Winged Flight - not a great or durable flier, but then he spends much of his time on the ground or at most flitting from rooftop-classes to the Admin Torus for his duties
Verbal Speech - he speaks clearly and with importance, though not with an air of arrogance, he does know that he could come across as haughty or sneery, but he is not at all!

Illusion and Dark Magic - that authority he uses to speak can aid in spellcasting, and he enjoys doing this more with students of the draconic variety than humanoids, but if they can perform their magic adequately so be it! He can create visual, audible, and even other sensory illusions at close range, around 25 meter sphere with himself at the center or with a smaller area of effect at up to 100 meters distance. If he only uses visuals or audio cues he can increase both range and area, but if he wants to create something truly impressive and life like, it needs to be very nearby; his darkness ability works similarly, he uses it to 'stage ninja' effect, and does so with ease. He likes to take the burden off of a student when they suffer from performance anxiety, by placing a one-way darkness wall around them, meaning the audience can see them, but they cannot easily see the people gawking at them on stage or in front of the class. He does like to gently wean them of this, if they're good at their spells they should grow confident enough to use them wherever needed

Metamorphosis (items) - he cannot shapeshift himself, so his class is mainly focused on transforming items from one state to another. Items with a mass up to around 200 lbs can be manipulated to become a different shape, configuration, color, or texture; the smaller the piece the more affected it can be - so a simple white porcelain vase could transform into a super-bouncy rainbow colored soccer ball, while a heavy oak desk might be shaped into another piece of furniture, or with a brilliant laquer surface, or even a floor or wall piece of the same coloration and textures

Brown Fire Breath - though some dragons may have a variety of shades their flames come in, he's not really going to be throwing around this napalm-like sticky acidic breath willy-nilly, if at all. He has not practiced this since his own student days though he might shoot a 'get off my lawn' bolt at something getting too near his roost...

Diplomatic +5 Well versed since he was among the earliest unbonded dragons attending Carramba High, he is the one you want to talk to if there's a dragon running rampant or a flitter faire tearing up your garden: he can ease angry humanoids as well as rampaging dragons and get them to sit down and calmly see eye to eye

Legalese +4 Knowing the local laws inside and out was a hobby for years, and he has decided to turn it into a profession! As he was in on the formation of such laws thanks to Alabaster's involvement at Carramba and their connections to virtually every level of law enforcement from minor local community rules and regulations to federal and even world-wide infringements, D'reshial is informally one of the Alabaster legal team - if he retires from his work at Carramba, he will definitely pick up where they need the help at Alabaster's dragon center!

Slightly Uptight But Still Charming Enough +3 He's a rules lawyer if he plays tabletop games (and he does), but not the kind that shoves 'the right / only way' in your face. He would rather someone be convinced of the right method or to change their opinion than merely forcing it on them

Remembers Students Aren't Experienced +3 D'reshial recalls the era when he was a student, and how awkward things were - not just because he was a dragon and they were almost all humanoids, but because he was young and they were old. (Well he was always 'old' in some ways but still.) He can gently remind himself and other instructors not to be too hard on students who 'don't get it', or have other interests that mean their homework didn't get done on time. Even if he's a bit stiff-necked (an expression! he doesn't have a stiff neck!) students know they can rely on him to help them hash out a new schedule or an apology from a gruff staff-member as much as that staff can trust he'll have their back if a student is truly trying to wreck things for others

Big Enough To Still Get His Way +2 he's a dragon, and even if he's compact and can curl his long tail around his desk, if you really get his ire up, he is not going to forget he has claws

Orderly and Neat +3 he knows just where he left something, and likely if he saw you moving it he knows where YOU put it too
