Name: Liesell Gender: Female, pan Age/DOB: ~18, aged, RY8 Origin: Repurposed Earth, brought directly to Rapture on Rookery Family: All ELLs are her siblings, she is part of a small group specifically rendered for modern Rookery needs Other: she is highly flirtatious, and enjoys company of all types, and is very likely to be tapped for gene pool purposes Height: 5'7" Weight: less than 100* Icarus processing reduced weight significantly, improves her strength and durability and has made her very flexible and quick on her feet, much faster than most people expect Hair: dark brown, muted in tone, straight and silky, styled in an up-do but is quite long, down to her waist Eyes: brightly blue, nearly teal, smallish, under delicate brows Appearance: tan skin with no flaws or scars, with a heart-shaped face and very petite features; long legs and arms, seems considerably taller than she is for that reason; loves wearing specifically tailored orange and black clothing that incorporates both the Icarus under gear as well as ELL branding; has a quiet, high-pitched voice and can sing remarkably well Genetic Abilities: with the advent of Icarus-Plasmid treatments, Melissa and Rhea are willing to take some amount of risk with their new productions, and Liesell pays off. She has an ability to manipulate sound and air pressure, though her range of effects is somewhat short. She can amplify or muffle existing sounds, and modify them within around 50 feet of herself. She can direct sounds to bounce or echo, become quiet or booming, or even isolate individual people that can only hear - or only miss - sounds around them. She cannot do any other telekinetic tricks with this power, but it's certainly different from her sisters. She does also however have the ELL touch with machinery, however in her case it's very specific to the equipment that is in use in her nightclub, sound and lighting controls respond to her touch easily. Icarus Processing: Yes, she was created specifically for this, and her processing did what the Icarus usually does, causing her to become light weight and muscular. She is not tremendously stronger than normal, but she is around 3x faster than others, and can fit into surprisingly weird spaces - yes, she's already quite narrow but it's not just that, she can bend remarkably well. Skills or Profession: designed with entertainment and distraction, in Rapture, so she has a specific set of downloaded skills that she uses daily. She knows the location intimately, and can navigate through the old Little Sister tubes even at her full adult size. While she is still an ELL and has appropriate skills with some machinery, she's not relied upon to fix or maintain any vital items in Rapture. She has a much more dedicated knowledge of sound and lighting, anything to do with stage productions, movie making, recording, and music composition. Liesell has a vast array of songs memorized outside of downloading, she's always humming and working out compositions in her head before going on stage to perform. She has a very good stage presence, though she seems so frail aside from being in front of an audience Liesell knows how to best play to those she sees watching her. Even when she's behind the scenes she is adept with directing others and can carry that into other fields, but chooses to be the entertainer she was made to be. She can speak several languages though not with complexity.
Personality: Though not 'gregarious', she's very welcoming and enjoys being around people. If it was another universe, she'd be a mixture of public relations expert and consummate performer. When she's on stage, she knows exactly what she's doing, but is never so full of herself that she won't allow others their time in the spotlight.
Events or History: She knew from her very first moment that she was meant to be on stage. Thankfully, it was right there waiting for her. She's combed through the safe areas of Rapture looking for instruments, recordings, and other equipment for her theater. She resides backstage in Fleet Hall, and works with the record store nearby when not actively performing there. Her beautiful dragon stands as both a guardian and sales pitch, and occasionally as background beats. While Liesell was created in the AAEC back on Repurposed Earth, she was transported directly to Rapture on the Rookery in order to have the full Plasmid-Icarus mixture processing, so she has never really known any place outside of Rapture, and the very rare trip via portals to the North Aperture site. She's heard that Lane Mansion has a collection of music, and he intends to bring her around to make copies and check if there are things she needs back in her shop. She really loves performing group numbers when Rhea and Raven and Siren are around! They're known as the Rookettes.
Dragon Name: Marquee Gender: Male Size/Shoulder/Length: Sport 5' s / 22' l / 26' ws Colors: muted black with highly metallic gold striping on limbs, face/horns, neck, tail, and wings; eyes gold, claws black Features: Semi-aquatic dragon as shown Powers: Gliding, as with many of his kind, he is not really suited to open flight, and uses his wings only for show or to occasionally break a fall, gliding down from the top of the Flight Dome or from one floor of Fort Frolic to another. He can carry a bigger weight than you'd expect, but generally that means he's moving sound equipment or setting up for a show. Semi-Aquatic Adaptation, his body is very dolphin- or seal-like, remarkably flexible and has a fatty layer protecting him from cold water. His hide is thick and rubbery, but not hard, he's almost plush to the touch. Though he can hold his breath for quite a while, he uses this feature to sing or create music, rather than being underwater for extended periods. He can actually perform a full 4 minute tune with only one breath! If he does have to go outside, it's brief - he doesn't care to be away from his bond for long, although he does occasionally pick up the banner and signage for her performances and show off outside restaurants to remind people that once they're done, they should head over to the theater. Since he's small, he can use the human-sized airlocks for this purpose. Communication, like most of his breed, he can vocalize but not really 'speak' so much as make trumpeting sounds; however he clearly understands spoken English, Vortigese, Draconic, Italian, German, and French. Telepathically however he can speak in a smooth and low 'voice' that is heard within 20 meters clearly by anyone he wishes to think to, and anyone outside that with stronger Vortal power can also listen in. His trumpeting can be heard echoing down the halls of Rapture wherever he goes, and is remarkably musical outright, he has been working on ways to make many brass instrument noises, as well as humming like a saxophone. Exceptionally keen hearing, thankfully his hearing seems not to be able to be damaged by loud or persistent sounds. He can detect a pin drop on a soft surface, as well as hear distant rumblings of the whales or sea dragons miles away. He uses his hearing to discern locations, a fully functional sonar ability that even dolphins cannot hear, and can passively recognize just by their foot steps and breathing patterns, who all is nearby or coming to visit. He's never had trouble distinguishing conversations from several rooms away, even behind a loud concert, and will tuck those conversations away for later - the little gossip.
