Xen All of it, this is 'his' version of the place
Carramba High* 1, House exterior leads to Rook mansion
Paragon City* 1, House exterior also leads to Rook mansion
* note that both Carramba and Paragon are already inhabited by other versions of Vahh but these are not their housing and portals - these specifically are tuned to his frequency and while they look very similar as with most of these guys, if you go two doors down you may reach the Rookery, across the way is yet another version's.
Bayaran 84, quite a few becoming full time paid employees after their bond is up
Budak 70, often highly bred and specific to duties
Savings 1.8mc accounted for, likely far higher
Profession / kc per year Who even knows? He is a manipulator, collector, investor, and politician in turns - he has yet to become an Area or Zone official, "somehow"
Powers
Genetic Purity
Power Rank
GP 05
PR 0
All powers function at Special strength, rolls as normal; note that 'minor' powers merely mean 'on his scale'

Minor

Sense Through and Control Ravens - only, not other avians. Ravens, crows, and corvids (perhaps jays and mynahs on a very good day) respond to him as though he belongs to their flock. Interestingly, if a world has ravens at all, they all know him as such even if he has not been there in person. This is due more to their version of a hive-mind rather than anything he's done, they have an affinity to him because they share their memories 'somehow', maybe they've chosen him. He had considered becoming a raven instead of a humanoid on many of those same worlds, after all

Invisibility - versus electronic detection as well as visible light, this power works best if he's not directly moving around, but he can pass all but unseen beneath cameras, or right behind you; until he wants to be seen 'there's nothing there' (see below)

Localized Time Freeze and Pocket Dimension Creation - in an area from 'one person' to '6 city blocks in a cube' time slows to an almost imperceptable halt. Time does pass, but at such a slow pace that it might as well be stopped. Effectively this power allows him to traverse areas or interact with items, people, or whole groups without any outside interference. He can opt to keep the 'victims' awake and aware but their bodies in a state of suspension, or render them entirely 'asleep' for whatever duration he chooses. Time passes outside this area normally, and he's become remarkably good at moving through 'still space' like this one step at a time - imagine how fast he looks, as this isn't teleportation... He can also semi-permanently create a 'room' or even just a 'tube' with something or someone he'd like to store in it, and using his own energy, keeps it outside of time/space until he needs it awake or available

Major

Strong Psionic Suite: Sense, Locate, and Identify living minds; Hypnotic Suggestion; Mental Stun - all abilities to sense and manipulate mental energy are his to control. Along with his extremely invasive telepathy and empathic sense, these all work virtually world-wide at all times, though he's learned to filter out all the nonsense and useless information. Typically he will use this to spot potential allies, or be warned well in advance of any secret 'attacks' on his investments

Invasive Telepathy and Strong Empathy - as above, he can pry into memories with great ease, even those of supposedly-equitable "tier 0" power level, who are often quite surprised to find his curious turquoise eyes staring back at them from inside their own mind...

High Sense: Psionics - given that he detects energy of all sorts, his only limitation is 'he is in a flesh suit' right now, so if he's around virtually anyone with powers to speak of, he knows it immediately and can be very discerning about who he interacts with, and how that interaction goes; on a normal person this level of boost would bring their range up to about a thousand miles, but for him it means 'the planet'. His powers all work best in a sphere around 10 miles with him at the center, but he can 'focus' on things quite distant and still have the same level of detail at 100 or 1000 miles

Special

Teleportation and Genrehop self and others - his forte like no other, he can move between spaces and dimensions with only a moment to think about where and how he'd like to arrive. Typically anyone who can see Psionic powers will know that he's arrived by a distinct 'sound', but he also often adds a visual component that anyone can see, a green and gold energy ball, depending on whether he's leaving or arriving, that vanishes the moment he shows up. This energy paves the way for him, and makes sure that nothing is on the other end that shouldn't be there. He does not teleport into walls or into solid things, nor does he give a 'pop' or pressure wave if leaving or entering an area, he just is there. This can be extremely unnerving because he will definitely do it fast enough that he can also pause time around someone, and 'appear' several times at once; he is more than smart enough and can keep each instance sorted, though he really only does this rarely, in order to make a point

Mental Suite: Mental Illusions, Dream Command, and Information Control - plus, why bother with all that, when you can just make someone think they're seeing six of him pacing around them? Whether sleeping or awake, or even tapping your own memories, he can shift it around until it's what he wants you to know or see. This effect is permanent, though stronger Psionics can tend to work up a resistance to it (though rarely is that a conscious thing, just "how many times have I asked you this question" - usually quite a few, he's happy to reply truthfully, and then just make you forget you asked in the first place, until next time). This does also offer him an adequate resistance to most individual psionic users, however he can be overwhelmed by groups working in dedicated teams

Electronic Suite: Data and Electronic Control - he can create an image on a screen, or alter electronic media of any type, stored on magnetic or crystal sources. He can interrupt or create whole broadcasts or nullify those being sent wirelessly, however he can also disrupt or create electric currents, so that broken tv you've got 'works' again when he wants to talk... Usually this is at less than 1 mile range, but if he's comfy and has planned it out, he can bounce a signal he's made up, across five or six satellites around the globe - all doing different things if he wants. He's clever like that...

Physical Mutations / Social Disadvantages
Mutations

Minor: Human-style facial and body hair, fertility - when he arrived to Zekira it was in a similar manner to his Rookery or Repurposed self - he drifted around as an energy entity for a while and studied what would be the most likely to either intimidate or seamlessly blend in, this did mean he watched folks that weren't necessarily typical, and for some reason he shares his appearance with other dimensions perhaps unconsciously

Major: Ignores Physical Damage (16 points/all type) - He doesn't like being hit by crowbars or falling rubble, bullets, or lasers. That said, he can be injured, it just has to actually hit him (see below) and be of significant amount to get through his normally impenetrable psionic barrier

Major: Move Speed x3 - if he actually needs to run, he can certainly do it. He doesn't get seen running, and he doesn't get seen climbing or dodging bullets either, but he can indeed do that too. His Priority value is incredible, and he's usually 'done with the rubik's cube' before you've had a chance to look at all 6 sides...

Special: Natural Immortality - on other worlds, this is due to being granted a newly cloned body that doesn't have the flaws he built into it (the lung cancer specifically); but on Zekira it's because he simply noticed that there were already a few hundred immortals there, and went with it. Yes, he has been in contact with a number of them. No they don't all get along. He appears as a middle aged man, though with subtle nudges by Maalysah he can look somewhat younger or older, depending on his mood; this is not shapeshifting, he can 'refresh' his body to a prior state, and does so regularly even here on Zekira (where it was a necessity on the various Earths)

Disadvantages

Minor: Speech Issues - too many languages compete, sounds 'alien' even in other languages; he speaks 'anything that can understand communication' and thus his speech is sometimes cluttered with other languages. He's apt to pause or draw breath at odd times, though a lot of that is an affectation. Note that yes while this is a 'disadvantage' he can still communicate with virtually any person out there, it's not really a power so much as a perk of being what he is

Minor: Strong Avoidance Issues - vanishes under scrutiny and mind-wipes just enough... He doesn't like being the center of attention, but if he does, you will know it

Minor: Unapproachable Badass - he isn't really 'friendly' to anyone aside from those he actively likes; those people he wishes to protect will very much see him as their guardian angel, and those number in the hundreds now that he's been here a while and has family instead of merely allies; sometimes you'll get a nice conversation, others he will simply glare until you leave without a word

Major: Fear of deep water - but must deal with Gogurrah facility sometimes... This does show up in a lot of different versions of Kallah Vahh, mainly because in order to create the body that he resides in, he needed matter, and there's a lot of water everywhere. Even has trace elements and an appropriate amount of carbon or whatever else, the thing is then he's in the water, and invariably begins drowning until someone comes to help him (they often do not remember this, but sometimes, he keeps an eye on them for their whole life); he doesn't care for the thought of being deeply below the surface, though he's not afraid of shallow water or pools. He doesn't swim much anywhere, so it's not at all out of character as a Zekiran to do it even less

Special: Hunted by his Convocation? Herding Ulathoi and waiting for them to show up? He has 'secrets' that no one would believe. And even if they found them out, no one would believe them telling the world 'there's an alien here and he's been manipulating you into making technology!' no one cares, bro. But he is doing that. And it is for a purpose, not just whim; that purpose is shared among virtually every version of Keenan Lane - Kallah Vahh - The Mystery, anywhere in any dimension; his people don't like that he's interfering with mortals or life in general. It's out of fashion for some, it's actually illegal to others. Here on Zekira it doesn't seem like it's a very pressing matter regarding his own Convocation, they might not care much. But Ulathoi definitely exists in that dimension, though they have yet to reach Zekira and might not, given how strongly he and his kin protect it now. More importantly he is at odds with several individuals - immortals usually - that he cannot just snip from the world without repurcussion. He noticed Etan beginning his takeover events quite early on, and also that Viridia Paveh was working against him. Their shared resolution remained a secret until quite far into the 11000s when they just openly shoved it in Etan's face: behave or be put down. He behaved, for thousands of years, but that situation will resolve itself without him eventually

Offspring: yes. Notes taken by Melissa after around 10425.

What sort of blending in could anyone hope to do and not 'get busy'? He is picky, and he does actually have 'relationships' with several of the women that mothered some children. Note that these are spread over nearly a thousand years. A good number of them are ^very long lived (400+) and some *immortal; most of his children live at least into their third century, so it's entirely possible that during that thousand years, the eldest of them may have met some of the youngest. A very large number of his grandchildren are also one of the above lengths of lifespan, extremely rare for this entire family tree to actually grow old at all in fact.

Also of very important note - since Kallah Vahh has an extreme amount of psionic power available to him and can use a wide variety of abilities, some of his offspring take one feature and run - so you'll have Pelatih working with avians, right beside electric teleporters, or those who pry deeply into minds, relying on their siblings legal protections after prying a crowbar into their enemies. Most of these children were reasonably 'natural' in terms of conception, but with a lot of hints and nudges and outright insistence by Maalysah for a few of them. Very few of these children do not directly inherit or work with Vahh himself, though a few of the descendants take less of a cut than others. All serve to expand the massive amount of information, political dealing, and psionic observation around the world, while Vahh's own Holdings are where most are centered.

Vahh treats even his Budak as though they are his family - having realized that it's far better to have strong connections and happy or at least satisfied workers, than grudging servants and workers. That's not to say that he rushes up to hug anyone, though he definitely seems to have a way with young children that is entirely unexpected. (Perhaps it's that he treats them as 'inexperienced little people with limitless potential' and not 'ignorant noisy creatures'.)

He does not deal with betrayal, and any of the Vahh clan that he discovers have worked with their enemies more than the family, are literally cut loose - erased, or as his people say Redacted. To Maalysah's knowledge none since she was born were removed, however at least her donor mother Genaristiid as well as the Peridian Waad who created Maal were both excised in that manner, as well as one particularly vile scientist who spent far too much time terrifying Maalysah (and, sadly, who cannot be forgotten by her, what with that entirely eidetic memory).

In the chart below, 'descendants' only include the grandchildren, but rest assured there are at least 8 generations of Vahh-descended folks running around Zekira right now.

Chakra Vahh 10058^ Chanay An incredible partnership he honestly wished could have lasted longer; A business arbitration lawyer, having served with her father but learned from the best, her mom... Establishes Jahharrah Island as a prison zone which is in use for centuries since the early 000's

w/ Marad 10084 / Dharma Vahh

w/ Sho 10233 / Shakrah Vahh

Kihraa Vahh 10118* Viridia Doesn't care for the messy medical side of Peridian duties, so concentrates on psychology and 'coaching' (coersion), also spies and gets assassins on projects; living up to Viridia's Peridian nature is considerably harder than Kallah Vahh's so he keeps to that angle

w/ Keenae 10408 / Raanae Sengihr Vahh

w/ Shadow S-K 10621 / Kirsah Vahh

Raven Vahh (10104)
10166*?
Rhee'ah Was kept secret from Kallah Vahh for more than 60 years, held in stasis even after being born on and off into maturity (voluntarily after childhood); is functionally immortal and can rely on clones made at her facility; A psychologist with a strong side of singing and entertainment, bringing some life into the depths of the Gogurrah facility

w/ Ysk 10440 / Skaven Vahh

w/ Spiral Sengihr 10505 / Song Sengihr Vahh

Kaemiel Vahh 10285^ Demiel An explorer and tour guide, brought to Vahh due to his penchant for having ravens hanging out with him, she establishes the aviary at the Rook estate and brings a lot of tourism credits to the area

w/ Endar Mailala 10332 / Kaendiel V-M

Tiurk Vahh 10306*? Tieuhr If any of Kallah Vahh's children can be called 'devious' Tiurk is certainly the one. He enjoys playing with people who believe themselves to be 'superior' and absolutely puts them in their place. An industrial magnate with investments in Qimira for its port and mall, and the business park in Rook w/ Vauri Sengihr 10368 / Kauri Sengihr Vahh
Zukka (Vahh) 10344 Silver A sports announcer and organizer, taking after - and being claimed by - his mother rather than the Vahh clan; if he cares that his father is disappointed, he doesn't show it; Zukka has never known his offspring though suspects they exist w/ Ghean Shu-Von 10402 / Zuujahn Shu-Vahn
Kaatrii Vahh 10378* Tri'il The son of a clone, Triia allowed this in spite of her continued connection to Etan. Frustrated at her treatment by the man, Kallah Vahh commissioned this clone, and from her their psionic guard son has become 'insurance' against Etan's invasive tactics; Was also among the earliest treated with Icarus as a beta-test

w/ Onaia 10702 / Katana Vahh

w/ Saalam Sengihr 10766 / Laakrii Sengihr Vahh

Raa'nach Vahh 10391* [clone] Though not 'technically' a son, Raa'nach is treated as such these days after a bit of a rocky start; With wild variation thanks to Waad's interference with the processing, Raa'nach is an aggressive, muscular man who enjoys assassinations as much as running his nightclubs and mining operations (gotta have metal for knives to stick into people's backs, right?) w/ Alma+Waad 10395 / Tsah'nach-mah Vahh
w/ Alma+Hoyyl 10396 / Xkah'shuu Vahh

w/ Baeris Kshau 10641 / Raa'bina Vahh
Nohaa Vahh 10422* Mun'nach L'mir Takes greatly after his mother in personality and his father in overall looks, Raa'nach is a touch annoyed by him since he calls him 'uncle'; aggressively pursues splicing partners and has proven he won't stay on-world; as a spy and crowd controller he is unmatched, but he does like visiting Paragon City and blowing things up w/ Tinaduil Sirkia 10485 / Duhanil+Aloha Varkia
w/ Viuz Epoi 10544 / Noruz+Vinoh Vapoi
w/ Madrigal Vasquez-Wheeler 10702 / Ohmbarr Vahh
w/ Borealis Vasquez-Wheeler 10702 / Machell Vahh
Ksaalah Vahh 10433* Maalysah As much as Maal threw herself at Kallah Vahh you'd think there would be way more of their kids... This one takes business law to an extreme, keeping Vahh's records as clean as they need to be, and heads up a large political bloc making sure that only those who are prepared properly enter the realm of leadership

w/ Shy of the Vella Crean 10552 / Chaa'kih Vahh

w/ Piers Hoarfrost of 'earth' 10599 / Ruu'staa Vahh

w/ Ty Weaver of 'earth' 10698 / Kitty Genevahh

Kamahlah Vahh 10478* Mirage Marad Of course one of the most amazing women in the world would eventually get paired up with the most mysterious - at the behest of a now-deceased Viridia and with Maalysah guiding the work, this hard stock investor subtly influences those (usually men) who find her interesting, and rewrites contracts once they're 'hers'...

w/ Ikosiak 10500 / Ikamak Vahh

w/ Vaelan of Dragondeep 10526 / Laavehnah Vahh

Pella Vahh 10496^ Ypep A dream 'therapist', with enhanced skills and power thanks to Icarus treatments; keeps records of the dreams and encounters she has, and is strongly invasive when she works; she can genrehop and as such may encounter a variety of offworld people and creatures; runs the dream and sleep clinic and pharmacies in Ski'nahket and Gogurrah
Morr'lih Vahh 10515* Misota While Raa'nach takes the knife, Morr'lih picks up the pen - and is deadly with his legal duties as Kallah Vahh requires; can create a nexus gate and genrehop to a very strange bunch of places thanks to both his parents being as not-really-Zekiran as they are

w/ Maaxys 10638 / Aarlyx + Maaxim Vahh

w/ Ozhkaa Rl'ish 10649 / Ozhrix Vahrlish

w/ Shaanihvah 10755 Shaa'morr 'Echo' Vahh

Hadarr Vahh 10545^ Darabeh A debt collector and resort manager, who uses ravens to spy on people, and his innate ability to nullify other people's powers to keep himself safe; One of the primary Vahh political forces in Curra, as his Holdings there might propel him directly to Land President... if he's not careful

w/ Bhaoj 10606 / Johdarr Vahh

w/ Jhiamo 10783 / Jhihad Vahh
w/ Jhiamo 10788 / Amodarr Vahh

Kurr'lah Vahh 10559* Dawn (Sengihr) Working with Viridia's rogues across Zerin to keep Etan in check, but also running Vahh's judicial and information structure; She is immune to not only Etan's powers, but anyone in the Vahh clan - so what she does for her father is voluntary, never even nudged

w/ Kitsune 10633 / Kit'lah ahlVahh

w/ Darae Rhiin 10640 / Dah'raa Vahh

Sekih Jurrha'dah Vahh 10586^ Shy Blackstone Among the most rare of Vahh clan members, Sekih actively works both with and against Alabaster and Blackstone along side Vahh's group; this puts him in an incredibly difficult position, but he 'keeps his head down' and continues running an offworld travel agency (as a genrehopper) which occasionally leaves an Alabaster spy somewhere they absolutely cannot return from

w/ Vahasi Marad 10612 / Baanach Vahh Marad

w/ Ascendance Sengihr 10630 / Gulallibah Sengihr Vahh

Tau'nox Vahh 10600^ H'tauen With the stability of the Ski'nahket facility in mind, this mechanical engineer also keeps tabs on Etan's Vin cloning facility with his incredibly strong psionics; designed safety features for both Ski'nahket and Gogurrah, including improved bathysphere travel and deep-earth or rough-terrain vehicles for the desert

Iqshu'kut

(Four Phases)

This foursome of kids were spliced from a shapeshifting split-personality mother, whose powers and appearances change along with her genetics - proven by the fact that they all have slightly different looks and powersets!

Kaluka is a dream therapist, and ghosts flock around her
Laashuu is a hard stock and land lawyer, who is comfortable if other drifting psionic remnants want to take up residence in his mind
Laakut is a land and hard stock salesman who can genrehop and tries very hard to live up to Vahh's expectations
Iqlah is an electronics expert who has so far resisted the Vahh fortunes in favor of 'just working hard'

Kaluka+Damask Pa'vish 10681 / Kalska Pa'vish Vahh
Kaluka+Khyrus Dominican 10782 / Luurus Vahh

Laashuu+Yiveeden 10643 / Veelaa Vahh
Laashuu+Xkrah'raa-darr 10676 / Shu'darr Vahh
Laashuu+A'ruun 10764 / Laa'ruun Vahh

Laakut+Tradewind Arregon 10732 / Storm Vahregon

Iqlah+Sytor Asangos 10640 / Toriq Vasangos

Shaa'lih Vahh 10639* Maalysah The second of Maal and Kallah Vahh's daughters, Shaa'lih works almost exclusively in the labs at the Icarus facilities in Zifan, Ski'nahket, and Gogurrah, tuning the process and making sure that skill downloads are carried out flawlessly; do not interrupt her, or there will be ... unforeseen consequences
Xih'Vahh Ryan 10652* [clone] Notably this is a clone of Ksaalah Vahh, not of Kallah vahh... But Raven thought she needed a work partner so here she is, the 'third daughter' of Maalysah and Kallah Vahh, working full time in Gogurrah but traveling offworld quite frequently w/ Ty Weaver 10700 / Tyryan Genevahh
Gryphon Vahh 10669* Baeris Kshau With an offworld mother who is equal amounts Kshau and Sanger, Gryphon takes up the mantle of avian specialist, politician, and genrehopper with gusto; while Raa'nach is definitely still his closest ally, Gryphon is actually a lot closer to what Kallah Vahh wanted in a clone...
Apogee Sengihr Vahh 10714* Ascendance Sengihr Among the most exotic looking of Kallah Vahh's offspring, Apogee works closely with the training facilities and power experiments found in Gogurrah and Zifan, able to nullify, trigger, or even use other people's powers; is also a storm creator, basically anything with electrical impulses is hers to command, from brains to crystal storage and outlets, to the atmosphere w/ Chinantonyx Pandemonium 10816 / Peregrine Vahndemonium
Ta'kraa-zu Vahh 10755^ Zurnox'zu He looks quite a bit wilder than most Vahh, and lives up to those wild looks as he is a resort owner and murder factory - no really, those resorts and hunt parks are where Vahh and company 'get rid' of problem people, after all those animals he breeds are quite dangerous! No that's not blood on his muzzle... or is it?
Kahnaa Vahh 10805^ Zuusaanaa A business judge and professional witness, having an eiditic memory that can be used in conjunction with information transfers from others minds; helps run the Watek resort where most of her Bayaran come from with all that gambling debt w/ Pharoh 10944 / Kaaroa Vahh
Kai Yhavahh 10842^ Eotai Yhavi Taking lessons from Vahh as well as the Rhiin clan for political deals and data analysis, seen as 'downright sinister' and plays that as her strong suit; she actually is the unapproachable badass that her father hints at, as she is completely unafraid to just up and kill someone - using other people to do it of course, but right there and then...

Land Holdings description/art...

From World of Zekira's tourism guide:"notable holds" implies that they don't actually Hold the entire area and it's a proper City Zone; while those words are absent, the Vahh clan holds the entire named area.

Curra/Altem/Watek Notable Holds: When one thinks about the Vahh family, generally speaking ‘pleasant resort' does not come to mind. However, the Watek resort that is held by the Vahh clan is actually a spectacular and remarkable location. It features a large, well-stocked lake, surrounded by woodlands for both hunting and vacationing, and dotted with numerous inns, campsites, hotels, and casinos. Every single Unit of it is held by Vahh or his descendants, and you can bet that more than just gambling and hunting goes on there.

Curra/Polaen/Rook Notable Holds: the Rook Estate also has an aviary that Kallah Vahh doesn't actually claim to own, it's more his children that run it; the land is dangerous and windy, so those birds as well as any steeds or dragons or whatever else fly hard. There is an office complex built into one of the cliff side areas that has very similar looks to portions of Ski'nahket's entry areas. With crystal shaped windows and skylights built into the stone walls, this is where most of the Vahh business is run day to day and it employs nearly 200 people beyond his direct family. The Mansion itself is echoed across numerous dimensions, 'this one' is slightly bigger in most directions since Zekirans are just a touch taller than humans from Earth. Also it's situated in a much more rugged location than the State Center mansion grounds, as Rook is essentially glacially carved cliffs and stiff winds all around.

Curra/Mi'a/Zifan Notable Holds: Most employees and Vahh family members have additional holdings in the Zone, local housing and apartments, small shops, zpara stands and the like. The main focus on their presence in Zifan however is the Enrichment Center and its attendant Icarus and Medusa facilities. Though they look somewhat unassuming from the outside, most are remarkably high tech and worth far more than their humble exteriors. All three of these were appropriated by Vahh and his people over time, starting from around 10400. Additional notes below include a 'three hundred years later' approximate value and size added at a much later date, not included in the tourism guides.
Medusa facility: Used for creation and maintenance of Aristiid's genetic research. Exterior is a 3 story hospital that serves the local area well enough, but employees in that section until her 'death' in 104xx were unaware of anything else going on ((and continue to be unaware, if they're even still employed by the Vahh group)). Below ground, however, is another 5 levels of cloning vats and storage devices, and much nicer genetic engineering equipment than above. In 10700, 5524 units held by investors or descendants – more expensive machinery here than the square span floor space implies (the building itself is still around 1000units); Originally held by Gen'aristiid and Waad, used for her Peridian to store and create, and eventually refine cloning. ((Etan is still unaware of this place and that's good because he would be frothing about it or forcing his own clones in there.))
Icarus facility: A warehouse facility with a design office on the outside, serving mechanical and manufacturing needs for the area. That's what the sign says, anyway. The front of the building is exactly that, with tooling and lathing devices along with computer design stations and the like. The entire warehouse area beyond it is expressly off limits to non-Vahh employees, and houses a terrifying set of devices which implant the biocarbon and highly 'Vortal' Icarus material on people's bones. This machinery is ridiculously expensive and one of a kind. In 10700, ~3800 Units held by investors or descendants, also used for other manufacturing, the building space is approximately 350 units; originally held by Gen'aristiid but not fully exploited for its use in altering genetics until much later.
Enrichment Center: This huge facility is ostensibly a training location and education facility for powered individuals. Since it is reasonably exclusive and designed purely for those who have psionic abilities, only a small portion of the population would even find it on a map let alone be allowed entry. From above it is a very wide rectangle broken up by three large circles: the power plant, main offices, and main computer housing areas. On-site dorms and family housing for employees (not subjects) is exclusively on the ground floors, offices and mundane locations on the floor above. Everything below that is top secret, huge, expensive, and dangerous. Classrooms for ‘students' as well as genetic engineering and healing facilities are in the upper areas, student / subject housing and holding just below, and a massive computer system arrangement runs the place. Electronic and machine tuned psionics run that computer system. Barely. As of 10700 6610 units held by major investors or their descendants, the building floor space is over 2000 units; originally held by Gen'aristiid but also numerous other investors including Hoyyl and Waad, only Hoyyl is still ‘in on it' with Vahh. (Though the image is shown in English, this is still pretty much Aperture.)

Kiran/Le'ret/Ski'nahket: work began in 10044, facilities are still being added/upgraded. In 10700, 21390 units held, mostly in cost of equipment rather than volume of space filed, at least a quarter of that is land built for the surrounding township. For any other info it is pretty much the same as Black Mesa Dragon Rookery, as this facility doesn't deal with military work the space taken up is for surveillance, communications, tooling and engineering, and of course 'whatever that big portal down in the very lowest sub-basement is'... Also there are aliens from a variety of worlds living there. Shh.

Zerin/Zuca/Gullalibah Island: an unknown number of people live and work here though it's obviously only about 100 or less; it is a center for offworld contact and travel, though it does also host normal tourism spots and has both a ship port and hover-jet landing areas, for supplies and the very few visitors that are actively allowed here. It is a staging point for many who accidentally wind up genrehopped to Zekira, and like Ski'nahket there is a 'collection plate' for such wanderers that somehow attracts those who are in the area, mainly so they don't go off drowning in the vast sea or lost in the Stetil mountains. In 10700 the land alone has claims on more than 3000 units, and that is not counting what's built on and under the surface. This facility is actually connected to both Ski'nahket and Gogurrah using teleporter technology (and... just, y'know, plenty of people who teleport without that).

Zerin/Stetil/Gogurrah and Aerie Island: With the land above dropping extremely steeply with virtually no sea shelf around it, Aerie Island is a small but rugged place. While there are a small number of laboratories and storage facilites here there is also an aviary and animal preserve, and a few fairly pleasant homesteads. Kallah Vahh's is barely even distinguished from the sharp and dark cliff, a curved single-story clamshell with windows overlooking the bathysphere dock in the bay below. Oddly enough this place directly echoes a spot he'd built on Xen, only there the island looks over literal space and not a drop of water in sight... Below in the facility however it's effectively Rapture, and yes there was a link to the Checkerboard Ball from here, how do you think the Rookettes managed their quick costume change behind the Stage? pfff going to their own dimension's apartments? When they could pick up fineries on Zekira?!

Doll Site Links no lie there are a lot and I'm not gonna bother since most of them aren't up any more, and I altered most. I have them in a doc, no worries.
