Noen'Aqua'Ael from Carodos

So very different from her compatriot Ers, Noen' is a sweet, even demure dragon. She tends to be placid and helpful, though perhaps a little wishy-washy as judged by the more energetic of the locals. Her lair is near a small lake, which she enjoys swimming around in as much as hovering over.

She helps purify water that's gone bad, and with the swampy area to the east that's been a bit of a problem for the locals. They appreciate her work, though they have tried to give her gifts in thanks she never takes them.
