Other: While she is definitely 'interested' in having little bunny-mages with her markings and powers, it's going to have to be contractually delegated, she's enjoyable to be around but does not want personal displays of affection slopping things up, her older brother has more than enough of that to go around

Height: 5'4" at head / Build: curvy, sleek, strong legs and takes more after her mother

Hair: white, very heavy and thick, straight, kept in a tail with fashionable fringe, but is often dolled up with buns, loops, and other fancy details, and decorated with pins, barettes and the like; you can't see her tail but its fur is fairly straight and not 'cottony' like some bunny types; does not have bicolor tips but if she hooks up with a Gelgelan their markings may resurface

Eyes: pale dusty violet, with much darker eyelids than face, which may count as a 'marking'

Appearance: kin-passing Gelgelan, fur is a medium grey but quite dark in contrast, and she's got full arm and leg markings in white, and her muzzle fur is brightly white as well; she has tall and pointed ears, still without the traditional tip coloration; she has a happy smile and chipper voice. She doesn't 'talk down' to kids nor pander to parents, but can escort tours or folks who need directions with strong and simple instruction. Like her brother she enjoys contrasting her own color with opposites, whites and blacks almost exclusively, and yes she goes through those shoes at a rapid pace given her duties. She always smells 'clean', not like floor-cleaner or soap, but just 'fresh'

Abilities: the ability to breed 'true' as a rabbit type in appearance, and her offspring will all likely inherit the rabbit-like features, melding only in colors or hair texture if not paired with a rabbit type straight up. She has a very strong jumping and running ability, though this isn't 'magical', she just loves track and field...

Professional Goals: Halsey is still working on her Psychology and Therapy degree*, and she's likely to spend time down at C4 in Crescent City for specific training with her psionics, since they have an exceptional group of Zekirans, Gelgelans, and other powered people that have similar abilities. This process has been somewhat slow because of legal changes, so she needs to also keep up with whatever rules and laws have been passed since she started a few years ago

Powers: like her brother she has a mixture of pseudo-magic and psionic abilities and elementalism carried strongly. She too has a very good empathic ability but can focus it enough to modestly sway nearby people or get a very clear idea of the mindset of those around her. This is somewhat invasive, and she does have to control her expressions and body language if she discovers something unpleasant or surprising (those ears will go all over the place, so they're sometimes gently tied back behind her head while she is working with a specific person). But she is quite compassionate, even when she's found reason to worry or be distressed - she wants to help people, and very few are 'beyond' help in her eyes. With touch, she can actually read a person's history, with the most recent events more prominent. For this reason she wears gloves and refrains from being too touchy-feely with anyone. It is also for this reason that she must maintain a professional and legally-distant manner, until a fully-licensed therapist or legal agreement is made. She's very big on permissions and requests, and honors those when she possibly can.

*She is actually under cover. She's had her degree for at least three years, but she's been employed by Alabaster to make sure that the nightclub scene isn't also spawning all kinds of ugly business deals. She does still 'practice' with people, and her part-time job with the city helping folks visiting their friends or relatives in hospitals is very much something she enjoys. But her night-time gig with Vernnan is more important than anyone realizes. Alabaster will cover any and all legal wrangling if needed, but they are also quite happy that she wants to make sure that she herself understands every bit of what they do in that regard, and tries to make their job easier.
