Powers	Dragon! Fluffy short fur with bright long mane, tail, and leg fluff; short (3-5' s / 6x long) Cat and Horse styled markings when markings appear; currently Whim is around 3' at the shoulder, but will max out at 4'3" s / 26' l within about 2 years, so by the time she graduates she'll look about as mature as she can which will never be very mature at all now will it? who needs to grow old anyway! -- Wingless Flight, floats as if swimming, and is remarkably agile in the air, can flip and turn and corkscrew and move in almost all of those manners at once if she's concentrating! She's small and lithe, not built for carrying or lifting things, so she's much more speedy in the air than most of her size -- Teleportation (portal based), can open a heat-haze-like portal that wavers in the air, only as long as she's concentrating. Usually she's the the only thing that can go through it, but if needed she can let others go through first for a short period; portal closes after she goes through, or after around 15 full seconds of being opened -- Telepathy and Verbal Speech, Whim is chipper, cheerful, sounding like a fusion of a finch and dolphin when she's excited. This applies to either her voice or her mind, though luckily her telepathic range is so far only about 500 meters. Eventually she'll be able to think her happy thoughts to anyone within about 10 miles! Brood-Based Powers - These are dragons with a purpose! And that purpose is to usher in new life as best they can. -- Limited Precognition, can always tell when a birth, hatching, or other similar event will occur; Whim is very aware of all of the potential parents around her, and has made a point of ... well, 'stalking' is a little strong of a term, but 'remembering' those who she thinks would make good pairs, and sometimes she'll encourage them to show up for others clutches! nudge nudge! NUDGE NUDGE!! -- Brood, able to buffer clutches of eggs (presumably others too) against environmental dangers; though there is little danger here on Twoarth or at least at CHS, Whim would be a spectacular guardian of hatching grounds. In fact she'll be on board with any local hatcheries, from flitter containment units to major events planning stages, to offer suggestions as well as be there with bells on to make sure that nothing goes wrong -- Incubate, able to hasten the hatching of eggs safely; Whim has met a couple people through the magic campus channels that... well, she's wondering whether she should ask them if they'd like assistance? That dragon shifter man, Lucas Kalkin, he claims that he's got several 'full dragon' eggs waiting to hatch, and she's gathered that he's been waiting for that to happen for several hundred years! Whim's words on the matter would be 'verbally ask first' but her thoughts are definitely 'please please please please let me help them hatch! please!'
Clusters 9	Child Protective Services Incarnate +3 If it involves eggs, hatchlings, young, nests, childcare centers, or indeed parenting of any sort, Whim is right up in it. She's actively making sure that everyone is okay with whatever processes or events go on around their kids or eggs, and is apt to be the one little voice in a crowd that's gawking to pipe in with 'cough-cough-give-them-space-cough-cough' at those around a newly hatched egg. She will certainly help any way she can with a mother brooding her eggs, fetching things or doing magical checkups, and will run interference if there's any kind of conflict of interests such as those guys in the genetics department want to do what without your consent hello, no? Not that she is against altering eggs, but that she absolutely will protest any alterations or even touching that hasn't already gone through the parents approval first. This means she's eagle eyed and lightning fast around an active hatching site, and won't hesitate to get directly in the way of someone who is too bold for their own good. She's very good with keeping the peace around a nesting site, and her other skills definitely contribute to this whole attitude

Well not like, licensed professional or anything but she's well on her way to being a representitive for dragon kind in the psyche department. What if the eggs don't hatch? What if there aren't enough people or dragons to come bond them? What if people want to bond but the dragons don't? All of these are issues she's eagerly brought up in classes, and has had a lot to do with the formation of separate dragon counseling services! Dragon Physiology And Evolution +3 Even if it seems she's kind of a fluff headed matchmaker type, she's more than intelligent enough to see where magic and physical traits can be meshed, and how any given pairing might turn out just by looking. She gets along famously with Genetics instructor Melissa Larrabie, they have a lot to talk about! (though it's not her class, she'll hang out with the human and listen in anyway) Artistic Ribbon-Like Behavior +3 Agile and sleek, she makes for quite the addition to a dragon based event, whipping around like a banner, or even carrying one over a field! She's been to Yodel Hidalgo's Rainbow Revue more than a few times watching how the dragons, particularly the long snakey ones but also the shifters, move and posture, for inspiration
