What an interesting conflict of interests this boy is. Though his mind is keenly scientific and technical, enjoying construction and design of devices and machinery, he is also a strongly dragon-oriented boy. He has a more practical take on the use of machines in order to facilitate travel, and is very interested in other forms of motion than just cars, planes or even dragons: he likes the teleporters and portals that both sides of his family work with. Dragons can teleport, he loves that. He also doesn't suffer from the strong motion sickness that his father does, so him in a car, flying on a dragon's back, or skydiving = a thing of beauty.

Because he is still a Sanger, however, Grey is often a little flaky in terms of self-assurance or identity. He's actually very needy, very social, and enjoys being around people - dragons, humans, Vorts, whoever - as much as he does his time in the lab or garage. Grey truly does get a lot out of instructions, but never has had to hear them more than once in order to fully comprehend. Unlike his father, however, he doesn't have any issues with being ordered around - if he agrees with what the order is, he'll do it. If not, Grey has no qualms about saying no.

Also because he is a Sanger, he has never said no to a good romp in the furs (so say his elfin friends) with whoever comes along. His sexuality is a definitive yes. Oddly though, he did inherit his mother's eye color rather than that highly distinct Sanger Blue. His eyes are a steely gunmetal blue, but otherwise his features are strongly echoed in every other member of the genrehopping Sanger clan.

He is one of the few people who can actually make Lane nervous. He's been in Lane's private Vortal locations, and been able to manipulate the machinery there. That is something that no one who hasn't been strictly instructed, can do. Perhaps it's because he's still related, the devices respond to his mind just as easily as they might to Lane's, but either way, Lane does make the attempt to remain wholly on Grey's 'good side'.

Dragon

Name: Green Water
Gender: Male
Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium 11' s / 58' l / 100' ws
Colors: face, body, limbs, tail graphite green, with faint dark green armor and belly; leg armor slightly brighter dark green; wingsails neon green watery swirls on deep teal-black, seem to move; neck and tail spikes strongly lined deep teal and green; horns and claws very dark green; eyes lime green
Features: Icewing in build and level of spikes, but a lot of Nightwing in coloration and powers
Powers: Winged Flight, Green is surprisingly light in the air, flying almost like a Silkwing and able to flit around on broken structures without disturbing them. He is adequately strong to be able to lift a pickup truck full of stuff, but he really prefers not to do the crunchy stuff, he more likes carrying a couple people around and showing off his skills. He also does like using those incredibly flexible wing fingers of his to wrap around things in order to climb, but also to swim, as he is equally talented in shallow waters (deep enough to dive and spread his wings, but not open ocean). Under water he is quite strong, and likes to 'glide' just under the surface of smooth waters (so not the beach at Carramba... those are waves!) where he can blend in particularly at night. This is the one place that Grey will not necessarily continue riding him, like many Sangers he sinks like a rock in neck-deep water thanks to the muscularity...
Communication, because they were young on arrival Green Water has largely ignored learning his 'native' Draconic tongue in favor of multiple Human languages including English, French, and Korean, as well as Vortigese, which he's quite good at given he has a very strong dose of telepathic power. He can sense and communicate with Grey at virtually any distance, though they're rarely far apart, but he can also catch Vortal conversations within around 100 meters, and ping strong Vortal minds if they're known to him, at around 2 miles.
Water-Based Magic, though he is an Icewing with Night influence, his powers are less geared toward a chill blast or ice condition life, and more toward liquids and illusion. Perhaps moving between worlds altered his adult-form abilities, because this is highly unusual among those types already. He cannot 'create' water, but he can condense it from humid air, including blizzards or rain if it's actively wet, and forms it into things such as a big wobbling dome shield, or a pressure wave over enemies. This is quite useful in some settings that Grey finds himself in, because he can remove water from an area and funnel it elsewhere even if it's 'enclosed' - making submerged locations safe for passage, or lifting droplets off of delicate equipment. He can sense through this water to a short distance away, around 10 meters, though in order to get anything important out of it, it must be around 50 gallons worth (which honestly isn't that much given where they tend to hang out). Also however, he can change the colors and even some amount of textural properties of liquids, not just water. If water is contaminated or stagnant he can clean it to safe drinking levels, remove salt from ocean water, and thicken water to a near-ice consistency without it being actually cold. Purification is permanent if it's an isolated sample, the alteration of texture however lasts around an hour at most, for a 10-gallon amount of water, less time for more volume.
They're Still Strong Claws, because Icewings are known to have the razor-sharp claws needed to dig through or cling on to ice, Green's claws are no exception, though he uses them mainly to shred metal walls, Combine soldiers and Synths, and dig for refugees in ruins.
Parentage: Unknown Icewings with a clear and strong amount of Nightwing in recent generations, sibling of Cold Stars
Origin: Adopted from GuildKnight with lines by Biohazardia on Deviantart, WoF by Tui Sutherland
Other Info: He really likes being out and about, and loves the attention they get. He contributes actively to Grey's ego, and that's fine.
