Origin: Vault Earth, local from the Mojave in Primm in fact!

Family: unknown, she is the only one in her direct family to become a ghoul, so they are long dead and she can't have children

Other: Continues to reside now in the location her family was originally from, with a wide circut that she wandered, returning home is important to her now more than ever

Height: 5'6"

Weight: who knows, she's very slight of build though obviously fit from wandering around the desert

Hair: Somehow has a lot more hair than most ghouls, but that may be due to her being reasonably young and otherwise healthy; pale brown in color and a bit stiff, difficult to comb, and she hardly does so because she's worried if she yanks too hard it'll just come right out (and she is not wrong, it's possible that over time she'll lose her hair)

Eyes: pale green, though slightly yellowed and will grow more sallow and jaundiced looking over time

Appearance: as a young teenager before the ghoulification process started, she was pale skinned, now she's pale with varigated and slightly lumpy skin that may continue to clump and look more and more scarred, but it's a slower process than typical, so she may look as shown for another century or more; her nose is beginning to recede though she still has puffy and full lips; prefers to have dramatic black and white clothing, and includes a black leather jacket not shown

Genetic Abilities: Ghoul genes allowed her to transform into an effectively immortal human, at the cost of her skin and hair... 'Radicool', she gains strength and endurance in areas where there is a lot of radiation, and will commonly visit actual nuclear crater sites to gain a boost that typically lasts around 2 months if she just wallows in it. (Both stats go to 9 and taper off over time.) While she certainly could get injured from a lot of other things, she can use this ability to heal herself from bullet wounds, broken bones, and the like, and she doesn't get sick or carry any parasites; she doesn't carry the rads either!

Icarus Processing: none, and like many Ghoulified people, the scientists at the Rookery really want to know how any of her genes work. While she's certainly willing to help them learn a bit, she puts her foot down at any inflicted injuries - just observation, not experimentation please.

Skills or Profession: as a wanderer she has learned how to use a Laser Musket and can rapidly tag numerous opponents with it, delivering painful laser wounds that will certainly linger and scar if they survive at all. She also, in her travels, found a comic store that inexplicably had a working alien blaster and an acid soaker squirt gun? Why would anyone have this in a store where kids are the biggest customer base?! She certainly knows how to use those things, but coming across ammunition was a bit of a problem. (Until her dragons? because woah Grinstil can make a very, very potent acid!) They have a hobby-level skill with computer systems, all that wandering has shown her places that require keycards, passwords, and the like, and she can deftly defy security systems of the household or simple variety. She can't break into high security areas, but she doesn't need to any more. 'Harmless' - people believe that a small slip of a ghoul doesn't have any danger associated but oh how they would be wrong - she is sneaky, and uses her skills to lift small items or money, get in and out of places unseen, and the like. She doesn't do this to customers! Now that there's a place cleared up, that saloon bar just waiting for someone with the experience and wide travel to be exposed to many different clubs and roadside bars is paying off. She's not particularly willing to sample too much of her merchandise, but she can already mix a very good bunch of drinks to suit any need.
Personality: They have a Jubilant disposition, and seem quite happy to be wherever they are! That's not to say that she doesn't have a bit of a temper, particularly where slavers or raider gangs are concerned. She will eagerly wade in to a radiation zone and clear up what she can, so that others aren't affected, and since she has the ability to boost her strength in that setting, it goes surprisingly well.

Events or History: Her family was indeed local to the Primm township at the turn of the century, but by the time she was a 12 year old most of her blood kin had died from either exposure or attacks by raiders. Also by the time she was 17, her skin had already started hardening and she noticed how much easier it was for her to get around the irradiated wells and craters than anyone else. Slowly but surely she has realized she's not growing much older, if only her skin wasn't gross she'd be forever 18 or so. She acts like it too, ambitious and eager, she reveled in being the only one around fit to lift whole barrels of toxic and radioactive waste out of the way for caravans or to toss nukes with her bare hands. Eventually when there were too few people she knew left in Primm, she began wandering - a long and unplanned circuit but with the idea that she'd eventually want to come home, resettle, or just see how the place had worked itself out.

Well, it turned out that by the time she got back from those long wandering jaunts, bringing home several issues of Astoundingly Awesome Tales in the process along with those weird actually-alien devices from a shop in Dayglow to the south-west, the area was in a state of flux. The asshole Legion had begun encroaching, the less-asshole but still-not-great NCR and the less-welcome but less-noticeable Brotherhood of Steel all tromping around with a variety show of Raider gangs to boot. And in the middle of this, New Vegas had a surprise in store: Aretha, the courier, from the east coast vaults and northern seaboard, down to the sonoran desert and Dayglow itself, this woman seemed to know what was good for people, and that meant she was in the process of 'fixing' the area. Confident in her ability, Eunice left once more for a closer tour of the towns at the edge of the Mojave Conglomerate. Before reaching her home town again though, she ran into the Powder Gangers on their way out - chased by Aretha but also not willing to let go of their 'precious' slaves. Those few that got hit by her acid squirtgun would be disfigured for life, and the others realized that they did not want to join that parade of pain. Thus Eunice rescued Naylor, and became a sort of mentor to her to get the girl adjusted to living as a regular person once more.

Together they have taken up residence in the Vicky and Vance Saloon where Nita runs her own brand of protection with the Rookery... And dragons. Interesting times to live in for a person almost a century old...

Colors: Aquamarine, body is gentle light blue-green, with medium teal wing arms and armor; wingsails are slightly sparkly and bursting with colors in the blue, green, aqua, and teal range; horns and claws white
Features: Gem dragon, skin is like a snake or lizard, it has tiny scales that protect it from tears/injury when on uneven ground, floating shiny aquamarine gem
Powers: Flight, Preferring to remain grounded or wrapped around Eunice's shoulder most of the time, she can still fly well enough and manipulate items, usually to pick up empty beer mugs and tips from the tables
Telepathy, bursting with cheerful and bubbly thoughts
Aquamarine Magic, creates bubbles and droplets of water, this magic is decidedly good to use in a bar! No flat soda or beer here, that's for sure! Of course maybe it's a little watered down but it's magic water so there's that!

Colors: Mica, body is softly shaded peach, with only barely darker wing arms and armor; wingsails glitter with tans, peach shades, white, and buff colors; claws and horns white
Features: Gem dragon, skin is like a snake or lizard, it has tiny scales that protect it from tears/injury when on uneven ground; glittering mica stone gem floating nearby
Powers: Flight, almost always in the air, but also likes to dangle from the rafters or chandelier causing a splay of reflection from his wings
Telepathy, exactly as happy as all this sounds, he's genuinely enjoyable to hear in your head
Mica Magic, able to make things more beautiful, and mixing things together, so if someone's thinking 'what about that other bar across town' nope this one is much, much more to your liking, weary traveller! And when a patron asks for a drink that just doesn't seem 'right', what they want Grinstil can provide, even if they lack the exact ingredients
