Features: as shown, half eastern-style air-snow dragon, and unknown likely water-based other parent adds fins where their sire has fur as a mane and ridge
Powers: Wingless Flight, Newid is always floating, flying, or otherwise not touching the ground, and only really stands anywhere when there's water to be splashed around in. They are very happy to lift whoever needs it, either in spirit or bodily, as they don't seem to have much limit to the weight they can support
Telekinesis, things also tend to hover when they're nearby... if it's not glued down it might become part of Newid's dust cloud. That's not really true, they do have to concentrate on the item if it's more than actual dust, and heavens forbid dust get anywhere... So if you're going to pack and move, just start throwing things into the air, Newid will help fold and compress it for your trip!
Translocation, sometimes Newid is elsewhere, and this comes in the form of being in an alternate dimension. If it's close by, as in a barely-variant dimension, some who can detect such things might see them floating like a ghost or slightly displaced. They can pick up things in one and move them to the other dimension, though this is limited to nonliving things, so if you've ever lost an earring or can't find your favorite pen, Newid might track it down in another dimension
Verbal Speech, chipper and energetic speech is pretty typical for Newid, not speedy but just, happy tones and gusto. They do occasionally have a slower, more somber pattern, but often reserve that for the super-serious moments in their life, or to drive home a point to someone
Particle Breath, where do you think all that dust goes? It doesn't just vanish after all! Somehow it gets collected and saved up, and then blown like a plume - imagine shaking out an old floor mat in a stiff breeze. This can blind or cause serious coughing if inhaled, of course, and if there's a lot of allergens in the current batch of 'whatever has been dusty and picked up' those will certainly cause people's eyes to run or may even cause welts if it's pollen; they reserve use of this for very rare occasions and would prefer not to ever push it on living things - Newid will gather up crud and fly off quite high into the air before releasing it if they need to clean up around the stage
*Gender-Shift, under conscious control for the most part, Newid may have forced themself to present their appearance, their sire can camouflage himself adequately and this power might be an extention of that; while they are fully functional they're not a hermaphrodite, and must maintain whatever chosen form if they're to lay any eggs. They tend to show masculine features but only dragons would really 'tell'

Gender: Indistinctly All. Hime's name is a pun in three languages, and while they definitely 'spend time' as any given expression, it's entirely possible that Hime was hatched male and alters themself to be female or somewhere between, or none at all, with concentration and magic. They may sire or lay eggs but must remain in female form internally to lay

Features: Icewing, very probably with Skywing influences, and magical interference. Features include Incredibly Sharp Claws and Spines - these can pierce thick metal as well as ice blocks, almost melting the ice and leaving no chips or cracks, just entering it like it's nothing. Resistance to Cold, Ice, and Frigid Water which allows them to live in the harshest polar areas or at extreme altitudes. They are not in any way 'weak' to flames, in fact this particular Icewing is Incapable Of Being Burned, their inherent chill is so strong. They are not frozen to the touch, they still feel pleasantly cool but not 'warm' to any mammal or heat sensing device. Also they can See Through Blinding Snow, fog, ice walls, and the like make no difference to their vision, including stiff winds with flakes of ice battering them, their eyes are just made for it
Powers: Winged Flight, Hime is markedly graceful in the air, though not particularly fast. Enjoys warm updrafts but can fly in absolutely terrible blizzard conditions, being a pure Icewing. Can keep a steady pace even in unpredictable winds, or just 'go with the currents' and seems to be blown around but can instantly right themself and continue on knowing exactly which direction to go
Verbal Speech, Knows Draconic from their homeworld, though it's spotty and not in use much now, and English with a little bit of Vortigese strewn in, because they like that third pun of their name... Their voice is clear and chilly but with a very plush microfiber blanket around it to soften that fact. When you hear their voice go sharply cold, you are in deep shit...
Ice Breath Weapon, this isn't minty-fresh, it's deadly cold, and often is accompanied by that very chill voice in warning. Even a brief blast or near miss from this area of effect or beam of cold will cause frostbite to exposed skin or hide, and kill plants unrecoverably at least where the cold is present. The beam Hime can make with this is broad, just under a meter across, and is able to freeze things at up to 200 meters away along with whatever is in the way. Also can be unfocused and blast-freeze a broad sphere about 20 meters in diameter centered up to 50 meters away, equally deadly cold in either case. The area remains extremely cold for up to an hour, and the center of it is able to permanently damage virtually any substance, making metal so brittle it will collapse, and definitely killing anything it encompasses. So this is a weapon that is a very, very last resort, and Hime knows this. They are giving you the opportunity to not die, with that one - last - warning...
Gender-Shift, this is largely a concentrated effort of their naturally present magic, though they're not an 'animus', a full magic user, it's very clear that their species is at its core quite able to utilize magic. Its effects are above, concentration takes a while, so they won't just instantly 'be female' visibly, and spend most of their time in an indistinct mid-point (according to any given dragon, they 'smell both' male and female at all times)
Parentage: Unknown direct parents, however has half-sibling by their Icewing parent (not all names known yet but it's a large group of similarly colored dragons)
