Altsoba, hermaphrodite (female acting) weezle whorling from Everrealm / Edge of Shadows

Altsoba's duty of fighting any threat that the guards detect, is taken very seriously. She is more than she seems, and hides a shame - she's not all 'girl' in fact she's a hermaphrodite but since some of her parts are (like all the Weezles) more or less hidden, she's able to more get by as female. With her attitude as a male, she'd probably be ousted for fighting too much.
