's part of her locational routine. She cannot take more than herself and whatever she's carrying, though if that includes a smaller living creature well that's 'more than herself' I guess technically speaking, but she does not have what might be called a 'range' on this ability, so if you really need to get home to Nome Alaska from your class trip down in Ensenada Baja California... Done. Can you picture it clearly enough for her to get a good teleport tag? Well then let's freakin' GO! Telepathy, Verbal Speech - A smooth talker in all respects, with a mental voice like a cloak of darkness .... well no okay it's more like a carefully applied satin blindfold, with a voice in your ear that hints of both surprise and a tiny bit of danger. She is the tiny bit of danger. Because she's tiny, and she still has teeth. Her physical voice is stronger than a little bitty Terigon's might seem, she knows how to project because at her size she has to somehow get attention in a big person crowded area! It's not shrill, she's still got a clear and obvious lilt to it, more like a confident cheerleader than a scared tiny derg
Clusters	Rules Lawyer +3 She's not really a stick in the mud type, but she does want things done according to a plan, schedule, or the rules if they exist. She always figures 'if they bothered to write it down you should do it that way'. That said, she also understands that not all rules are written, and some of them contain mistakes, biases, and conflicts of interest inherently. So she does make the effort to understand those aspects outside of the written letter, and then makes suggested edits to those who wrote them... Not always accepted by said writers, particularly if they are the biased types. In the case of 'when she's running a tabletop game' you actually want her on your side, because yes she definitely will rules-lawyer it up but not in an abusive way. She knows the first rule of tabletop is 'having fun' so if you need to bend or ignore specifically-written rules, that's the rule!
Skills	Explain It Like You're Five +3 Without talking down, Liena can explain those rules, even complex ones, to folks who Just Don't Get It. It might take a while, might require charts or examples or repeated demonstrations, but has the patience of a saint, and really does want you to understand! Time For Play, Time For Lunch, There's Always Time For Something +3 Meaning she is able to fit in virtually any activity, and if she says she'll be there at 2PM she will definitely be there, perhaps abruptly teleporting in but she'll do it. Her only regret is that she cannot 'time port' to be there and there and there and-- She does sort of exhaust herself and has to be reminded to rest, usually by her dad A Perfect Memory For Faces, Places, and Aces +3 If there's something out of place, moved a little since her last seeing it, or if you've done something with your hair and gotten a new perfume, she'll definitely notice it. Her list of teleport locations is ever-growing, and she's had to resort to transcribing many of them to keep track of ones she doesn't really need or only used a couple times. But she's very good at detective games and spot-the-differences, as well as 'hey that guy keeps showing up at rallies and tends to start shit with locals but he's not from here' moments that might aid police in finding the culprits or conspirators in times of danger
Knacks	Is So Small +3/-3 She's half the size of dad, even when she's grown up. Now, this does have the advantage that she can sneak around (particularly with a bit of darkness to cover her) and gets ignored if she needs to be just by hiding behind a larger person's leg or whatever, and she can hitch rides on folks with remarkable ease. But that also definitely comes with the baggage of being treated sometimes like a child, a pet, an object, or just completely ignored when she wants to be heard, often enough distracting people by the fact that she is so small and cute isn't she just don't you just want to love her and cuddle her and - ow, you do have sharp teeth don't you you little scamp! Always Looks Formal For The Locale +3 With a bright spark of white on her wings being the only significant amount of difference on her, you might mistake her for a shadow but also she never seems out of place or scruffy. Her grooming habits are precise and careful, really no one's ever seen a feather ruffled, or a stray piece of fur drift off her tail. That does mean she kind of looks like a 'kid with a pocket protector' at times, but she's fine with that; if she had pockets she'd definitely protect them!
