Notes for both dragons: They are relatively small, and will rarely exceed 6 feet at the shoulder.
Spots and stripes are both possible but very rare
They prefer purely wintery climates, though will settle for a temperate one. Rarely if ever found in a tropical climate, there are very few recorded cases of one being found in the desert. With some adaption they could live in a desert area with a proper cooled living quarter to return to.
Temperament: Very shy and quiet, they are playful and elusive creatures and it takes some time to gain their trust. They are friendly to other Ice Elementals are a very loyal type.
Diet: They are omnivores, though oddly enough, they can live purely off of snowflakes.
Pack: You will rarely find an Elemental wandering alone, they are a herd type, preferring the safety and community of other Elementals or similarly tempermented creatures.
Intelligence: Average to above average in intelligence
In the wild they will breed once every year, bearing no more than 5 offspring with the right conditions. Their offspring are live-born.

Colors: icy light grey body, shiny as heck blue-ice floof, brilliant ice white wings, horns silver, eyes yellow
Powers: Wingless flight, yes those are technically wings, no they don't need to flap, more like a snowflake on a gust of wind Slick is easily the most erratic flier around, but don't be fooled, he can definitely power his way toward a goal without hitting anything
Teleportation, only relies on this when he's rested, he can move himself and up to one other similarly sized living thing or mass up to 10 miles in one jaunt, but that's pretty much all he can manage, shorter distances mean he can recover but it still takes a lot out of him even for a 100 meter jump
Telepathic Speech, his mind is clear and breezy and can reach any sentient person's mind within 500 meters easily, and other telepaths or ice dragons within 2 miles
Empathy, close up (within 25 meters) he knows the mood of those around him, so he does tend to listen in first and approach later if things are pretty chill (no pun intended yes it was)
Ice Control, a master of solid ice forms, mainly the 'frozen in another liquid' portion such as icebergs and crust found on lakes (both of which are in very very short supply here in southern California...) he can manipulate existing ice of any liquid to create spikes, change their shape, make them fly around, or turn into a solid shield if needed; he can reduce the temperature in an area around himself and freeze liquid water, turn vapor into cold liquid, etc.
Air Control, he is able to sense even tiny changes in air pressure and direction, so he is keenly aware while walking through Carramba's halls of just exactly where everyone is, and can weave around without hitting anyone because he 'feels' his way; he can also then produce small but powerful changes in the winds nearby, around 50 meters distant at most, and can 'part a group' using a gust that for all the world feels just like someone pushing past everyone

Other Info: Gusty is somewhat aloof but friendly enough to anyone who has similar abilities and enjoys hanging out with the fliers and ice-based supers on campus, scouting and spotting dangers from afar, and giving a good idea of where enemies might be just by listening to their breath on the air

Gender: Female

Colors: pale shiny blue body, floof brightly ice white, horns silver, eyes medium blue, wings sky blue glowy ice
Powers: Winged Flight, though slow in the air, it's because Purity is deliberate with her motion, and generally can build up a good speed in high clear skies, she relies more on her 'skate' feature. She can also swim like nobody's business, cutting through the water or even ice with purpose, see below
Teleportation, a sharp burst of cold energy follows her on these frequent pops in and out of an area, she can move from 5 to 500 meters without tiring up to 10 times in a row, though longer distances she'll need to recover from a bit between each; she doesn't tire out enough to stop if she's given about a minute to rest on those short jaunts
Telepathy and Verbal Speech, unusual for her breed, like a lot of things about her, Purity has a clear and cold mental voice and a verbal one which sounds like ice creaking mixed with a cascade of a waterfall, her laughter sounds like shattering icicles
*Size Shift, able to change her size a bit, if Purity wants to expand to around 8 feet at the shoulder, she is almost liquid to touch, but still very much a dragon form. She can then also shrink down to around 2 feet tall as a very cold, very solid block of ice that moves with the same grace as ever. She can only maintain these other dimensions for a short period, around 15 minutes at a time with several hours to rest between
Water Control, able to create water from ambient particles in the air, causing the air to become very dry at the same time, she's on hand to clean up spills, dry out folks who have been doused, or even collect water out of lungs at the beach if someone's in trouble; her power over water extends for up to 1 mile, but she concentrates on it nearby around 100 meters and can sense or move pretty much 'all' of it in that area, so an entire freshwater pond, she can extract pure water from stagnant or salt though she does have a bit of trouble with chlorine or chemicals put into public pools. She swims as if she's a current in fresh water.
Ice Control, concentrated on pure water ice in whatever amount she needs, Purity likes to skate along the ground or even briefly in the air on a sort of ice trail, produced quickly and right under her paws, which melts after her presence leaves it. She can 'swim' moving through even solid ice, sort of phasing through thin walls of ice (up to 2" thick) without even noticing, or thicker portions of deep ice bigger than herself at a normal walking speed. She can summon up a shield if there's water around, though she tends to use either her water based or ice based powers in the field with Waterspout depending on the needs since if she uses one, the other will take a bit to recharge
