Physical Alteration (Speed/Spandex) - the ability to move three times faster than a normal kid, and to move through very narrow or complicated locations almost like water; because he can run and dodge remarkably well, he tends to remain in a spot for what seems like too long, and then just zips away to class narrowly avoiding the late bell
Bonk Drain - even if he doesn't have a very big reserve of muscle and strength, he can touch a much stronger or burlier person and briefly 'balance out' between their Bonk levels. This only works for people that have Bonk of 6 or more (though unusual, is not actually that uncommon around Carramba or even Aperturth), which allows him to gain up to 3 points. It lasts for an hour or until he takes damage that would reduce him to normal
Power Transfer - another touch based power, Gar can swipe another person's ability and seems able to understand how to use it. He's quite fond of following people around and watching what they can do, and loves flight, jumping, and other travel-based powers so he often chooses to tag those folks first. This lasts for around 15 to 30 minutes depending on how much energy is required to use the power. The person he transfers from can still use this power, it only emulates the power, doesn't steal it away |

Leadership Suits Him +2 Gar is a natural leader and understands how to delegate duties and jobs, perhaps due to his Power Transfer ability allowing him to grasp what others are capable of; he is a fair person, paying close attention in his Ethics class and enjoying complex groups best
