Other: Though quite a bit like her mother in her gregarious nature she's actually a bit hesitant to sleep with just anyone, at least unsafely; she's taken her cue from Melissa about how to deal with her intense feelings

Weight: 125* Icarus treatment reduced adult weight, but she's strongly muscled and has just the right curves, wasp-waisted

Hair: vibrantly black with very slight blue overtones, more wavy than curly, silky but not flyaway, and kept pretty long (untied it falls to her lower back)

Eyes: medium blue with faintly grey ring, smokey look is natural, with thick lashes

Appearance: fair skinned that tans into a golden shade, a few small older scars but nothing since Icarus treatments; has an adventurous and exploration-worthy style, found some Birkenstock shoes and refuses to wear anything else; usually smiling and bright eyed, but she does have a powerful pout, strong voice but not shrill or too high

Genetic Abilities: strongly empathic and telepathic, with a good dose of Vortal vision to her. She has a very long range for her Vortal sense, able to pick out any powered mind within 100 miles, and distinguish any non-Vortal minds at 50 meters or less. Her telepathy is strong enough to speak with her mind at nearly 50 miles away, and she does have to dial it back if they're in the same room. She can speak with normal minds at 10 meters or less, which surprises some Pantheon, normally they're off limits. Empathically she can sense single people on up to groups of 25 or so with ease, distinguishing their moods, background or overall thought patterns, and any hidden agendas. She can to a small extent exert her control over those within about 5 meters of herself, so she likes to become the center of attention and then distract folks with a shiny smile and a silly joke or story about exploring. Asia helps there, tremendously. She can affect non-Vortal minds easily, but any powered people can resist it if needed.

Icarus Processing: Yes, at age 10 with others, also given some skill downloads and patched that poor education up; improved physical health and durability considerably - she takes damage from things but heals superficial wounds or illnesses around 3x faster than normal, and has not gotten sick at all even when around contagious people. She is a little stronger than normal, but not much, and is unaffected otherwise physically beyond weight and health. It boosted her Vortal power strongly.
Skills or Profession: with a sense of wonder and compassion, Nisse has been groomed as a storyteller and barker, but prefers 'tour guide' to that. She's not a showman, but more a gentle nudge than a shout and point. Early in her life she had hung out with the other children and was taught tumbling and acrobatic skills, climbing, exploration, and common survival skills. With the downloads she got more history and geography, psychology, basic medical and triage skills, and literature - she can quote Shakespeare but nowhere near as well as Paxton... But she does like listening to him recite it... oh no. As an adult with a dragon, she concentrates on getting people where they need to be, and also fixing them up or getting them in shape enough to be moved so they can have medical care done elsewhere. She's got better than adequate skills with bandages, splints, skin and eye care, and can recognize symptoms of many illnesses or parasites. Also she knows how to list these things in notation that the other medics can easily read. Since she tends to hang out in the Cafe, she also knows how to brew a really nice cup of coffee, but also mix herbs and flowers for teas and other needs.
Personality: Considerably friendlier than her father but she does tend to hang around him more than mom, who ... well, she kind of thinks Passion is a bit of a flake, and she isn't wrong. Nisse has more goals and direction than her mother, that's for sure. Working with the brewers and coffee collection, she has access to people when they're at their most vulnerable. If they had a nightclub, she would likely be the barkeep someone goes to to sob into their beer. Notably however, she is horny as hell - not as bad as her mom in that regard, but there's a specific kind of demand that she's described that sounds an awful lot like Melissa's. It is entirely possible that this is a genetic component that lurked around in Passion for a while, so she's often giving men the once-over with a much more interested eye than she would like to admit.

Events or History: Born among the 'middle' of the Hippy groups, Nisse might have suffered from being the same 'middle child' as her own mother, in another world. But she doesn't demand attention and doesn't try to steal anyone's thunder. She isn't 'content' with the life they have here, she knows there's more work ahead, and isn't afraid to go do it. With the arrival of her dragon, she knows that purpose is a sure thing!

Because of her powers, and the gatherings of people that show up to the Cafe, she and Asia tend to work with dad up in the Cafe on the Hill. She does regular patrols, however, and is often tapped for refugee guarding and mood enhancement on the way elsewhere.

Powers: Winged Flight, Asia is a sure and steady flier, and can lift around 3 human weights without trouble, carrying them for 50 or so miles without tiring in the air. She can navigate easily in bad conditions, including snow and blizzards, sleet and hail, fog or low-light, as well as in complicated surroundings like deep forest, ruins, or open featureless desert. She isn't as fast as some of her nest mates, but she will get there in the end.
Understand Languages, Telepathy, Cheer; her ability to communicate is superb, as like some in her nest she can simply know the language being spoken nearby. She doesn't necessarily remember that language longer than needed to communicate with that person, but can do so over and over if needed. This includes Vort, Whale, Voidwhale, Morse Code, and the like, anything that requires a learning curve she's already mastered it. She can spot her rider anywhere, literally anywhere, including from the Void, between, Xen, or wherever else. Any powered mind can detect her thoughts, which are velvety. Additionally she can use her Cheer ability to keep the mood of even desperate people from bottoming out, and can do this for a dozen or so humans nearby - this is why she and Nisse partnered up, after all! They make an incredibly good team, to keep people occupied even in their darkest hours.
Size Shifting; Asia does well with this power, able to increase her size up to 12' tall at the shoulder to match most 'large' dragons for a short time (around half an hour), or shrink down to 3' at the shoulder to explore, which lasts considerably longer, around 8 hours at this size before she just pops back to normal. They've been called Artemis and her Deer, and Nisse thinks this is just perfect for them as they're on the hunt for refugees to rescue!
Healing, probably the most important power that Asia has, though it isn't as overall strong as she wants it to be. Asia can heal deep wounds and burns, breaks, and alleviate symptoms but not cure diseases, she can identify those diseases with the aid of Nisse, but someone else has to take care of that. She has seen far too many burn victims in this broken realm.
Order and Light Magic; When needed, Asia can stamp her hooved hind feet and cause bright sparks and a flash to attract attention, and summons a bit of power to subdue any chaotic thoughts in the area, within around 20 meters. An unruly mob won't listen to that cheerful speech after all, but once she's gotten that attention they sure will!
