Appearance: ghostly white skin that doesn't tan and keeps its white shade year round regardless of how much sun she gets; Clothing Style: has adopted another culture's style, Typical Dragon-riding gear of warm trousers, fur-lined boots, a absinthe green silk shirt, and fur-lined jacket, though her family doesn't necessarily scoff at this, they do prefer she put on something more appropriate to a mine-owner's status when they have people over; her voice is clear and high, and she has an incredibly beautiful singing tone that she claims 'is because she senses the vibrations through the gems'

Weapons and Armor Skills: Uxo does not want nor need to use weaponry, though she can 'dodge an incoming fist' she hardly puts herself into a position where this is necessary. The only time she has thought 'would it be prudent to have a Budak bodyguard' is a little later in her stay on Zekira, entering the political groups, and having at least one assassintation attempt...

Skills and Profession: From a very young age, Uxo was capable of detecting metals within rock or strewn around in 'play rocks' geared to discern a Jewel Witch's psionic affinity. She began forming her own Diadem when she was 6, and it's continued to evolve ever since. Her family does own and run an ore and gem mine, so it's not really a stretch, but even so she was quite young when she entered those mines for the first time, coming out with handfuls of small gems. Her family, needless to say, is filthy rich... Her schooling brought with it exposure to other psionic skill sets, and this was when she noticed 'you're not really good with this type of power, maybe try something else' - and was re-evaluated by stronger Witches to learn more about how to exploit her sense of genetics and potential powers. She determined her own route, becoming a recordkeeper and 'first filter' for the local Witch evaluation center on their portion of the Crystal Dome city. When she suddenly vanished and then came back with an extremely unusual injured animal, her secondary career became evident too - she is compassionate and wants to make sure that all forms of animal life get the chance to thrive. Her family is a little on the haughty side, and she has picked up on this fact, but runs with it in a more gregarious and kindly way than they might have taught her on their own. How she uses her skills is entirely her own unique method, but she does have the same sort of 'oops I'm in your face did you know that you have this weird power now you know kkthxbye' as some other sensing Witches... Though she cannot legally pair up people she discovers with similar genetics there, it's entirely possible that at some point in the future she would go to school there for such a thing and become a Peridian - it would be 6th Degree and with special waivers since she's from offworld. But it would grant her the rights to mix and match, or pair up people as she sees fit. However she wouldn't just 'do that', oh no no, on Zekira it's all legal rights, but in the Jewel Witch community it's nearly anonymous as to who is given which partner's sperm or ova... Doing it outside of a clinical environment is both messy and emotional! And she doesn't use those tools, merely understands the complexity of the dna!

Possessions: Her family mine and estates are very lavish and well maintained, and she has high standards for buildings, construction, and mining in her own right. She does also enjoy going on short trips to other dimensions - this doesn't cost her any money going or returning, but being in a place does usually require funds for exchanges, and oh look at that is this a raw ruby? how about this diamond do you like jasper I've got some of that too. She travels in style when she gets wherever she is going under her own power.

She prefers the cold, snowy environments of the high mountains, though she still has to bundle up in them. Her getaways on Zekira are very much 'up in the mountains', Ist as a city zone is situated closer to the coast over a tall cliff, but her Hold there is reasonably far up into the higher peaks. Her land holdings on Zekira are exemplary in the safety and comfort regard, her mine is very well ventilated, well lit, and actually her employees (around 24 varying from Kaumburu up to a rare Atasan that just loves digging around...) have commented about how she is attentive to their needs. Anything that comes out of those mines... can buy pretty much anything her heart desires, including more land, facilities to aid in animal rehabilitation, paying for Pelatih to staff said rehab location, and housing for those employees.

Should she find or sponsor a dragon from anywhere, she will likely see about keeping them on Zekira rather than jumping over the ocean to the Grotto - she likes high cold, not oceanic, settings!

Personality: Kind, in a word. She is not 'lazy kind' she's very active and pursues things openly. Things being 'getting the right gems set into your proper Diadem' and 'you need to bring us to that pit you saw a deer fall into right now'. She genuinely wants everyone to have their best lives, and the places she's visited on her genrehopping jaunts sometimes bring her to tears with inequality, dangerous conditions, or indeed just people being dicks to each other. While she might start butting heads with people politically or in a structured debate, she is not one to just start arguing with anyone, nor even be the first to speak in a group. She will wait, sense and listen in on thoughts - shamelessly - and assess a group or an individual first, though if her powers compell her to act, she will never hesitate. She isn't quiet, nor silent, but she says little until it's either 'her turn' to speak, or she's heard enough and will interrupt.

History: as above, Uxo was a very young child when her psionic ability to work on gems and ores showed up, and her life has been structured around that ever since. Because her family is a mine-owning distributor of Diadem-quality ores and crystals, they afforded personal tutoring in many subjects. While she's not some amazing genius, Uxo is quite capable of learning the basics of any given subject, but definitely excels in her own chosen fields. Her schooling specific to genetic selection is above and beyond what most young teens would have gotten, and it also serves her extremely well when she's on Zekira. Her visions of other dimensions brought her far and wide long before she realized she was actually in another dimension or on another planet, and not, as her family assumed, just 'vividly daydreaming'. When one of her relatives saw her open and close a portal - vanishing through it - they knew that she would also require some particular training for that. They didn't want to lose her to some alien world! But she always does come back, sometimes a little worse for wear, but she's always got something with her: a story to tell at the very least, sometimes an animal, gems and minerals, gear... They're a little on the thankful side that she cannot actually take anything larger than 'a small dog' with her on these personal jaunts, since that portal is small, and suited only to her momentary needs.

When one of those gorgeous Lumin Kings showed up for a conference near her family's holding in the Crystal Dome, all of her senses went haywire about him. He had so much going on in his genetics, and even more with that 'invisible' Diadem? She learned later that Valen's Diadem is embedded under his skin, directly wired like some of those Lumin with a cybernetic connection into their wireless database. But she sensed something else too - a place to go? She 'followed the traces' one afternoon and found herself on a world she learned was called "Zekira". From there it was 'wherever you want', she knew about other worlds and cultures already, but this one was special. They had dragons - but not the terrifyingly huge and rather surly ones local to Dragondeep! Knowing that they would conflict with the locals, the last few weeks have been all about researching specific places to 'hide' offworld dragons from Dragondeep's eternally patrolling dragons, and definitely putting them in a mine would be out of the question (unless they wanted to be there, she guesses?).

She's been thinking on this because someone approached her about 'This one place called Lantessama' that has cold-weather 'holiday' eggs just... waiting? What does that even mean!? She'll find out! Capable of going there and coming home on her own means that she can avoid the potential entanglements with big Dragondeep folk, but her portal might not fit 'two' or even a small dragon. She'll see when the time comes.
