Connected To Mainframe - G0rd-OS is able to tap into local wi-fi and thus can communicate directly to virtually any person or construct connected to that system. He is also still connected to Fur-Side Black Mesa's system at all times via satellite, and can beam back information as needed, but each unit isn't necessarily beholden to running its commands.

Synthetic Replacement Parts - because he's actually now considered a 'simulation', his bodies are ridiculously strong and durable; however, the G0rd-OS forms are also a bit expendable, and if one ever does actually fall to injuries there are dozens more where this one came from. They would have to be shipped... Well, teleported, to wherever needed, but that's no problem. Fur-Side Black Mesa has 6 of them scattered around the facility in deployment chambers; Carramba has two, one of them for daily instruction duties, and the other that heads out with the dragons for occasional combat and has made one or two appearances on the Rookery*.

Cybernetics - His markings are actually armor in the form of fur, which can be 'shed' (ablative armor) and absorbs quite a bit of dangerous radiation or toxic materials and then drops off. When too much of the fur is gone, it can be replaced (see above). Ears are designed to enhance sound reception considerably, as is scent and vibration (nose and whiskers), and his eyes are able to see into infrared and ultraviolet. His claws are nearly indestructable, and he uses them to not only open crates without a crowbar, but to do fine-tuned manipulation, as he's got tools set into the index fingers on both hands. He is ambidextrous.

Though the original akita-kin perished in a covered-up industrial accident about a decade ago, he was working on a project that allowed him to upload his consciousness directly into the mainframe at hand. He actually designed quite a few of the new bodies' enhancements as well as the overall structure. The mechanical parts of the bodies are limited to skeleton and nervous wiring, overlaid with synthetic flesh (muscles, tendons, cardiovascular, lungs), while also having strong cybernetic enhancements on those biological parts to keep them in top condition. He can continue to do hazardous research using remote units such as this one, though he can only use one at a time, so he often switches back to his desk or materials handling bay back at Fur-Side Black Mesa. This unit has not needed any particular replacement parts yet, because Carramba isn't exactly supposed to have those kinds of hazards. Yes, he has visited Skin-Side Black Mesa as well as the Rookery, and since his dragon-friend is actually Repurposed Gordon's dragon-offspring they have conferred frequently.* There isn't any mistaking the human for the akita, obviously, if you pass them in the halls they'll both give exactly the same shy wave or enthusiastic thumbs-up though.

Note well that while Akita!Gordon has his consciousness uploaded, he can and does return to the mainframe for 'rest' - but he doesn't need to, as each G0rd-OS construct houses redundant storage and functionality. All of them have update capabilities, he doesn't move to one body and suddenly 'forget' how to do something a different one typically is used for. While he appears to sleep in these bodies, they're actually just on maintenance mode while he's in another of them somewhere else. Since Fur-Side Black Mesa is basically opposite the planet from Skin-Side, this works out nicely, though it does make his 'free' time a little cramped.

Knot-Leaf Kale Baa is seen frequently around G0rd-OS, and while they're not really 'friends' so much as coworkers, there's little animosity between them. In fact Kale Baa is impressed that the akita adapted so quickly to a new form, let alone bonding to a dragon in that form. Notably, the dragon is actually bonded to the entity, not the bodies, and can recognize her friend no matter what form he takes, including 'showing up on a screen'.

* When G0rd-OS learned of the multiverse as such, he was quite curious about it of course. And his human counterpart at Carramba indicated that there were reasons they were always on the lookout for new helpers for their cause. This is why he even has a dragon friend - that Gordon with the two dragons that had a nest full of hybrids? Of course he'd be up to looking at them! Boom. Done. CAPSLOCK and he found each other to be the perfect match. They have taken trips around to numerous sites, offworld, and enjoy seeing the variety of wildlife or alternate histories around them. That said, even with Vortigaunts running around with the rebels and riders at the Rookery, a fully canine-shaped humanoid like himself was not really easy to explain. One of the Lanes usually manages to wipe people's memories of him or alter them at least, if he does show up, and no one involved really likes that. There's enough racism on Twoarth, he doesn't much care for it on another planet. But he's no fool: if he is needed and CAPS is available... they're going out there and making a difference. Whether people remember him as he is or not, they gotta do what they gotta do, right?

Powers: Winged flight, Surprisingly durable in the air, CAPS is lighter than she looks, and uses that to her advantage when sweeping through an area. She still has that super-long tail, and can rudder with it like nobody's business. However she also likes to scamper around vertically, scaling buildings and rooftops, trees, phone poles, and the like, anything that's large enough to grasp and not utterly destroy she can launch from. She has 'grabby hands', her Hive-Silk parentage showing with little gripping pads on her feet, and because she is about 1/3 the weight she might be normally (no one really knows why sh- wait, yes they do, this dragon was given Icarus treatments when they were modifying eggs in the lab, thanks Melissa that was a great call) she can climb interior walls and cling to ceiling beams if they're large. Obviously she can't do this to small items, though she has been known to perch improbably on power poles (their crossbars, anyway). When she flies, a strange sound like static can be heard, rather than wind.
Communication, though she is able to speak verbally (quietly, like all her family) she can use her antennae and horns to create a warbling cacophany of modem-like sounds. When she opens her mouth wide and starts screaming, you will hear it. She creates a fascinating array of noises in this manner, and likes to play around with oscilliscope- or floppy-drive music. Additionally, she is quite strongly telepathic, though hardly ever really touches anyone else's mind but her bond-friend's. Even her siblings are rarely contacted, but they like knowing where she is, and she doesn't mind an info-dump of gossip and news. Vortally she can sense any active mind that's got some kind of telepathy or empathic power within 10 miles, and she's aptly named, because even Vortally people can 'see her yelling in all caps'.
Silk production, though it's not really her ability of choice, CAPS creates silk from her forepaws that is soft and dense, almost like goose down, and can be used as padding, pillow stuffing, or barrier material - as incredibly thick as she can make it, it's still soft, and if you're flung into a wall made of it, not only will it not hurt, it'll absorb the shock and spring back quickly. She can weave this stuff into nets and parachute material, but the more it gets 'worked' the quicker it will dissolve. If it's just shot out as-is, a barrel-shape of it will last for almost a week, if she pads and kneads it into a more functional shape, usually it will lose its elasticity and softness in around a day or so. So she does produce temporary solutions very quickly, and her participation in the hazard course training is in the form of making sure no one takes any permanent damage from falls or jostling. A modified form of this silk is being developed for G0rd-OS himself, to replace or suppliment the fibers that make up his remote units' 'fur'.
Shield and Resistances, CAPS is able to shrug off heat and energy weapons such as lasers or Combine Energy Pellets, though she does complain that they sting a bit. Generally speaking her shield bounces those pellets, and her body soaks the damage if she's hit directly. She has however been known to bounce those pellets between her wings as if it's a basketball, when she feels like showing off... Additionally she can basically eat anything, though she prefers organic materials, and loves fungus and mold for whatever reason. So if there's a spore infestation anywhere, she'll happily come down and inhale it for you.
