Powers	Though she seems overtly more 'training' than anything else, her training accentuates her mutation based Telekinetic powers. She has very strong but localized telekinesis that allows her to perform more accurately and with more force, quick and agile in both body and hands. This obviously cannot be taken from her physically but can be dampened or mitigated by those with strong magic or psionic abilities. She has put her training in the military and personal habits to very good use. -- Balancing Act, able to keep her balance on even the thinnest of wires, and seemingly weightless on fragile surfaces. She is incredibly agile on slippery ice or smooth glass surfaces, and can even cling to improbably small outcrops or finger-holds on otherwise sheer walls or cliffs. All of these are her powers at work, and none 'cost' any endurance to use as they are naturally part of her activities -- Precise At Full Speed, with a little concentration (not easily distracted at all) she can focus her hands or even whole body into a task. Usually this is in the form of neatly dicing food comedically fast without even once nicking herself or losing a tiny shred, or rushing through a complicated battleground or testing area without triggering a single trap. Her speed is markedly faster than normal, but not supersonic, perhaps Olympian, but if she is running at full speed she can only keep that pace up for about 30 seconds and must rest for at least an hour before doing it again. Her hand motion needs no recharge and consumes only marginal endurance, so she can keep that up for the duration of 'making an entire platoon's meal' -- Entirely Accurate Battle Simulator, when wielding her swords or knives in active battle situations, she can guide their blades accurately to produce exactly the result she wants. From cutting a tiny thread that frays a rope to break at just the right moment later, or plunging straight through the gap between armor plating on a tank's engine, she is as deadly or merciful as needed for the job. While this does require concentration she's already going to be focused on the battle, and expects there to be noises and dangers, typical distractions, but may lose that concentration if just the right words are spoken, or if she gets a nudge from a non-physical source like magic or psionics. This will break her stride and possibly cause her to miss her target, accidentally kill someone she intended only to threaten, or break a blade (gasp!)
Clusters 24	Knows The Blade +6 From surgical tools and sewing kits, to tableware and kitchen cutlery, katana and broadswords, scimitars and sai, on through modern electroblades and even lightsabers, if it's ostensibly a sharp edged item that pokes through something else, she knows how it's to be held, handled, used, and repaired. She doesn't tend to concentrate on how they're made, but in a pinch she could likely help forge a full sized blade or knife. She can casually select among half a dozen almost-the-same blades for the one that is sharpest, strongest, or made of a particular substance, just by a glance or the wave of her hand over its surface. In the kitchen she's an absolute demon, and a whirling maelstrom of sharpness on the battlefield. She's studied the different types of swordsmanship since she was quite young, and since her powers surfaced long before puberty she was already able to add her power to become skilled in a fraction of the time other students took Knows Her Limits +2 Her powers don't necessarily wear her down, but the overall battles she must fight - including the 'mock' battles of the school's danger room - do still consume her endurance. She knows better than to try and start using some particularly focused ability after a very long day of testing and sparring, because her reserves are already spent. That said, her limits are 'quite large' if she doesn't have to be doing other things, and her powers flawlessly work even if she's not paying attention
Skills 16	Professional Chef +4 After her short stint in the military (was it short? or is she actually still an agent? who knows) she elected to move to the private sector as a chef rather than an assassin or other such job. She does enjoy the work, but is a little miffed that the General continues to pick at that perfectly made salad as if it's from another planet. Just eat it, man, she's not going to kill you she's not after your job... Her work is quite impressive, but not highly varied, as she relies on specific menu items and putting together long term meal plans for the school. She's not the type who would thrive in Hell's Kitchen or Iron Chef, but she is much better than adequate for a high school, and encourages her students to try different things than she herself would make. She can prepare nutritious and flavorful dishes from most normally found ingredients, but if given something 'weird', she'd have to research it first or at least 'take their word for its use', her confidence in innovation is lacking, and if another fully-trained professional came along, she would eagerly be able to keep up with their demands, as long as they instruct properly too Cloak And Dagger +4 If she is still paramilitary, it's likely on the General knows this. Her mind is well trained to focus on tasks, but also keep herself from being lied to, confused, ripped off, or interrogated. If she's entrusted with a secret, she will keep it, and only the deepest empath or telepath might expose her own long-kept history. Likewise she can tell if someone is lying, cheating, or is running a grift, and can manipulate people though with less ease than threatening them...
Knacks 5	Hopeless Romantic, Even More Hopeless Dancer +4/-2 If Your Shows were this dramatic they'd have everyone watching. Bethany throws herself into her life with passion, and as such she's also had her share of bad relationships, flubbed flirtations, and disastrous dance hall antics. Particularly that last one, she is inherently distracted while dancing, for whatever stupid reason. If she was performing alone with knives or a sword, she'd be great! But if it involves even one more person, and the more on the dance floor the worse it gets, her powers seem to actively screw up and make her trip, step on feet, get hooked on belt loops, or other such issues. All of that means she's a bit more bitter about things, a lot more picky about who she might date, and always takes the slightly more spiteful direction if she's got to deal with her prior mistakes later on Fashionable To A Fault +3 She is definitely one of those 'hot for teacher' teachers at FVHS. While she will certainly use her looks and style to gain favor with adults, she will never, under any circumstance, deal with a student in that manner, and makes sure they know this. Her penchant for 'chef-like' outfits is clear, but she could hold her own on a fashion show's catwalk. She does spend a lot more money on clothing than most, but hey, when you look this good?

When this tall, dark, and commanding man showed up in Bethany's life a decade ago, her instincts told her to follow where he led. It wasn't his talisman or even a command from him - she knew power when she saw it. And while she's not one to ride on someone else's coat-tails, she also has never felt like making her own power play or striking off on her own. Not against him, anyway! She easily became his right-hand Lieutenant, and in some ways also made for a reasonable 'aunt' to his daughter. She would never think to replace Litzi, not romantically nor motherly. But to help Andrea succeed and be the star she truly should be, Bethany has proven to be the ideal feminine role model.

She talks frankly to her female students about the issues they will face, both in competition with men for the active roles on a team or in combat settings, and with their own bodies. She is compassionate enough that she will take a student aside when she senses something amiss, she's no cruel or cold-hearted instructor. She will however always take the girls' side in a tiff with a boyfriend, or one of her students' side if they're facing off against a rival from somewhere else. Even if they aren't in the right, it's her choice to do this.

Bethany will help girls (or actually any student, boys or whoever, it's fine!) with their confidence and presentation at social events, and it seems like her powers only backfire against herself, since most of her advice and suggestions have proven to be sound for the students.

She knows that the General and their school overall is growing into the more 'villainous training facility' than 'merely a fancy snob school'. She's okay with that too, she's chosen her side and she will stick with it.
