Dragon Masters of Zekira Time Line Character Generation
Here is a list, and how to use it. There aren't any descriptions loaded
just yet, but they're pretty easy to figure out. They go in the same way
that Powers do: Minor, Major and Special. People with low GP and a high
PR will have MORE chance at a serious mutation than others. Normal people
CANNOT have "mutations" but they may have "Disadvantages"!
Physical mutations will definitely affect how the
character is viewed in public, even if they are the coolest cat-like ever,
they're going to get pointed at and stared at by people who do not know
them. Physical mutations go directly along with Psionics, however - so
expect that any given Zekiran with pointy ears and missing fingers will
also be able to manipulate electrical or mechanical devices with their
powers! (Just one example)
