Powers	Time and Space - just pretty much all of it. Matter manipulation, temporal command. Can alter physics in a localized area, genrehop, create or destroy matter (more accurately alter subatomic particles until they do what she wants), and sense the origin points of any given atom or photon since she can literally see them moving. She exists simultaneously in numerous dimensions and timelines, but it's all her, not multiple versions or doppelgangers. Her ability to roll back and forward through nanoseconds to watch the interactions of particles allows her to have a very clear view of the motion of the spheres. All spheres. Kinda wobbly spheres, actually there are very few truly perfect spheres did you know that? You do now. When she looks at you and it seems like she's 'spooky, looking right through you like that' she is in fact looking right through you, she can see your atomic structure, the light that has bounced off of you, the gamma rays that have penetrated your cells, the entire history of the universe in a piece of fairy cake. She is extremely likely to replace Mako Time at the end of his tenure which hasn't started yet (since Robin is the current Time Lord) Musically Inclined - all that said, she's much more likely to be humming a beautiful, haunting, half-forgotten song that you definitely do not know but will feel like you just can't quite remember the lyrics, but that's because the lyrics were spoken first over a billion years ago by a species that didn't develop ears. While she does know how to play a few instruments such as oildrum and gamelan as well as theremin and sensophone, she generally 'produces sound' using her power over matter. It just appears. To anyone with the senses to detect her movement, similar to a 'stealth game's UI' showing you your own footsteps and noise radius, she is a ball of beautiful waves, which seem to either expand or contract given her desire or other factors such as 'need to be quiet while others are speaking'. Is Attracted To You When You Are A Weirndess Magnet - Odd things attract her attention more than the workaday when she's bored. So when she's bored, she might go looking for those little vortexes, those odd 'you're not supposed to be here' people, the places with weak barriers to other dimensions. She is very familiar with people who have come from other dimensions or times, and frankly those are the ones who are weirdness magnets. Sort of compounding the Weird, without being a danger. So people like Keenan Lane, Bunyi Teremteni, Misota, they all bring attention to themselves in her perception. She's learned to be polite about invading spaces or magnetizing herself to a Weird person, but she can provide you your own personal soundtrack so there's that...
