Spell Casting - With both mothers being witches it's hard to avoid learning a lot of things from the moment she was a toddler and could watch their rituals. Note that neither mom was Marked but they were quite adept with their use of the ambient chaotic Void energy that exists in the World at large. Even Leviathan seems to have been impressed with their efforts as they wove spells together. He has spoken with Hepzibah but they decided that she would rather continue her parents' course, without needing to add his Mark. Spells that she is able to currently cast include these below, which are her main and strongest, but aren't the only ones she knows.

Ritual Magic - to make a place impossible to map, a lengthy and somewhat 'difficult to reach' line of scratched markings on the perimeter and edges of a building specifically. From the ground to its roof, at regular intervals, small but deliberate marks that are indistinguishable from any normal wear and tear to the layman's eye, but to anyone with magical senses while she's making these marks they light up like holiday trim. And then, when finished, even though the structure is very clearly still right there, even if you're using an app on your phone it... isn't. The classic case of 'if you know you know'...
- Painted Flesh - using enchanted pigments to camouflage and blend into an area easily. This is something she's working up interesting new methods for. Since magic flows quite well on Twoarth she's discussed how it might function back home in The World, but it seems like the way she stitches specifically embued thread into a piece of clothing does the same work that actual paint on skin might. These enchantments last as long as the pigment, and she's been making use of the color-fast dyes and synthetic threads available though she knows that those might not be found at home. Each item she creates has a specific look or theme to it, for instance the plaid belt she's wearing above disguises her as a 'prep student' even when she's also tromping around with the punks and princesses on campus
- Teleportation "Weaving" - can move from one spot to another by blipping out of existence and returning nearly instantly somewhere else. She has to know where she's going, though that can mean from a video, photo, even a painting or a vivid text description, or directions from someone who wants to meet her in a particular place downtown for lunch. Since she is seemingly concentrating on an artistic style for her magical signature, she is working on a variety of methods: a chalk outline of a doorknob, that pair of shoes dangling from the power lines over a street, a stray bit of frayed cloth tied around a pole. Most people wouldn't think much of any of those things as they pass on the street, but she might be able to home in on any of them and boop there she is. She calls her specific method 'weaving', for obvious reasons
- Animation - can cause things that aren't alive to move and talk though if they're distracted it might backfire and cause her to inhabit the animated object for a while. This is a half-formed spell that still needs a bit of work, but she is quite smart and has learned to roll with the oopsie of being stuck in a stuffed bear for an hour or so, and may even try splitting the spell into two versions for that reason

Pixel Hunting Is Her Favorite Game +3 Detail oriented to a degree that is almost ... worrisome, but the devil in all these details is 'find the thread that's causing the spell to break' or 'this photo of your neighborhood is too blurry to work with'. She notices anything that's out of place or has been moved, turned, jostled, or has markings that don't seem to have been original. This gives her a tremendous benefit for any Skill that requires visual memory, pattern recognition, spelling and code writing or math, and artistry alike. Her muscle memory is also very refined, so practicing things for half an hour will give her a manual skill that she'll use perhaps for a lifetime (^ = +3)

Check Boxes Checked +6(3^) If you ask her for a list or instructions, she will give you the precise measurements, the right distances, the proper order of actions. If you don't follow those instructions that's on you pal, but her instructions are amazingly accurate. Some have tried claiming 'too' accurate, but then they 'test' her by trying to throw a weird request, and she can tackle whatever you need given a bit of time and thought. She researches her work, gets to know an area if possible but that can mean studying a Twogle Map overhead, or tapping Sae briefly. She doesn't consider any of those things 'cheating', how else are you supposed to learn where that one particular coffee shop that smelled like chai and someone's bold perfume is?
Fashion Isn't Just Pretty +5(3^) She knows that her life back on the World will be difficult if she doesn't have a skill worth coin. Her passion for fashion is well known on campus already, and she's barely been here half a year. But Hep's ability to look over a person and ask a few pointed questions about what they need something for, and then almost immediately getting to work, and finishing that work with little need for further adjustments? That's definitely a fair skill!
Technically Adept +4(3^) When she hears a word, sees it written in different script or languages, and gets a definition, she will not forget it. Even when her heart isn't into the project at hand, she is still going to do well with whatever training she has access to. This applies to learning different speech patterns, memorizing a route, barking orders to a flash mob behind the scenes, or mixing potions she has no intention of drinking...

She isn't exactly dictated by her moods, but she definitely draws on both her desire to stir shit up, as well as the sad consequences of other people doing so
Will Work With Whoever Has That Coin +3 Not really 'mercenary' but 'capatilist' knowing that back at home she'll have to either work with distasteful people, or be discovered as a heretic. She'll put on a smile for whoever offers that coin, but she will definitely subvert some of them using her Threads to keep track of their movements. Whether that's through the Abbey or the sewers or court or Draper's Ward it doesn't matter. She can immediately know where they are and perhaps even who they're with, if they've 'told their friends to come back to the shop for any repairs they need on those socks!'

Powers: Winged Flight, generally flies short distances and lands somewhere he can survey an area, and lets his human friend see through his eyes when she needs a good spot to Weave. He's learned a lot about how to spot good landing spaces for both his own furry butt as well as her normal human sized frame, and seems to enjoy describing things to her from above to see if she can figure out where he is without 'looking'
Teleportation local and nexus, Similarly, he takes short jaunts, a few blocks at a time at most, when he's in an urban setting he hasn't flown or teleported through before. Sure, many of these neighborhoods look very similar from the street but not so much while you're overhead or perched on a telephone pole. He can only take what he's capable of lifting with him, so a book bag or package of materials for Hepzibah. Non-locally however he's quite adept with finding his way through this dimension or that, noting 'the smells are different' for most of them
Verbal Speech and Telepathy, he is a quiet one, but listens very attentively and understands far more than he lets on given how little he speaks out loud. He can and does communicate with the on-site birds and critters, in their own languages. Telepathically he usually only speaks to Hepzibah, but he is listening in on everyone pretty much at all times (leading to his 'decent' grade in Apogee's class). While he does disclaim this as 'I need to make sure who's friendly', it's still a bit intrusive particularly for people who may suffer ill effects if their mental defenses are broken or gotten around
