Powers: Winged and Wingless Flight, though she seems so delicate, Lilei is a very strong flier, both with fluttering wings and a very long trail of body and tail, and just whipping up into the air without stirring a feather. She is incredibly adept with stiff winds, unpredictable air currents, and dodging raindrops in storms. Lilei is not going to be carrying riders even at her size, except in dire circumstances, but she's easily going to carry several human sized things at once if needed
*Teleportation, Able to move between spaces up to a mile apart, though usually does this in mid-flight and noodle formed because she doesn't want to become part of the actual show... just making sure that all the fireworks or effects are going off correctly; she can go through the Nexus with effort and concentration, but can easily follow those who do it better
*Telekinesis, it's very likely that she uses this power to remain aloft on gale-force winds, or carry delicate items without the need for a harness or carry basket. She can use this ability combined with the Functional Magic to produce, say, rose petals or confetti, gentle falling cherry blossoms, and the like for decoration, and when she's in charge of the area they will remain in a cycle of falling and rising rather a lot like an artificial waterfall
Verbal Speech and Telepathy* able to speak in clear words in several local Twoarth languages, she knows how to get her ideas across by the addition of scattered mental images, rarely doing more than 'show this graph' or 'this is the color scheme' in that manner, as she prefers her mind to be clean of others' intrusion. Her voice is light and airy, and her mind energy carries a lovely lingering night-blooming jasmine smell to it
Avengaean Functional Magic, she excells at the production of light, summoning small items in great quantity, and 'effects' such as smoke or sparks, which can immediately be dispelled at will. She must concentrate on temperature adjustments but can do that in addition to keeping a delightful aerial display going at one time
Seedling Reproduction, may discover some other similarly-endowed dragon, and she can grow 'seedling' offspring in those Makanan gems on her rump; also however, is adept at Genetic Manipulation and has the ability to detect and slightly alter genes in vitro or even in eggs (or pre-live birth). She can likely also just have eggs or even live birth, who knows, since she's a dragon-human range shifter the sire might be a completely different species
Shape-Shift, can become more like either parent (more solidly draconic or very very noodle) at will, and depending on the setting may remain in those forms for a full day without reverting. Also shapes into a dragon headed humanoid with a longer neck than typical and keeps the tail and wings for most interaction with crowds, but also can shift into a nearly full human - keeping vestiges of the wings, and the antler-like horns, three-fingered hands, as well as keeping colors, for business meetings and the like

Other Info: Lilei is the location manager for many road trips and tour dates. She will scout out good outdoor arenas and amphitheaters for appropriate shows, as well as do the decoration and idea jamming on 'set decoration' for lines outside other venues. She also aids with the contracts and work assignments for local people at those venues, and has been said to be quite nice when you do your work well enough |
