And though he's older than some of the current dragons residing at Carramba, this beautiful almost humanoid blue starry hailing from the Ring of Fire (.... i think -ed) named Starchaser has chosen to come along and sit in on certain classes. Starflight - is capable of flying in or out of atmospheres, not just winging it but he can propel himself psionically when in space. He is able to live without pressure, in near-zero kelvin temperature, and without air, food, or water for at least a month, though he prefers having all of those things if he's near a world that has them!

Astral Portal - not just with his wing arms, he is able to create portals leading to and from virtually any location in or out of the current dimension. These portals can be the size of a person or animal, on up to 'Yamato' size for space travel made incredibly easy. He must have been to the locations or near them in order to connect to them, so he's traveled extensively after graduation (in 2007), encountering a great many worlds and potential students! The portal lasts only as long as he requires it, which could mean 'indefinitely' though only one can be open at a time

Biped Dragons Get To Do Things Others Cannot - he has a full complement of biped abilities, verbal speech, item manipulation, technology use, and the like, as well as being reasonably close to the size of many other bipedal species found across the multiverse. He can in fact open a door with his wing hand, or dramatically drape his wing around himself like a cape. But also he's still a dragon, and can fly by flapping, has keen senses (particularly sight and added magnetic senses which he navigates using), on-site and very long distance telepathy (capable of connecting with a known mind at over 10 light years, though he is not overwhelmed by other minds closer-by). He also has very strong communication skills that include non-verbal and non-telepathic types, so he's capable of understanding the body language, scent markings, and other such cues though not always able to convey using them in kind

Conscious Of Consciousness +5 who knew that he was slightly distracted and often absent from some classes, because he was out tending to other people's needs? He became an advisor and advocate because a lot of individuals out there just shouldn't be where they are. Carramba, and its attendant corporate sponsors and individual help networkers, is the safest safe place that any young person of any breed might want. He senses and reaches those people during basically his weekends off...

Astral Navigation +4 he is stunning at remembering where he's been, and can recognize the stars in an area, actively imagining them from the surface of a world he's floating around, or how they've moved if he has traveled either through spacetime or dimensions. He's been working with several of the corporate sponsors to map out these locales better for reference and potential travel locations

Languages Are Easy When You're A Telepath +5 communications are not only his specialty but absolutely vital if you're a stranger on a world that has nothing like you on it! However he doesn't necessarily 'teach' these languages, they simply exist in his mind, and he can tap the right word or grunt or if he can manage it the correct spin to his neck and tail...

Local Support For Stellar Immigrants +4 studied with numerous groups such as Alabaster, United Planets, Penbardd Sciences, and Shaw Chemonautics after his return to Twoarth, and helps them plan out any required information, legal issues, environment and residential plots, and other such services as needed for exotic offworld students. Though he is technically not an employee of any of those, he most closely works with Penbardd and Shaw since they often have the widest variety of existing employment and environmental options

Is He A Search Dragon? Sure, Why Not +4 there are plenty of pairs of Pernese and other such dragons and their riders who get tapped frequently to bring in new potential riders or find bonds for dragons. He does have an innate sense of connectivity that gives a strong 'ping' when there are such people or dragons around him, though this only works on-site, and only to around 200 meters around himself. He attends plenty of pep rallies, political events, pride parades, and such in the SoCal area to detect any local types suitable, but also very similar events when he's able to do so, on other distant planets!

Research Research Research +3 he began taking detailed notes while he was a student, and even still has most of his original homework; this has continued into his adulthood and he enjoys figuring out new technology with which to record his findings and cross-reference them

Highly Protective +3 If he's on a world where dragons are considered 'evil' or 'taboo', or if he detects a lot of anguish or stress coming from people nearby, he will seek out how best to fix this situation. This is why he became an advocate in the first place, and the people he credits for helping him succeed at it, are the Zeddians on campus, whose people are still quite divided about offworld contact. He knows how to work around xenophobia, racism, and bigotry, and understands that sometimes you just have to punch a Nazi in the face to get someone to safety...
