Bayaran 31 - working at and housed near any of the different clinic locations, these bonds do a lot of paperwork but also collect information and images, doing searches for inspirational goals; they're not 'advertising agents' but some of them might branch into that field once they're done with paying their bond!
Budak 10 - though neither of his parents particularly 'approve' of this ownership of people, the fact is that sometimes high powered Budak need specifically targeted work, and can't be out and about in public. He makes sure that those who have unusual talents, such as command over fish, or metalshaping, work in the dock areas in conjunction with his father's group, but there are also at least two who attend the homesteads in Nofa and Aerie Island, and one who is able to open teleport portals who lives on Dreamery Island - a transportation expert, who can tend to dreamers for treatment too, and is respected far more as an equal than a servant (but doesn't like 'all the paperwork, ugh' - he has a special arrangement that allows for this skill and power use without being Raised or in another Status)

Minor

Localized Particle Control (<major) - the range at which he uses this normally major power is curtailed, but he can create an entirely clean single room in moments just by whooshing his hand around similar to how his mother would do Bending routines. He dust-bends, he likes to joke but it's true!

Human Empathy - if he's near a group of people and one of them is hiding an injury, they aren't hiding it from him. He is exceptionally well tuned to distress brought on from injuries, rather than basic emotional stability - so he can tell the difference between someone being agitated due to anger or sadness, from another that's distressed thanks to a new injury that might prevent them from finishing their job today. He routinely uses this power in a more or less passive manner as he walks through any facility belonging to him or his father, since the workers in these shell-fish and seafood processing plants are apt to be strong willed and prideful, and thus not always willing to admit they've been badly cut or can't feel their fingertips any longer. He will step right up, barely pausing to introduce himself if they're new, and make sure that they understand that they won't be going deeper in debt if they get injured at these places: he's there to make sure they pay their debts, and you can't do that if you can't feel the oyster's pearl!

Major

Major Healing - up to 16 points of damage, usually elemental or physical, rather than long term illness or disease; must be touching the subject; wounds of 8 points or less heal within minutes, larger single wounds such as a broken bone or large burn take around half an hour of effort, and major injuries such as internal injuries, multiple breaks, or organ failure can be healed but will take either multiple sessions, or aid from external sources (other healers, those with power boosts, etc) to fix in one session. He uses this power in conjunction with the flesh shaping, because moving bits of skin or organs around is uncomfortable at best, and most folks aren't suited to watch their skin literally knitting under his hands without squirming or fainting

Localized Weather Control - in a small area up to about 1 'city block' or 10 units volume, he can drop or raise the temperature (usually drop), cause humidity to change (usually increase), and move the air around (often to calm it, but sometimes in order to bring up a stiff wind). All of this involves complex pressure changes and anyone who is sensitive to this kind of thing may suffer as though an allergy attack. This also comes with a much wider range (up to 2 miles) of Weather Sensing.

Major Ice / Cold Control - as both of his parents have this power, it's strongly represented in him, and unlike his mother, he has active and clear control over it. It also affords him a large measure of Cold Tolerance, he doesn't suffer ill effects from the cold until it would do significant (24 points) elemental damage.

Special Greater Flesh Shape - this power harkens back to one of Yaradi's ancestors, and he can aid it with his less-strong healing. Even if this won't affect the genetics which may cause deformities, he can - temporarily - fix bent or strangely formed bones, and cosmetically alter facial or surface features. The deeper the feature from the skin inward, the longer it takes to perform, and the shorter a duration it will last. However a deep-bone 'fix' still lasts more than 5 years before the bone or joint will begin deforming (according to the base DNA of the person). A surface feature such as an alteration in color, removal of warty growths, or even the creation of webbing on hands or thick pads of leathery skin to help keep cuts and impalement at a minimum (while maintaining sensation and flexibility, this is a common feature he adds to the shellfish dock workers) can last up to 12 years before it begins to revert or mutate. Note well that none of these superficial changes can affect breeding outcomes: they are permanent mutations or disabilities, that he is mitigating. If you want your DNA fixed, go talk to his mom...
Physical Mutations / Social Disadvantages
Mutations

Though not a 'mutation' so much as an inherited alteration, he uses a Diadem and like many Jewel Witches, this item is specifically chosen to enhance his natural abilities. He can work fine without it, but like his father, when he does wear it, it lets him access his full potential, and he suffers less exhaustion after a long shaping or healing session when he's wearing it (where as if he did the same hour-long session without, he would collapse and require at least a full day to recover). This Diadem affinity also presents an interesting side-effect genetically - Jewel Witches are often able to accept cybernetics and internal enhancements, and this feature is something that the Vahh clan is mighty interested in... The diadem shown above is created from pale green-white jade (nephrite based) with a selection of large blue-white pearls, and two large oval opals. What each of those elements does for his powers is a mystery, as this is equally magic and psionics as well as belief in those things!

Minor Suite - is human. He carries Human-like skin, nails, hair (body and facial), and fertility, all of which are in high demand in some Peridian circles, but are not typical of Zekirans themselves

Disadvantages Though any given human might think this is far from a disadvantage, he is Generous To A Fault - this places his savings in danger and his personal gain on the back burner, though his father does come from a highly go-getter family and would definitely also think this is peculiar. It likely stems from the empathic and healing urges his mother shows, and while not common among Zekirans, there are certainly people who take it too far. He doesn't mis-manage his resources, he merely offers his services at less than the 'ideally profitable' rates. Other Sehatan seem to think this is insane

If ever there was someone who embodied the desire to make people feel and look their best, it is Dynari. Though born on Zekira he is absolutely human - a Jewel Witch / Bender human but not Zekiran in any way. He's taken his father's elegance and high focus, and his mother's desire to heal, and mixed them into an amazingly strong package.

He is however very much Zekiran-raised, with the expectations of Status, and unlike either of his parents he embraces the need if not the desire, to have servants on hand. His first Budak was actually 'accidental', as the older woman who had worked at the fish plant most of her life simply couldn't keep up with the younger workers and bonds, and when she broke her hip in a slip-and-fall he decided to simply offer her a place tending the hot springs gardens on Baadaash Island. She's old enough that he knows this arrangement has saved her from needless stress, and she appreciates the effort it took to convince his Bender family that this was 'the right way' to do things on Zekira. He has a lot in common with Aern and Aevan Kshau in fact, in that he will go as far as buying and collecting Bayaran that others deem 'unfixable' - those who would wind up as Habitual Bonds or worse, and setting them up with a life of toil - but one which is not going to land them in a situation they cannot hope to get out of by themselves. His Bonds tend to work hard but not overly fast, they are diligent in paying their debts but do enjoy the benefits of having a generous bond agent and a good place to sleep...

Dynari knows that both of his parents are somewhat more serious than he is, personality wise. But he is no less focused on his work than either of them too, he just enjoys offering things without stressing on the cost... He likes the chill weather found in Nofa quite a bit more than the islands, but relaxes with a nice warm drink and roaring fire or sits at the hot springs to chat with whoever is near, and sometimes that has led to some interesting connections. He wound up talking to a member of the Vahh clan who happened to mention her friend 'who has some frostbite problems'. This brought him to Dreamery Island, where Rulivet Pahvahh has a Hold.

The odd four-armed and long-tailed dream healer has a long history of uncontrolled ice-based powers showing up at odd moments. And as such, has self-inflicted injuries from the shards of ice that erupt from his body, gently healed and controlled by Dynari every few months. It's possible that they may have a relationship that goes deeper than just a doctor-patient one, though that remains to be seen.

Since both of his parents are also dragon riders he has the strong potential of becoming one himself. Though there are few in the areas where he has Holdings, and will definitely not be considered 'a dragonmaster' as some others on the world (this is only semi-AU, the Benders aren't on the dragonmasters dimension... yet...) as he will not become a 'fighting' rider. He has heard about dragons that might have healing or even dreaming powers, maybe that will be where he aims?
