Unknown, but 2 generations associated with the Vahh facilities means she gets the ahlVahh naming, and since she does have a fairly odd specific power, it's likely that Kallah Vahh's bloodline is among them

Probably bred by Peridian Mahlysah for Vahh, as Mal is known to like fluttery birbs and has an entire group of 'harpy' types in her portfolio, working with many of those same genes and parentage means Peny likely has dozens of 'handless, wing-armed cousins' around the Vahh facilities

Overall around 90kc, but a lot of that is blown quickly for supplies and upkeep, and paying the people working on her facilities

Animal Focus - acting as a kind of familiar or extra set of senses, this power allows an intimate attachment keeping each appraised of the other's location and mood. While Peny can definitely sense and to an extent communicate her desires or commands to them, they are still able to do their own thing when needed **want a specific pet type? Ferilon, birb, ??

Sense Through Small Animals - within around 50 meters, Peny can detect creatures generally under 35 Body Type in size (so around a medium dog), and in quantities up to 3 individuals at that size, though this doesn't give her any other ability (until the Command power kicks in) she can sense where hidden lost pets are, find prey animals, and sense the presense of any dangers using these smaller animals

Avian Affinity - If it has avian features, such as feathers, talons, beaks/bills, and egg-layer types, her powers work extra strongly on it. This also applies to spliced people, and dragons with these features. Additionally, animal-intelligence creatures and dragons of any avian type will look upon her as their friend, leader, companion or mate, or their trusted protector. They inherently seem to enjoy being around her, perhaps even to excess at times (see Disads)

Heal (minor) / Harm (major) Animal - Must be touching any given animal or splice / dragon to enact 8 points of overall Healing to their body (cannot specifically heal deep injuries, but works on surface damage), works 2x better with avians. Does not have to be touching but reaches proximity up to 5 meters to do non-specific location Damage up to 16 points for non-avians and 24 points of damage to avian / feathered creatures. She did discover this aspect of her powers as the first Tuned ability she had, as a child when her Weirdness had attracted far too many curious birds - which then alternately dropped to the ground dead, or scattered in fear from her as she responded instintively. She has learned how to control this and will not use it on birds any longer!

Sense and Command Large / Multiple Medium / Many Small Animals - When she really needs to organize a pack of local animals, guide lost pets back home, or even demand that an animal stop attacking that tourist even though they smell delicious, this power can be used to spot them up to 200 meters away, and command them at 50 meters. Affects one single creature up to BT 200, or an assortment of smaller things adding up to that, with effects and sizes doubled for Avian. With concentration she can affect feather-winged Steeds, dragons, and even people, though any with Intelligence above 45 may opt to ignore her will. She uses this with dragons mainly when they're freshly hatched, to imprint command structures on their young minds, while also helping to pair them up with their new Masters (who also know that command structure). She has used this during Incursions, but doesn't do any actual fighting or riding into dangers herself. Most of her training involves domestic use and protective guarding at most. She'd love to bring a dragon to a Steed event...

Minor - seems to carry male facial / body hair gene found only among Human imports to Zekira, which is also included in Vahh lines (HUH, go figure?); this won't show on her but it carries to any offspring, and may appear visibly on males, or combine with any fur or skin feature that the other parent might have

Minor - Small Feathered Cute Flightless Wings, adding a small amount of Body Type, these floofy feathers are highly indicative of her abilities, and are quite pretty to look at. However they do need to be groomed by other people since she can't reach all of their surfaces, and they do molt once every 4 or 5 years; also she needs backless or strapped clothing over them (yes that nice jacket is backless across the shoulders)

Weirdness Magnet / Attractive to Odd Things - mainly it's the birds. All the birds. So many of them. They don't come around constantly, but if there are birds in the area, they will come investigate her at least at a distance, give their chirping appraisal, and move on. But sometimes, they include dragons, people's bird pets, and people who are also birds. Or birds from off-world, which is of interest as well as amusement to the Vahh people

Slightly Affected by Avian Powers - people who can affect birds or bird-types of animals / dragons that are PR 2 through 0, or who have Special tier abilities at PR 3, can affect Peny with these abilities. Usually in the form of distracting her with a ping, "sorry that was meant for my delivery bird", or compulsion to come near if the power tells a flock where to go. This does include 'flighted Steed' controls, which is why she tends to stay away from Steed race and show arenas...because those folks are very powerful with that ability. She can ignore the commands, but always notices them. Additionally any actual Harm attack or flesh shape powers that are specifically tuned toward avians will do double damage, but she can accept double the healing or genetic alteration from those types of powers too
