Powers	Spoilsport - negates any power being used by another character or npc, including out of control powers, but NOT including their own; with this ability being in the form of echolocation shouts that stun the users, sometimes they do break eardrums or cause inadvertent damage, but usually Kelby is able to isolate individual parts of the brain or whatever gland, object, or magic item is being used to produce a power, and shake it loose or rattle it enough to cause an interruption Monster Out - You'd wonder how they could possibly have discovered this odd and not-insignificant planet since they're from so very far away. But look, they are *a space whale*, possibly even a very long-lost cousin to the purgil of the Far Galaxy. They aren't a shapeshifter capable of moving into other forms, but they definitely have a limit to how long they remain on two feet and start needing to shift over to the ocean, and then maybe say So Long And Thanks For All The Fish for a weekend in the stars ^Electronic Thumb - allows Kelby to traverse the universe in ships rather than zooming around themselves, and yes it also allows Kelby to have a thumb that is a functional addition to their flippers even when they're in water-dolphin form or out in space. They do move down a couple sizes when they Hitchhike as a whale though **Linguist - any Human or Humanoid language can be learned by you in less than a year fluently, +3 Skill: Understand Any Basic Human Language (not complicated speech but the essences); while they do have a Babel Fish, they aren't always using it. In fact they have a kind of on again off again relationship, since Kelby is quite capable of not only hearing an amazing range of sounds but producing them as well, Kelby would rather actually listen to the speech around them and try working out how best to speak. When that doesn't work only then they rely on the Babel Fish, which is definitely guaranteed to let Kelby understand them, but not necessarily allow them to understand Kelby
