Winged Flight, Not very fast, not very durable, but slow and steady could win a marathon, right? He would definitely still prefer a careful and deliberate cruise over the coastline and around the cityscape to a fast and dirty race, but as a 'careful package delivery dragon' he can say he'll get whatever it is where it needs to be without a hair out of place or any damage! He has a specially crafted under-neck pannier that can be loaded or even ridden in by people or creatures, and he keeps it steady even in harder weather or difficult conditions

Teleportation (local, nexus, temporal), If you gotta be somewhere right now, let's go! Sure he can pick that up he knows he's not that much of a burly dragon but he can still carry a literal bus. Not for very long, but just pack in and don't worry about that stuff you think you hear while we're between. It's just background noise. It's not a threat. He promises. >_>

Verbal Speech and Telepathy, Among the many dragons whose distant lineage couldn't speak out loud, Lezuth seems to be making up for that fact by being somewhat verbose. He's not an 'intellectual' but he's definitely smarter than most, and does have a charm to him as an adult that he entirely lacked as a kid and teen. He's still somewhat awkward, which is fine, because he tends to have closer ties to specific people for his work, rather than being the gregarious type. He will talk your ear off if it's a subject that he is interested in! His mind is what some might call 'marshmallowy' in its resiliant soft sweetness, and his mind can be heard at distances up to 25 miles without straining, so if he's going to be a little late because someone didn't pack their delivery right, he can give the locals a heads-up

Unassisted Firebreath, Fireballs, while he definitely has these abilities, he only ever practiced them when he was in school a decade ago and maybe now and then at parties. He does consider his fireballs to be pretty cool looking, as they seem to match his bright golden-brown color, and since they're... kinda weaksauce in terms of heat he can launch them at parties (well not 'at people or things there' but during one) he knows that whatever heat it produces won't burn through things

Aerial Navigation For Delivery Purposes +6 This involves knowing where other dragons are, drones, airplanes, news helicopters, and the like. He's quite adept at getting around, at least from TJ to Talon City and the Dome up to Wonder. All centered at Crescent City, where he has a nice den and 'headquarters' for his shared delivery business. (He calls it 'his' it's ... definitely not 'his-his' as he is an employee, but he's one of the first!) As he does have a good eye for details, seeing where traffic is piled up or there are too many people on the ground to land, how well a building might stand being struck or landed on, he is often relied upon to do scouting work for delivery sites

Talk To Anyone For A Few Minutes +4 Small talk is important in maintaining good customer relations. He listens when he's supposed to, responds to the right key words, and can nudge a conversation with namedropping or a casual (ish) question. He does keep track of people who are snippy or short with him, or have complaints or complements to the business end

Makes Up For Youthful Indulgences With Adulthood Care +3 He was actually kinda roly-poly as a kid. While he's no gym hound now, he does understand that treats are treats and healthy habits last a lifetime so if you want to actually have a lifetime you gotta knuckle down. He'll never be ripped, but he's still going to be able to out-fly any average dragon if speed isn't an issue. Thing is though he still loves those treats and has an extensive memory of 'how well that meat chars on a grill' or 'did you know you can put those sprinkles in the batter?'

Unattached And Unashamed +3 While he was sponsored, there were a lot of dragons and a trio of couples - some of the dragons were less than thrilled with any of this, but he always took to it pretty well. He works okay on a large team, best with just a supervisor or a partner, and is a good self-starter overall. He doesn't seek validation from a bond or a partner, though, he simply wants to make sure everyone's good to go before he heads home for the night
