Name: Samantha (X2-60) Gender: Female, she/her, aro/bi Age/DOB: appears around 25-30, inception -6 years Origin: Vault Earth / Institute, currently Gulper Island Family: Synth creations, also 'brother' Sammy (Y2-60) Other: Height: 5'9" Build: Lean and muscular Hair: dark auburn orange-red, shaved on one side and flopped to the other, no longer than chin Eyes: Dark blue, but usually behind mirror shades which allow for pip-boy like attachments and information display Appearance: light skin that has a slight red tint; in the unlikely event you'll actually see her, she usually wears the Courser gear as shown, but has selections of civilian style as well. She is curt and to the point when she speaks, and easily judges you just by pursing her lips, so if she has to address you you will hear it like a knife whistling into your airspace Icarus Processing: none, but since she was created after the changes to the Institute, her SPECIAL stats are quite impressive. Her biology does allow her to have children, though it's highly unlikely she would want to. Genetic Abilities: As most Courser type synths, she is capable of stunning feats of strength, endurance, and speed. She does seem to also have a bit of extra-sensory perception, though what its exact mechanism is is unclear even to Melissa. She does share that perception with her 'twin' Sammy. |

| Skills or Profession: Serving as a guard for the entire Gulper Island complex, Samantha spends much of her time on her feet, patrolling the grim Fog (immune to its effects, when it does get thick at times), and making sure that no unwanted intrusions get past their perimeter. She is very capable of mental mapping, memorizing faces or sounds, and of course has intimate knowledge of armor, weapons, their uses and applications, and recognition of them. What she lacks in communication skills is more than made up for by the fact that she can easily tell friend from foe - no friendly fire from her weapons has ever been shot. Sometimes lone wanderers or sole survivors wander up this way, and Synth or not, she can spot them and bring them right where they are needed. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Personality: as above, she is ... not a people person. A stray Synth wandering up through the marsh nearby will be met with a warning not to bolt or yell, and then with a more friendly 'I will take you to safety', but that's about all anyone's going to get from her. Events or History: also as above, created after Levi's changes to the Institute and after the connection to Wakefield and the Rookery is established. Even if she and Sammy are considered 'Coursers' their duties from the Institute have never included the same level of violence towards their fellow Synths. Now that she's settled up in this dreadful radioactive Fog she has plenty of things to practice her skills, and that's just fine with most others given her abrupt personality. She is looking forward to seeing whether there are exotic creatures that would find her line of work, and her own personality, compatible. Even if she's borderline rude to people it's because she needs them in one place to protect, and she will want to protect at any cost to herself. |
