Age/DOB: 8, special admission 2+ years early

Origin (World/Dimension): England of That Other Earth, but has moved fully to Twoarth to be with him

Family: Parents are actually from several other dimensions in their lineage, a variety of magical Earths; both are on site at House Domina now because they also have three younger kids (his twin sisters (4) and their infant brother) who they suspect may need more particular education like Rowan

Other Interested Folks: none yet, he attracts interdimensional attention though

Height: will be around 5'7" at adulthood, and small, slightly tubby in build

Hair: dark brown, short, usually under a baseball cap which he likes collecting

Eyes: dark green, nearly peacock teal

Appearance: medium light skin, usually with bruises and scrapes because he gets into everything

Magical Skills or Profession: he is a Weirdness Magnet, and as such 'everything sorta just happens' around him. Currently he has no way to mitigate this, so it has to be done for him, witness the bubble of magic around him... He will eventually be best at artificing and enchanting devices that channel magical energy, with a side of Reality Shifting - he is not a 'thrope or animal shifter, he adjusts to the locale or setting automatically, so it's entirely possible that one of his grandparents is from Bugtown. He does use this power to move from one dimension to another, which is how his folks found Twoarth and Domina...

Wand If Any: None yet, though he would like to look into using a television remote control or even a video game controller, wouldn't that be cool!?

Events or History: as above, he skipped out on his family dinner one too many times, and when his folks attached a tracking device (suspiciously like an Electronic Thumb only powered by magic and not electricity) they realized he'd been visiting his extended relatives in their own home dimensions. It took a number of those extended relatives to help create devices, both tech and magic, that would allow him to at least remain in one place longer than a few minutes, and not drift to another world while he was asleep and couldn't hope to control it. At least one of his grandparents however is from Twoarth (Skinside), where they found House Domina. His folks were actually thrilled to come back to this place, they had been looking into moving around the world, away from That Magical Hitler of theirs, so finding an appropriate dimension that would never in its wildest dreams allow that kind of abusive behavior... oh yes, Twoarth it is!

He was considering Carramba High or Wonder's Wonders, but it turns out that House Domina has a good amount of daycare and mitigation features for exhausted parents to let their kids play but not burn down the house.
