Species	Human who is a Clone Trooper* (gain weaponry and Shooting +2 Cluster) In armor around 6'3", out of it around 6', but slender, lean, and agile either way Their voice is quiet and when wearing their armor has a metallic edge to it of course, but though they're biologically male their unarmored voice is breathy, somewhat high, though not sharp nor loud They have golden yellow eyes, under pale platinum blond hair, and extremely refined looking features *They are technically cloned, yes, and originally during the Clone War era as well. However they aren't a clone of Fett, they are a completely different Mando. They have slightly darker skin than shown here but only when they've been out in the sun - they spend most of their time in armor after all.

Powers	Phasing - they can become intangible and move through solid walls. This power is available only through technology embedded in their armor, and is only really effective if already in motion, moving reasonably fast. How it works is anyone's guess, probably some sort of vibro-knife tech, maybe even combined with the Force, but either way Owl has to be moving at a swift walk or a run for this to be effective, they can't just lean into a wall and disappear.
