Described below, but know that when Ruby picks up a tune in her head, anything from whistling it back perfectly or writing it down in several different musical scripts, she can do this with an ease that is almost supernatural Fingerguns - almost always hits their target even if it's just with a perfect smile; any Aiming for powers or effects is always at +3; this certainly helps when she's got a difficult piano piece or is using a t-shirt gun to distribute gear at a show... M4d 5ki11z - you're so leet it hurts to look at you, all technology is your domain with +3 Cluster^ with any computer equipment; since she also repairs the group's instruments, sets up the stage and sound systems, and works with the recording and playback when they're doing broadcasts or studio work, she absolutely for sure knows what she is doing there
Clusters 15	^Musical Genius +6 (3) Ruby picked up a 'kiddo riffs' guitar toy as a toddler - no older than 2 - and went to town repeating the guitar parts of any given radio song that her father had on while he was working in the garage. He then gave her a harmonica, and while her lungs weren't too strong back then, she could make it sing. A mini midi, a tiny drum set, a vibrophone, and several more unusual offworld instruments over the next year proved to her parents that she was in fact doing that and it wasn't a trick or whimsy. They had not imagined that their daughter would have such a skill - or was it power? - and enrolled her in classes for music. And that stopped almost immediately when she pointed out how 'wrong' the one instructor's finger placement was on the flute that was being shown off... Over the years of her normal schooling she was encouraged to aid, rather than lambast, and though she still will correct basically anyone in a musical setting, she will no longer insist on perfection. 'If you can do that mistake again, it's not a mistake, make something of it!' ^Electronics Whiz +5 (3) As above, she is able to glance at a broken phone, look under the case of any computer, or check along all the wires and connections of a security or sound system to make sure everything is a-ok. She's often the first in and last out when they're in a studio, and she can tell the differences between a speaker or wire malfunctioning, and a sound being flat or sharp
Skills 18	Composition and Clarity +3 An area where she is very much a perfectionist is in her ability to write and discern musical notation, and this extends to written word as well. She's not a grammar hound, but she is always going to have perfect better and more precise handwriting than darn near anyone else. She makes sure that every sixteenth-note and marked trill is in the right place, all the scales properly distinguished, and - importantly - that they sound right when played, or the words when spoken (you used a keyboard smash to name this character did you ever even sound it out after deciding it?) Care And Maintenance Of Instruments +3 She easily recognizes when an instrument is out of tune, but also when one needs to be actually fixed. Though she is more one to perform on a stage or studio, she can take the time to make sure that all the old wooden violins, any given upright pianos, and ancient taiko drums are in shape enough to be used. Mainly by the students at CHS, she likes keeping the music department's stuff all functional Mostly Gets Away With Anything +3 That tattoo she has isn't temporary, and yes she got it last year. To her credit she asked her dad and mom and they were with her in the shop to make sure everything was okay but that was it right? ... Well, not so much. Her closet is full of shiny leather pants and beaded jackets and pretty much every musical instrument they can afford. They haven't gone into debt for this, she is responsible about it, and as her band has taken off even before graduation she's earned enough to pay them back for bits here and there, and afford her own. But she can essentially apologize later for something that might normally warrant being grounded for a week, even extending this to her friends, thankfully
