Species	Human appearing 'variant' type of Gelgelan rabbit with basically no furry features visible, and Jewel Witch added bonus DNA Tall as an adult but just as slender as a teenager; has his father's pale skin but his mother's line carries all the furry features: his sparse body hair as well as what is shown is white with black tips, a feature traditionally found among the Gelgelans. He has very slightly longer ears than a normal human though that's difficult to see under his hair. He doesn't have a bunny-tail, however there is a line of velvety hair that's decidedly not 'also pubes' down his spine so maybe that was something... His physical prowess in movement and activity is paired with a very strong magical lineage on both sides. He's not royal, but his human father's line were definitely strong magic users among the Jewel Witches

Powers	That's Not A Diadem - He is definitely human 'passing' and clearly takes after his father's side, but in Gelgelan cities as well as the world of Dragondeep, humans definitely have abilities... The Jewel Witches have a strong connection to a gemstone or metal, and using that in a diadem crown aids in their focus with that magic. (They're more psionic but definitely magic using.) His 'diadem' however, is the silver buckle at his neck, added to leather created from the hide of a magical creature. This combination is extremely unusual in any setting, but on him, it works! This item allows for an innate +2 Cluster^ for power use of all types Negate, Enhance, Combine, Swap Powers - This is all from the Gelgelan side of things, and are reasonably common abilities over the entire species. However they are rarely all found in one person! The Enhancement was the first of these that surfaced as a child, and boosts the abilities of a single person using a single psionic or inherent magic power, or with effort and similar powers can do so when in proximity of a small team. The 'Swap' ability is able to take one ability from one person either with touch or proximity (and permission), and allows him to use it as if he has always known how to do so. This is why the Cluster is so very important since he can and has accessed some incredibly unusual things since coming to CHS! The Combination of powers showed up while the Ravers were Raving, and it's something that he has had to learn how to control ever since, and operates only with more than two people (himself included). Negation came into the picture only after being bonded to a dragon, and is actually quite strong, and can negate powers of any magical or psionic type but not those that are biologically-essential, at distances up to 100 meters, and are very selective as to which power they can negate, but only one at a time. Minor Magic Spellcasting - Since he can access quite a few innate powers, he doesn't really concentrate on creating his own spells. However he does still have a few that he likes to use as convenient 'crutches' if something does go wrong. Functional Magic includes a spell to create modest light, warmth or temperature control, something to freeze a being in place for a moment, and a bit of camouflage and communications with nearby friendlies. All of these operate at a very basic level but they do come pretty naturally when he's under stress or out and about. He'd learned most of this while on a trip as a child, got lost and was found by a mole-kin hermit. His folks were none too happy that he'd wandered off, but quite pleased that he was able to master these simple spells in less than a week!
Clusters 18	^Power And Magic Use +5 (2) With a Diadem to focus any ability, and access to 'any' ability, Noah has carefully gathered the sense in his head to learn how any given power works. During school he was encouraged to get used to asking-first, and over time can tell whether a specific power has been used by someone recently, if it's their strongest or focused-on ability, and the details of how that person already knows how to use it. This involves quite a bit of research, and it has taken Noah a very long time to develop a long list of information, which he can consult. He's worked with a number of genetic experts as well as magical researchers in CHS as well as up in Wonder, and enjoys his long talks about these things with the Zekiran contingent here because they absolutely know what they're doing! Both Is Good +3 Why settle for just one thing if it's also compatible with another? Heck why settle if it isn't easily compatible! Make it work! (As opposed to 'work it!' but that too, can be had by all!) If something turns out to not be a 'magic' power, he'll figure out what is similar about it, such as his own diadem and an Augmentation found among the cybernetic population. See? It's like an antenna or a magnifying glass! He puts this all to good use in his daily work, making sure that everyone on a team or in a relationship has what they need to go on, to get everything else to fall into place
Skills 24	Research Tactics +3 Who has the right info? Gets connected with unusual people, from researchers in the Antarctic or Zeddian priests, and understands how to get the best results from asking specific and pointed questions. He doesn't tend to beat around the bush though, so he won't waste much of your very valuable time. He is decidedly curious about many, many things, and can get into much more weird and deep subjects than he has time for, occasionally Aim Exactly Right +3 If he misses with a power he might not get the chance to use it again. Also if he misses when trying to nab or negate the right power, in the right person, that could spell disaster! So don't do that! His aim is very good, winning-darts-all-night good. However he can also use this to put a needle on a record at the precise moment of the Drop, and 'accidentally on purpose' trip the right person into their perfect partner's path... Dancing +3 Not just the raves and their bouncing and swaying, but proper ballroom styles, hip-hop (though he does take some shit from the people who know who his mother is, they call it hippity-hoppity in his honor) and some number of cultural or traditional dances. He definitely prefers more active participation but enjoys couples and solo work the most Dress For Success +3 When your permanent accessory is a leather and silver choker buckle... you gotta learn how to work with it rather than against it. He doesn't have to have the thing around his neck, and it's been enchanted so that if he needs to put it on his wrist, neck, waist, or even bicep or thigh, it'll reach and hook together properly, and remain there until he wants it elsewhere. But it definitely is a fashion speed bump in some circles, so he has figured out every possible connotation of where it might work best - and he's even had it on his head, but not as a crown... instead as the buckle and band around a pilgrim hat. (He doesn't mention that it's also appeared on a leather 'biker cap' with the rest of that implied outfit for... um. reasons.)
Knacks 5	Still Trash Panda-ing +3/-3 He is very smart, quite clever, and kind! But he's also almost always looking for things to see, do, and understand. Maybe sorta sometimes he will lean a little too hard when bending an ear (oh if only he had his mom's long ears!) to listen in on a conversation nearby, or often enough will become briefly distracted by A Shiny Thing. About half the time though, it'll wind up being either 'nothing special' or 'something cool' instead of 'you are in so much trouble' Freeze And Pose +3 If you're out in the wilderness - like he was as a kid - and you hear something approaching, the best you can sometimes do is just not be discovered. But he can use this knack to avoid detction or attract it, particularly when at a dance and holding one incredible pose after another! He also makes an exceptional life model, holding exactly the right posture for half an hour Sensible About Hydration +2 When you're thrashing around in a mosh pit all night, or at a 3-day fire festival out in the desert, you are going to lose a lot of water. He has a good sense of whether someone - human or otherwise - is acting weird because they are really dehydrated, or just stoned. He can then tap into the surrounding folks, there's almost always someone who can help, to get everyone a juice box or a tall cold bottle of water

Siblings?	Look, they're bunny people. Noah has no fewer than five siblings, of which he's the eldest, and there had been more on the way when he left for Twoarth some years ago... They all run a range of 'skin to slightly furry', with the last born before he left looking only marginally like Noah - the only way to tell is they do all have that white with black hair
