Blessed by both Void and Force - Govi is innately attuned to the Force, filtered through the Void's chaotic energy. Though she is not Marked by her father's patron Leviathan, he has made note of her passing through the Void - and different Voids too - because she seems to leave an after-image like that lightning. The practical upshot of all this is that she is able to use whatever local equivalent energy exists on a dimension, the Force, Threads, Magic, Psionics, Vortessence, take your pick, it's hers to work with. She is especially apt with locations that have connections to the Far Galaxy or the World and its Void, however, and Nexus worlds such as Twoarth, or more specifically The End, are almost doubly effective.

-- Force Senses, can detect the life force of people, animals, and sentient beings (even droids that have some conditions met), within about 50 meters easily, and if she can see something farther than that, can concentrate on it to filter out nearby distractions. With this she can detect the quantity of people, where a pocket of pests are nesting, and if any individual is in distress based on their 'wavelengths' of their Force echoes. Additionally she can detect but not necessarily pry into telepathic communication or deeply into minds, but she definitely does do the Jedi Mind Trick when mom's not watching

-- Magical Detection, similarly, in places where magic is enabled, she can sense people with stronger innate ability, powers in use, spells being cast, or any enchanted item within 20 meters in good focus. She can detect magical ley lines, vampiric thrall powers in a network of people, which book has that spell that will cause it to vanish if you try opening it without permission... All of these and the above Force sense appear in her vision as varied colors of outlines, hazy glowing, remnant footprints that fade over time, basically 'movie or game UI style' indicators visually that something is present. However she also processes this in many other equitable ways, hearing the shrieking echo of trauma, the heat of a psionic battle, the smell of toast if someone's used 'magic of convenience' to cook their breakfast

-- Manipulation, her primary tool is raw electrical energy, but within that it also qualifies as 'force lightning'. Govi has a way of bending energy to her will, so she can redirect lightning bolt powers, having learned from the on-campus Bender population how to do that! Her ability can actually be very subtle, from forming a tiny one-use connection to turn a light on or off, alter the magnetism or flow of electricity to devices like tvs and radio, computers may need to be insulated from her. The other thing she tends to use most is crystal and silver ore. Obviously her father's influence, as he is both highly talented with his Void magic, but also a very skilled artisan. He has given her a supply of raw ore, and along the way also she's gotten bits of finely powdered Xenian crystals, Void rocks, even several kinds of force-sensitive Kyber crystals. Each of these responds slightly differently, but in the long run she is able to telekinetically manipulate them to form shields, weapons, tools of virtually any type, even armor and fashionable accessories. She then breaks them back down into their component parts, and keeps them carefully separated in vials or jars in her dorm

-- Force Telekinesis, even as a very young girl, Govi was able to lift items and bring them to herself. As she's grown, her power is stable and strong, and she can use it to actually boost a leap up to five times longer or higher than normal, speed boost while running, dodging in close quarters aided by bits of energy. She definitely can use this to pin down enemies, hold them in place, or even throw them around a little if they're really bad guys. With the Void's influence, she can also effectively lift things directly to her hand, provided she would be able to pick them up normally - if they're locked behind a grate or glass, she cannot reach them, but that just means 'in case of emergency, use your TK to break glass'...

-- Void Teleportation, in a burst of magical energy, she can zip across distances up to 100 meters, and using her father's techniques, she's created 'homing beacon' objects that she places where she knows she'll need to return, and can zap herself to those if they're within about 1 mile. This power does drain her energy a bit, so she can do about 3 "Jolts" before needing to rest and regain power. She cannot take anyone else with her, but can carry her normal gear and a pack (if you can fit in the pack maybe?)

More Focused Than You Think +4 when she's concentrating on it, and not just farting around, Govi is an absolute beast of power use, and eventually will be able to quite-selectively fry individual circuits on a motherboard, telekinetically pick up a golf ball and huck it for a hole-in-one 200 meters away, and sort through the variety of moods and thoughts in a crowd to pick out the one guy doing bad things. Now, this is still 'in training', and she will always have a touch of slippage if things are getting very hairy, but not only does she have strong mastery from a young age for this precise aiming and direction, she knows she'll have to live with the results of doing it wrong - and wants to keep her family happy with her. The effective upshot of this is she has a +4 Skill to all aiming, accuracy tasks, and pinpointing things if she's searching, be it a phrase in a book, or a person in a crowd

Terminology Of Anything +3 Govi comes from disparate angles, a World of magic and spells and potions and art, and a Galaxy of technology and exploration. As such she's always heard lots of different words that either mean the same things or are quite specific in their usage. She knows how to use these to best effect in any situation, sometimes throwing them in to a regular conversation and gently expanding other kids' vocabulary in the process

Will Make A Great Jedi Some Day +3 Her skills with the Force powers are very good already, but she also knows that they must come paired with dedication and understanding. She does very well in her martial arts class, but prefers non-powered weapons and like her father Govi likes silver accessories on them when she does use a staff. Highly likely because silver conducts electricity and she can use this to focus her power, or even spot a point on a wall or street corner to hit with her energy. She has a little experience with her mother's practice sabers, more with her father's staff and nunchuks. Another aspect though, is her enjoyment of space and teleportation travel more than driving, so she's learned how to program a navicomp, and piloting a ship is next

Artistic Rendering In Electrified Silver +3 Govi has taken bits and pieces of both her parents enjoyment of artistry and molds silver or other substances with the Force and then... colors or textures their surface with jolts of high power but localized electricity. The effects on glass are amazing, metal becomes laced with fine etched lines or bubbles on the surface, all in all she likes working with monochrome items rather than in full colors, but has definitely got a future piece or two in the Royal Conservatory or even a local art exhibit with this skill. She likes more of the yellow and grey her father has going, but her fashion sense and hair styling are equally vibrant and good conversation pieces

Mom's Rule: No Force Choking! +3/-2 Attentive to her parents and the local laws, she knows that burning the wrong item with a jolt of lightning, or frying that one hard drive, or any other damage done non-consentually to living things... that's expressly forbidden and for good reason. It's not just because of Vel Yinn's stern admonition, it's also because (-2) she can sense the feelings and pain, so... ruining someone's art project, deleting an entire class worth of turned-in homework assignments, and causing someone's hair to fry off, yeah that's not gonna go well at the principal's office or with herself. Govi has to sleep at night. That shit would haunt her like a Void ghost

Dad's Rule: Always Watch First +3/-1 Having had to keep his abilities and power from being discovered, still, on the World even now, Morgan has instilled in his daughter a fine sense of observation if not patience. She has, let's say, a modicum of hesitation when dealing with any local law enforcement, even though her mother's trade would be equitable - those local to the World are... not as amenable to the wild and fantastic powers being thrown around. So this does prevent her from just 'showing up like a superhero' (.... until she has her licensing...) and she is a little more hesitant to just divulge information to those authorities (-1) with that background fear of reprisal
