Digestion Can Include Anything this is due to Jhakaa's influence, self-regulation and processing are refined in Jekkah and she can easily digest the same foods in any form, just prefers to consume it differently... This digestion can include things that are marginally toxic or 'off', and she takes reduced Toxic / Poison damage from all but the most deadly animal based toxins

Animal Communication - Sound and Emotion; this is a mixture of recreating animal noises memorized by working with Steeds and canines (and some felines), but she does reproduce them perfectly, and with the aid of an empathic boost she can make sure that she's been heard, or has understood what an animal is saying. This works best with Int 15+, or well trained animals of any Int, however she gets a strong +50% bonus for Steeds and Canines (cats ... they're just gonna ignore her anyway what's the point right?)

Genetic Sense - Any Spliced/Hybrid, this includes 'dragons that have multiple lines' from offworld, Ferilons that have been mixed with things, people that have been mixed with things... herself, her family members... Generally speaking if they have a non-human/oid gene somewhere in there that manifests in colors, features, or abilities, she can detect and discern those genes. She cannot exert any power over them, but she definitely can consult people who do, to check on issues she finds

Possibly Stongly Extended Lifespan, as a shifter this may also simply be 'immortal', given her grandmother definitely is, and her ability to Withstand various Damage. It is not necessarily self-healing, but she hardly notices when she's hurt and no one has ever seen her break a bone or get seriously injured even with Steed altercations and falling.

Splice of Life Shapeshift - Three distinct forms, plus Mashup - can shift into cat and dog forms within moments, though the Steed and Triptych may require a little space and around a full minute, and reverts to plain biped quickly; can maintain all forms indefinitely, but sleep or unconsciousness will bring her back to basic biped (must be actively asleep and unconscious for longer than a 'bonk on the head whoops' moment)

Flock Leader - can train and organize any creature group that has more than 2 members in it, whether that's a sled dog team, a flock of Steeds, a wing of Dragons, or even a herd of cats. When presented with this group nearby and grounded, she can issue increasingly difficult commands based on how long the shortest-term member has been in this training group. So the lowest-common-denominator dictates the speed at which they'll all do this one thing. So she tends to swap out entire groups for training, but can easily discern who the 'weak link' is if she's starting with supposedly-trained groups. This is her flagship ability and what she's made a living from, and with the inclusion of offworld dragons, which she is very well tuned to deal with, she aids the northern Curra area in its defenses in addition to making sure that there are plenty of sled-based and Steed flights attributed to her classes

Mutations A 'Splice of Life' Shapeshifter, "Triptych" in any other setting (which is where the others in her 'breed' often wind up sorted) Jekkah combines a Zekiran humanoid shape with the full complement of different animal forms, as well as a combination of all of them as shown above. Each of these creature types has their own adjusted stats that aren't really needed here

Creature Training Suite - exploiting her abilities as well as those of her new dragon partner, Jekkah takes on teams of 3 to 9 animals with or without their owners/controllers to get their basics established and work on team based efforts. In some cases she can take 2 animals and 1 humanoid if that person is Tuned or Spliced themselves, but those get special waivers for her training since it miiiight be uncomfortable for the person. Dragon

Name: Wesmeri Filidewesher (filly day wes hair)
Gender: Male
Size/Shoulder/Length: dragon form 17'6" shoulder / 55' l / 110' ws; bipedal 7'5" at head (skin not floof) with tail being equally as long at least, 25' wingspan
Colors: yellow brown orange; marked as shown
Features: as shown, mashup of humanoid dragon-shifter and various Avengaen dergs, and this does follow in his less-seen but definitely present 'full dragon' form. With four feet on the floor his configuration is a little different but no less stunning, and also bigger by far
Powers: Winged Flight - there's nothing this guy likes more than to take to the air in a burst of feathers and floof. And, yes, he knows he looks great doing it. Do you have to ask? He is a master of the air, wind, and warmth, so when he sees a flier struggling, there will be not only an education to be had on how to handle it - mid flight - but aid in returning safely to the ground with his powers active. He can out-fly most Zekiran Steeds in his bipedal form, but when he goes fully draconic it's not even in question who's the boss in the skies...
Teleportation *local, *nexus, plane-shift, portal creation - in that order, he's pretty good with local teleports under 1km or within sight, and as a dragon can carry whatever can hold on to him (and at his size that's quite a bit, actually) without disturbing any sensitive equipment. Nexus-wise he's able to move between specific locations common to the people he encounters, once he's been to a place he could either open a portal or teleport, only using the portal creation can he bring other beings with him. He can plane-shift but... tends to get lost, a throwback to any given Sanger and their atrocious direction sense, though this is the only time he's unable to really orient himself without help. While flying or just locally moving, he's a pro!
Draconic to Humanoid Shifting - most of his lineage has shapeshifting to this degree, very similar to his bond above. He has two main formats, one as shown upright and somewhat 'similar in size' to those around him on Zekira, the other being quadrupedal and much, much larger. He can shift so smoothly between these forms that sometimes you wonder if he hasn't just become a visual effect? No, he's actually the same size in your vision as he flies rapidly into the sky! At his full size he's extremely powerful in the air, but also on the ground, as those clawed fingers and toes can dig deep furrows just by standing around looking cool. Soft turf and loose dirt or pebbles will definitely show where he's been, particularly his takeoff and landing spots. However he has completely mastered shifting to his smaller bipedal form to land, plopping down delicately and leaving nary a trace. Until you go up into the sky and look at where he's touched down as a dragon... He cannot change 'parts' because they're too big or small, he won't fit indoors with those massive wings and tail, for instance, and he can't fly with little biped wings
Verbal Speech, *Telepathy - He's mastered several languages since there are a few around him when he visits distant worlds. He speaks with a clear tone but it almost always sounds either 'too chipper what's he up to' or 'too snide he knows he's gotten away with something'; this carries through his mental voice too, it's exactly as slightly-snide or just-worried depending on what he's been actually up to
*Telekinesis and Air Magic - though 'magic' might be a strong word for it, at least on Zekira, he has extremely strong telekinetic power that can lift a school bus, so he knows that if there's a tangled mess of Steeds or dragons out there, he'll be able to at least let them fall more safely while they sort themselves out. He can feel just enough resistance through this power that he knows when squeezing is too hard, or not strong enough. He does use this 'magic' to clean himself up if he gets dirty rather than trying to cast a spell while on Zekira, but he does it with magic wherever there is enough to call it that
Avengaean Functional Magic - though he's never been really fully trained for spell type casting, and this is reliant more on the ambient magic in a world, Wesmeri is capable of creating a little light, a little shadow, slight noises and pings, bits and bobs of distractions while he's doing something more important
Fire And Heat Magic - since this is mainly a real 'magic use' it doesn't work very well on Zekira proper, but he does force the issue when there are others with such things nearby. It appears that the more off-world types are around, the better this seems to work, maybe by sapping their own innate magic... or something. But he can create small flames about the size of a candle, on up to around a hand-held torch fire at will, as long as there is something worth burning. He more typically uses it to gently warm the air under his own wings, as it seems easier to cast 'magic' on himself rather than others or in an area

Other Info: Definitely got all the strong willed parts, and is absolutely up to something at any time. Not bad somethings, he knows better than to endanger people, Steeds, or his bond legally... But there's always going to be something happening that is unexpected, faintly annoying, or impressive (his favorite), and since his bond is a 'practicing Steed Trainer' it all works out in the long run doesn't it? They have to be able to remain calm in the face of adverse conditions, right?
