Appearance: dark brown skin with Cybernetic markings (the green on her face and ears are sensory clusters and equipment that retracts, ears are not actually pointed this was a style choice); styled very heavy slightly wooly hair that is often dyed green to match her equipment but is naturally black; green eyes that have lenses replaced with the Cybernetic equipment for recording and analysis; is remarkably stylish and tends to wear distracting, revealing clothes unless she's required to be more modest - knowing that this will affect how people percieve or react to her, she can pose and posture for the greatest result; her voice is high but not shrill, and though she rarely does so, she has a very good singing voice - Jaylind is a pretty straightforward 'bard'

Literally, sometimes he will fly straight through a solid wall or shatter glass to get where he needs to be, though he is also clever enough to do some sneaky teleportation to avoid real damage or damage to his rider. He can help her punctuate diplomatic or intimidation tactics, remaining aloft or doing a driveby just at the right time. But also he's more than stable enough in the air to hover almost completely in one spot so she can use him as a camera or observation point without swaying around too much in the air Teleport (4) and Genrehop (5), he is the result of some amazingly interdimensional shenanigans, so of course he's apt to blip out into another dimension and come back with a trinket or even a person, which are then usually sent right back... Not always! He can teleport locally or through the Nexus, and does not need to be in flight to do so. He can carry pretty much whatever is able to cling to him or is attached closely enough to his body and limbs, which has helped Jaylind rescue people in need while she was covering a disaster or two. He does these effortlessly though his local teleport is more often very short bursts (from 10 to 50 meters typically) he can still pull off a 200 mile jaunt if he knows where to go but he likes to be able to see exactly where he's going overall; the Nexus travel is a bit more intense and chill but still only takes a moment, and he never looks worse for wear, but don't ask him to go right back if he hasn't at least had time to shake off the cold first Telepathy (6), a sparkling and energetic personality comes through with this dragon's deeply resonant and 'game show announcer' styled mental voice. He can speak easily to any other telepathic mind within a 2km radius, and picks up stray thoughts from telepaths at under 500 meters, but can also converse with non-telepaths at under 50 meters, so if Jaylind's in any danger from someone in a big crowd, he can pick them out or even single them out if needed Light Manipulation (5), convert sound to light (2), color affinity (2), aura creation (2); able to cast a bright sparkling slightly-bronze tinted spotlight from high above, similar to a helicopter searching for a fugitive, or illuminate a very large enclosed area such as an arena or performance venue with a stable warm light, or even cause a dramatic shimmering to form around people or items to simulate 'attention this thing is important' auras. His affinity is toward the brighter end of 'bronze' a nearly golden warm light. While he doesn't really 'struggle' with the other aspects of this light-based power set, it's more that he rarely uses them aside from creating an outline or spotlight.
