As above, Foster was born on a farm run by Crey, with the intent to have 'nutrition' for heroic types on their own roster. This did not go well.
It's in the name, yo. While REVENGE is always the right option when your entire species has been subjected to torture and terror for thousands of years, Foster has a specific mad on for those that would harm or alter poultry.
Above - he is able to fly, cast fire powers around himself including to heal his own wounds as well as put enemies in an immobilizing 'ring of fire', but also he's learned how to use the sharp blades of a master chef. Or a samurai, whatever, he's not picky.
An escape artist, good with finding weakness and determining who is 'in charge' in order to scatter the minions. Foster does have a good memory for faces, locations, and the layout of complex mazes.
He is well trained but food-rewarded, so if he won't just jump into a fray, dangle some seed or a mouse. Also he is frighteningly big in his fully flaming form, and he is not a vegan. They'd really love to have him as a mascot. He is not their mascot.
Foster might eventually settle down to instruct other poultry-based Uplifts or powered Kin in their efforts but it'll be a weird experience for everyone.

Top - Foster as a 'normal rooster kin' there's not a lot special there
Bottom - Foster's Revenge in his 'final form'... he is up for some cock fights
Foster can keep fighting a while, but does eventually need to recover. Thing is, that 'Consume' power in his fire set? That drains the energy of those around him and replaces his own...
Accurate to a good degree with his swords, he doesn't really concentrate on origami or shit like that, he's a fighter
He is however very agile in the air and on the ground, quick on his taloned feet, and surprisingly able to get into places that you wouldn't think an 8 foot tall rooster could
He is not an intellectual, but he definitely is clever enough to have a goal and know how to reach it
His 'education' is entirely 'Crey Mazes' and 'pecking order'. He can learn by watching, and knows when he's screwed up, so give him the reward please

Top - as a 'chickie' everyone thought he was so adorable!
Bottom - JESUS FUCKING CHRIST WHAT IS THAT

Foster does definitely have two phases to his appearance, not just to the way he can act innocent to draw people closer. As just a not-burning Kin, he's a bird that only another bird might find handsome, but then there's the frying...

As above, Foster is demure and cute, clucking around waiting for evidence of wrong-doing
And then he's spotted it
Do not let the 'chicken' thing decieve you: chickens are bold as shit and twice as sharp when they carry fuckin ginsu knives and are on fire
His abilities are pretty specific and he has no desire to branch out, he'll stick with fire and knives thanks
He's decent enough with that, knows which blade to use or what technique will hit a group best

Foster's Revenge. The name would bring a chill down the spine of any butcher or poultry farmer, had they ever heard of him. Some had. A fair number of those around Paragon City as well as out on the Rogue Isles certainly knew the distinct color... and scent... of this fryer.

He'd long since ended Crey's 'farm fresh fuel' program with his, y'know. Burning it all to the ground and ganking the scientists that posed as farmers. There were other concerns in Salamanca like ghosts and fey incursions, so Crey didn't bother rebuilding that farm, leaving it to the pumpkin-headed creatures and weird goblin-deer. Foster would return to the place once in a while, but only while directed there as parts of missions he did for the city.

He had also kind of stopped doing those missions for anyone else but himself and his 'friends' in Spirits of Paragon. But even they were growing a little weary of having to run PR campaigns to prevent more losses on streetcorner 'hot wings' vending carts.

See there's the thing. Foster is not a 'kin', he wasn't born to two-footed intelligent beings. He was hatched as a concerted breeding effort from generations of genetically altered and chemically treated chickens. He is a rooster. He does have thumbs. He can speak, read, and comprehend. But he is not 'humanoid' because he was meant to be. He was intended to be food for humanoids. And that has rankled him since the first day he realized that the hand that was holding a worm was just as vulnerable as the worm itself.

Wenona and some others in the Spirits do have to keep a very close eye on his activities. When the group lapsed between dimensions, and some portals became available to the 'west coast skin-side' of Twoarth, they have to watch even harder, because his actions on Twoarth might be considered 'retro' - having a mad-on for humans or 'skins', or 'predators and cannibals' just because they're sitting at a picnic table having their favorite deep-fried chicken bucket ... that's racist, man. That's scary retro. That's the kind of thing that shows up on the evening news with follow-ups hourly until the perp is caught.

So far, he has not outright murdered anyone - that anyone knows about. Back 'home' in Paragon? There's a long list of former-Crey, though truth be told at least half of those were illegally produced Revenant clones. Foster knows the difference between someone 'bad' and someone 'innocent', but he's never really grasped the entire history of 'they will eat animals it's fine'. He himself is definitely able and willing to supplement his 'grain fed' diet with whatever else will fit in his gob: mice, insects, small fey, that hand that he chopped off... So you don't fuck with him.

Some people have tried to get him to just become a pit-fighter, he'd be terrific at it after all. But he still requires a bit of reason to fight, he won't just go up to some rando on the street with a briefcase and a phone and harass them. God no, that'd make him a karen. How bout we don't.

But if he smells chicken meat on that kebob. You are cooked.

Waddlesnacc

Name: Waddlesnacc
Gender: male
Size/Shoulder/Length: 11'8" s / 20' l / 50' ws
Colors: violet, burgandy, teal, off-green, fushcia, grey, cream... A Lady Gouldian Finch coloration
Features: Duck Dragon, as shown (not a gryphon; a feathered dragon with duck feets and leather added wings)
Powers: Winged Flight, though not as bold or fast in the air as his bond, Waddlesnacc can fly quickly at very low altitude, hugging ground features and buildings even vertically, without more than a faint ripple or a spare feather fluttering down. Since he's broad and has those massive feet he can grasp and lift very heavy things - usually kiosks and picnic tables - with ease
Swimming and Water Breathing, With the ability to not only hold his breath for over 10 minutes at a time, but also be able to simply not worry about breathing while under the surface, Waddlesnacc can test the limits of ambush tactics in fountains (that are big enough for him anyway), rivers with nearby camp grounds, and the like, in order to spring upon unsuspecting campers who've gotten themselves in trouble with Foster. Otherwise he can easily bob and float on top of any body of water that is around 3' deep with his feets tucked up under himself and act all rubber-ducky like
Verbal Speech, of the two, Waddlesnacc is actually the more conversational and able - and willing - to talk it out with people. Until they do something he doesn't like, or Foster demands it, Waddlesnacc is typically found asking for handouts and is absolutely not as picky about it as Foster is, even though he does have the ability to magically produce bread...
Breadcrums For Everyone! Though this might seem kind of pointless beyond 'feeding the birds/fish' there is a special moment when Foster and Waddlesnacc form a perfect plan. Those people smugly enjoying their bucket-o-chick? Yeah, sprinkle those breadcrumbs all over them, and let the chaos of a hundred seagulls or pigeons commence! Yes, he's weaponized breadcrumbs
Sonic A-Quack, When he needs to get his point across, or get a word in edge-wise at a protest or brawl, Waddlesnacc is loud. Like, loud loud. With a rapid-fire series of super-sonic quacks he can silence a little league field or a strip of campgrounds easily. If you're near enough to him when he does this, he'll probably shatter eardrums so you might want to get that ringing in your ears checked
Water Magic Suite - with the ability to sense nearby bodies of water, purify them of salt or pollution, and manipulate them into an attack, Waddlesnacc knows just how deep that water is, when he bobs along on it. And he can make it rise with a faint twitch of his little tail, so he's on a pillar of water 20 feet up, who's gonna stop him?
Wingsnap Attack, those wings aren't just for flying. If you're in a big mob and trying to pitchfork-and-torch your way through, Waddlesnacc can aim a strong and directed wing-snap at the area nearby, either at a specific point in front of himself, or in general as an area of effect. This will knock down any bipeds within about a 10 meter radius, and knock back those who are specifically targeted, often tumbling them around with the wake of it
