Kali was absolutely blissing. The smells! Oh how chocolate and candy and flowers made her head spin! It was probably that she'd inherited a lot of her father's oversensitivity to things like this, but she enjoyed every moment of it. Kali stuck her tongue out at her sullen brother. He’d found one or two eggs and listlessly put them in a basket (a ‘manly colored’ basket at that) and flopped down next to their mother. Baeris and Baelin seemed quite content to just watch as the eggs were finally removed. Kali on the other hand was absoltely intent on finding the ‘good ones’. Whatever that meant…
So when they hatched, it was to a delighted Kali, a disgruntled Baelin, and a resigned Baeris. Kalkin was still up somewhere hunting his own eggs - or maybe he was hunting xenos, who knew.
