Name: Uphii Quebeeo (OO fee cue BEE oh)

Gender: Female, she/her, straight - prefers her own species Nautolan

Age/DOB: around 25, dob unclear on Twoarth or Far Galaxy

Origin World: Far Galaxy, Born on a 'beach paradise' planet of an unknown name

Family: A long line of Nautolan swim instructors, safety experts, and sea-worthy boat captains; none are here on Twoarth

Other: She's definitely got her big black eyes on a certain someone

Height: / Build: around 5'7" with a strong muscular frame, plenty of curves

Hair: tentacles are a more violet shade than her body, a lot of them, and are all quite mobile

Eyes: black, somewhat protruding and 'big eyed monstery'

Appearance: humanoid like all her species tend to be, with two legs, two arms, a head with eyes/nose/mouth, she has slightly webbed fingers and toes which are a feature from her family line or possibly from the genetic line of Nautolan that live on her home planet. She is a dusty violet shade with darker blue-violet markings, and a paler neck and mid-body shade. She has a strong voice, used to shouting commands over wind and sea sounds, but can also clearly be heard under water. Prefers skimpy warm-weather gear even if there are storms at sea, which consist of the multi-part wetsuit in shiny black and brilliantly reflective yellow. This can be seen easily under water, particularly when she carries a portable light source (which she always does) that illuminates the yellow patches. She does always have the scent of a salt water ocean on her, but she's never noticed...

Genetic Abilities: As all of her species, she is a semi-aquatic amphibian with the ability to breathe both air and under water, though her own ability to take in sea water may also be part of her specific family line. Her tentacular head appendages are mobile and flexible, and have grown from only two as a child into the dozen or more she has now, and will continue to do so. They allow her to sense very faint chemical trails, both in and out of water, and she can distinguish emotive pheromones from any intelligent humanoid life form particularly those above the water. 'She can taste your fear' in the water, though, so if you're drowning or being pulled out by a riptide, she will smell the terror long before she hears any gasps or flailing. Her eyes can see in near-complete darkness and are well suited to deep diving, as is her whole body as she suffers no ill effects from being very deep or under a ton of pressure below the surface. She doesn't care for being up higher than sea level, however, and tends to be a little ill if she has to be in a flying craft far above the surface.

Skills or Profession: As her entire family has always worked with tourism as well as the sea, she was taught from an early age how to work virtually any vehicle that deals with the sea or water, how to perceive both above and below the waves, and how to spot trouble when the tourists are in force. Her own training beyond the basics involve lifeguarding and recognizing weak individuals swimming, finding and retrieving items or gear in deep or dark water, swimming with gear and passengers in heavy currents, and surfing like a maniac. She loves surfing in 'huge' waves, the kind of waves that most weather reports would claim 'deadly to the entire coastline'. She really, really wanted to surf on Kamino. Maybe some day she'll get the chance! She is adept with meeting and greeting people, tourists in particular, but also working with news outlets, and is a good addition to any beach and surf report's daily story.

Personality: Loves to play in the wave pool as much as help people out of the deep end, and when she does spot something amiss either by seeing it or 'smelling' it with her tentacles, Uphii will change from smiling and laughing to 'move out of my way someone is in danger'. Her coworkers have learned to listen to her when she starts pointing and running toward the ocean, and follow her lead eagerly. Though she's not the 'leadership' type, she has earned the respect of her peers and very quickly becomes a beach-goer favorite as she's easy to talk to otherwise

Events or History: No one is really sure how she managed to move from her homeworld to Twoarth, but it may be because of some very unusual dragons.
