History: Impressed at age 15, after standing several times at smaller clutches. A large and varied group hailing from Sithean was where he finally caught the eye of a stunning and unusually dark brown dragon named Dranyath. Together they trained and were immediately released to Albion when they sent a request for new rider pairs - they were certainly the epitome of 'Higher, Longer, Brighter' in their Thread training! With a good number of years working with the Weyrleader he was given the Wing Third knots and proves himself in every Threadfall.

Name: Dranyath Species: (Pernese Dragon) Gender: Male Color: Midnight - black-brown Size: Medium 9'2" s / 35' l / 70' ws Parents: Progenitor Abilities: Winged Flight, graceful and durable in the air, Dranyath's wings take them high and distant, as well as having developed some interesting moves for particular kinds of Threadfall variations. Spiraling upwards, to scorch the stuff from its falling edge to its source, and coming back down another spout of it, few will try this themselves Teleportation, excellent for leading portions of the Wing, he knows where he is and where they're needed, and can in a pinch also teleport other dragons if they lend their concentration Telepathy, he knows secrets, he won't tell them. He's not 'quiet', in fact quite the opposite, he enjoys participating in animated telepathic discussions with the dragons, but also he knows the value of keeping human minds carefully shielded from the truths of this world Telekinesis, though he's bold in flight and flame, he is weak with this ability, and would prefer to fight Thread with fire Assisted Firebreath, gleaming flames of white, impressive even just with a few bursts, Dranyath keeps his flames somewhat short range so that they can be fanned out, during his spiral moves. This way, a broad amount of Thread is hit, and not the dragons on the other side of it... Personality: clear headed, discreet, extravagant Sociability: extremely social, engaging, and a conversation starter Intelligence: smart and wise, a good combination for a wing lead Mating: mmmmmyesss, that's certainly on the docket isn't it?
