Bonk Drain - Kaf is the kind of girl who gives a literal cold shoulder, and this comes in the form of being able to sap the energy and endurance straight out of a group or a single highly-powerful individual. Where Gar is able to boost his own Bonk, Kaf siphons it out of more than one person and it stays out for half an hour or so regardless. She doesn't move it into herself or others, it just reduces everyone's abilities to dish out or take more punishment. The physical effect is a sharp reduction in Strength feats, and a very noticable lack of endurance (it maxes out the time needed to recharge a physical power, and reduces strength-based skills to 0 for a short time). Those who have some form of resistance still suffer the effects, but either for a shorter time (15 minutes) or to a lesser degree (reduced to 1 str instead of 0)
Defensive Adaptation - A tactical ability rather than a physical one, Kaf's defenses mean she can dodge raindrops or 'somehow' not die from a fall off a cliffside, finding the tinest of fingerholds or landing just in a pile of loose dirt rather than on sharp rocks. She does get scuffed up, but even if she's fallen ten stories she's able to somehow mitigate damage to a ridiculous degree. 'Roll with it', in a real way. She cannot apply this ability to anyone around her, however, and even if she yells instructions it just wouldn't help save someone else from fall damage
Spoilsport - Powers, even physically present ones, tend to fizzle and sputter when she's around. This ability is effectively always on, she does have the skill to turn it 'up' or 'off', however. It will never cause someone's inherent physial form damage - an immortal is still immortal, but their regeneration might slow significantly, or that kid with night vision might be blinded for the very first time. Those who have classes with her can say that they've developed immunity to her power, if someone is nullified in this way for more than 5 exposures (so within the first 2 weeks of classes at CHS) they will eventually rebound so they can function normally. She can force the issue, however, and even those who she lives with or is constantly around will definitely notice if she focuses on them. She can do this at a range of 5 meters in a sphere, and generally very strong powers or users will exceed the ability. She can selectively work on those stronger ones, but it's at the cost of other lesser people's abilities getting through. She can 'micromanage' up to 10 people's levels of power, or powers up to effecively 'demigod' level |

Sit Down And Shut Up +3 Where Gar is the leader, Tav the focus, and Dal the right-hand-girl, Kaf is very much the 'shadow enforcer' of the team, and when she puts her mind to it, she can focus her spotlight on anyone, or shut down the lights on someone else. She's the one who can silence an entire room by walking in dramatically, so if you're the focus of her glare, you know it |
Skills |
Gets The Point Across +3 She only really has to say things once, in order to get her way, or to express any displeasure. While this skill often is used to convey ire or negativity, she can also use it to actually teach others important things, give directions or rules lists, or get a class to do a group activity together successfully. When she talks, people listen
Where Did She Go She Was Just Here +3 And when she doesn't want to be the focal point of a group you will absolutely not know when she's gone. Kaf slips away unnoticed while other people are talking it out, she looks up to Batman in that regard... Generally she reserves this for 'after instructions have been doled out', but she can also just use it as outright stealth
Unreservedly Eager +3 She is oh so happy to be here, doing this thing, aren't you happy too? Please? Kaf's ability to manipulate others extends to a kind of gestalt and though she can't openly change moods, she can at least get everyone on the same page. She's quite good with cheer squads even though she's not on the Cheering class, and she isn't overbearing or goofy about it, people don't think 'gosh she's an attention-hound', more 'that sounds like a great idea!' |

Kaf's energetic behavior sort of belies the absolute ninja she is. She's up for dirty work, spying, she's a bit of a thrill seeker if only to make sure that she knows what other people are capable of doing. At times she's been tapped for the danger room and dungeon crawl systems, to mitigate students powers or allow specific kids to shine where they might be overshadowed otherwise. Because she can manage specific members of a group, as well as ninja her way around and not even be noticed doing so. Of the entire group, Kaf is the one who does things her own way or on her own at all, but can be relied upon to rejoin group activities when needed.
