This page will be for the deprecated dragons I'm removing where I feel it necessary, from Yakima's clutches. I don't want to completely remove them from being online since they may have at some point (in some cases) sired or flown, but they are no longer attached to my characters and have their own little... place. They should not be used in future ventures but will remain here with specs or whatever. All 'art by' is Yakima. Where shown, ignore 'genes' since they literally never worked in any way and should not be a guide to how they work among dragons here. These are primarily from the Sport Frenzy in what, 2021? -- List: White Male Messoth Orteri (4) PAGE TWO because jesus there are a lot of these. Page THREE with mostly Dragonhope/Pern. Page FOUR with yet more things including wolves. |

Dragons Original Bond: Salmand Sitt With Beserth and Sorath navigating the shattered shells and remaining candidates to the entrance - which was as much of a mess as the rest the Hatching with people coming down from the sands to congratulate new riders - the copper-indigo blinked away the sand that was in just a spot that it was very annoying. With Ratanner gone, he was now able to survey the candidates with a...well, as clear of an eye as one could get with this sticky sand sticking to him. It didn't take long for the two-tone hatchling to sense Salmand Sitt standing just on the edge of the candidates as if he had better things to do than be here. Turulth, however, knew that the young man was more than his perfect bond-mate. Human hands could get this annoying sand out of his eye! Navigating to the young man he sat down and very clearly proclaimed into Salmand's mind, Could you kindly get this...sand out of my eye? Salmand blinked a few times then quickly knelt to assist in the problem. Turulth's eyelids experimented a few times before the copper-indigo grinned up at his rider, pleased. Thank you...that was most uncomfortable . “Can't imagine why,” the young man chuckled. “Sand...it gets everywhere.” Turulth snorted. Don't I know it... There you are! Turulth blinked as a green, her hide flecked in copper, came up to them. I was looking everywhere for you! She looked at the copper-indigo. Him, not you...who are you? Turu... That's nice. Salmand hesitated a moment before he grinned. Given that he had watched a few young men and women walk off with two hatchlings, he was not very surprised that he had also managed to do the same. Lucky for him, both of the hatchlings followed him out, side-by-side and far more behaved than some of the others he had witnessed. Of course, this was now. He had no idea what would happen when he produced food for both of... Food? Food! Yep...food may end their perfect behavior real quick... oh also I'll slap these in because fuck them
Silk is quite a bit smaller than Satin, but much faster in the air. Satin is strong and rather large, nearly twice the clouded black's length. They are both male, and tend to compete for 'resources' (snacks, attention, treats, and sleeping space) in different manners. Silk is both more quiet and seemingly more intelligent, while Satin prefers to simply muscle his way in. But both do love their caretaker quite a bit, and under his stern but fair instruction they will do as he asks without hesitation.

I want you and food. “Well, both you shall have,” Leif smiled.

Dragon Original Bond: Lurish You have wings! and the hatchling snapped out his wings only to lose his fragile balance and tumbled nose first into the sands with a yelp. As his rider helped him back onto his feet and not his nose, a bronze darted past them with unerring strides right up to another candidate.
One of the Journeymen Geneticists elbowed his partner. She glared at him, her eyes fixated on her task, but did not look at him until he hissed, “Look! We both win the bet!” She frowned at this but then noticed that he was right - they had both wanted to create the same hatchling - a mix of copper and turquoise. This turned into a bet and a competition. “It’s ‘ won the bet’,” the woman corrected, giving her glasses a push up on her face. “And no...we didn’t create the same hatchling - mine was copper with turquoise markings. That...is the opposite.” “That wasn’t part of the bet,” the other Journeyman insisted. “It was...” As they argued the terms of their minor competition - something that was not uncommon for the Genetics at the Hall or the IGPC - the hatchling flicked her wing in annoyance, trying to dislodge the pieces of shell stuck uncomfortably to her wingsails. Unable to do so, she walked, but her wings kept twitching as she continued to rid herself of the uncomfortable tag-alongs. >

Dragon Original Bond: Rhei Rhei looked down at Diandreth and smiled before doing exactly what her dragon wished her to do. “It’s not the shell making you uncomfortable,” Rhei chuckled as she flung the last of the shell away. “But I know how to fix that!” Yippee! and Diandreth took off without waiting for her rider - thankfully going in the right direction.

tnfh - lons and liros alskyran Lonnon inwardly smiled as she watched her younger sister boisterously interacting with the people and dragons of Isla. Everything was different, the people, the scents, the colors, the dragons. Lonnon calmly chatted with riders about what to expect, casually inquiring about servants or meal times, while her sister was essentially playing the field and making as many quick friends as she could. That was their way, after all. Finally the hatching was announced, the humming of the dragons in the sands was something that neither sister had the slightest warning about. "Oh I like ours best," Liran commented, mysteriously. "What?" Lonnon inquired, unsure what to make of it. "How do you mean?" "More colors," she said, and indicated the rainbow of hatchlings on the sands. The first, a red female, went to Liran - of course. But it was the best, the most beautiful dragoness that ever lived, that came to Lonnon. Black as the velvety sky. Lonnon, a voice said, from the black. Lonnon. The love and pride in her mind's voice was apparent, as was her name. She'd had to move around, weaving like a shuttle between candidates and weyrbrats who reached out - probably in awe - to touch the improbably black dragon. You are the most beautiful dragon here, love. Lonnon said. "Of course I am," the dragoness spoke - startling Lonnon, they could speak so easily at such a young age? Well, that was good. "Let's get off these sands and eat, shall we?" But they didn't get to quite yet - only one dragon had yet to choose, and the moment she did so, everyone was asked to line up. Proudly displaying the dragonets, only one male in the whole clutch, the newly bonded riders walked by as a procession. Lonnon and her sister Liran walked near one another, complimenting each other in every way. Nylinth strutted about, always aware of her movements and proper placement of her feet. Her wings were graceful, and strong - she practiced daily keeping them up in postures that eventually, art students and fashion designers alike would come to appreciate. She could hold a pose indefinitely, and Lonnon praised her greatly for this.
Black Nylinth ** I do not know whether this is the correct image, tbh but it's the only black one I have so fuck it Liran wasn't nervous in the slightest when they were taken to Falas, she eagerly met people and observed their fashion trends. She tried, she really did, to 'properly' represent her family's interests but she was only fifteen after all, and she was rather an excitable girl at that. Her eldest sister Lonnon only tried to correct her behavior a bit, for she herself was caught up - if a bit more elegantly - with the whole arrangement. The dragons! Oh how lovely they were, and plentiful! Though it seemed odd to them, there were so many more greens and blues - and hardly any purples or reds or silvers or blacks where they looked. They both knew it was this "Old World" thing, but to Liran it made her adore being from Alskyr all the more. "More colors," she pointed out, as the hatchlings were bumbling about their shells, "so many more colors." And the first of the bunch of colorful dragonets to find her partner was the brilliant red-colored one, oddly female for her shade. The dragonet straightened her gait, put her head into the air and looked over all the assembled people. She found only Liran's eyes. I am Renyath, and I am as hungry as my siblings... The dragonet thought into her mind. Liran so enjoyed the flavor of this contact, she laughed and lovingly stated for the rest of the world, "Her name is Renyath!" They didn't get to eat just yet, however, they'd wait it out until the end of the hatching before they were allowed to feed. It was a bit weird, not even the Alskyran girls knew of this custom - parading the hatchlings and their pairs in front of everyone, as though they hadn't already been seen enough! They were hungry! Lonnon's gorgeous black dragonet matched her typical outfits, it was pretty clear that these dragons were entirely appropriate for their humans! It didn't take long for little Renyath to grow much bigger. Liran marched confidently around with her dragon's head held high. What a pair they made!

One of the few remaining eggs to shatter did so in such a discombobulated way that when five green heads wiggled free from each other, no one was too terribly surprised. Two of the hatchlings quickly untangled themselves then darted across the hot sands; one to Lonnora and the other to Nikkeyla . As the young woman knelt, Lonnora quickly turned to the amazing copper shimmering off her dragon's hide to the whirling eyes of Iirath.

Story formerly for Veresehes Sanger DEPRECATED INFO on both sites/adopt types I still would like him to be here, if not for these eggs, then for another nest," Veresehes told the group. They were going to leave him to the waiting, he could get his education about dragons straight from the source here. Yet again, perhaps they'd go back to his world at least to escort him home safely, and ask Galfred - maybe they would become a pair of dragon riders... Perhaps. That would be up to Galfred. For now, it was the blood fire mage Veresehes who would wait his turn, and hope to find a friend who would not judge him for his past... But it would wait further, because of the long delay. The eggs weren't hatching, for whatever reason, but they'd return. In the meantime, the group of Sangers tromped the vampire around their own stomping grounds. They took him to the Healing Den to meet Baeris, who was duly impressed by his magics as well as his association with Galfred. Later, as they and others of their dopplegang lounged around in a sub-basement (surrounded by Xeno nests, nests which held bunny-eared or chickie-beaked creatures... Ver would look into those as well, perhaps they'd make good pets) the Sanger group drank and chatted. Veresehes wondered aloud, "why isn't Baeris accompanied by one of the Engels?" That brought a long pause to the group. It was unusual - but then, Kalkin explained, "perhaps it's because I already had one of those, on Pern. And moved him to Alskyr, or at least helped. He was not in the same era as she." "What, so each world only gets one chance?" Said another of their reasonably rare female members, Raven. "That's a shame." "Well there is usually only one of us," the genrehopping Van chuckled. They raised their glasses in a toast to themselves. What vanity this room held. It didn't take long however, before the Healing Den inexorably crept into Wintertime. It wasn't universally favored by the group, but certainly snow had its place. Snowballs, gift exchanges... And one particular gift showed up unexpectedly, near the smallish tree this year. She was fully grown, though young, a Kijana - horse-like with wide feather-topped leathery wings, and heavily magical. Darkly shaded, a bay colored shine to her body. She made her way toward the clump of Sangers on their couch, and Veresehes looked up abruptly from his nog. "You're pretty tall," the female dragon proclaimed of him, "but I think I'm going to be big enough to ride, don't you think?" It was the first time any of the others had seen Ver look truly surprised, he had no more than a moment before the dragoness nudged him with her soft, warm nose. "I am Apolonoia, I'm here for you." She did a little bow, and added, "come on, I want to see if I can fly with you! All that snow over there," she tossed her head and indicated the massive piles of winter snow brought on by various mages, dragons and psionics, "will make a perfectly good cushion if I can't." "I... of course you can," Ver said, "of course you will be able to hold me up." Now, she was much smaller than he expected from a draconic bond, but then again - he was also far more enamored of a creature that was just small enough to actually mount, like a horse, rather than those much bigger ones that other Sangers had found. Why, some of them even had to pick up their rider in order to get him near enough to their shoulder! "Well they look good together," Raven commented, "don't you think?" "They'd look better," Carramba High's Sanger said with a chuckle, "if he'd stay on her longer than a minute..." Dragon: Apolonoia (uh-pall-uh-NOY-ah) |

Formerly Raya of the Usagi FGPC Elves and Magic Frenzy & Zaja Promotores <<< note well that she misspelled this name, and Zaja does not show up on any database.Name Meaning: rabbit - Polish (this is entirely false, lol yakima please do more research, zajec is Macedonian and not spelled zaja) Raya was hardly surprised that people at this Genetic Program at Falas looked at her funny. After all, most if not all of them were merely human. It didn't take long before the eggs were hatching, some had begun wobbling even as others had broken open. Everyone was gathered down there, surrounded by the many dragons, winged wolves, mages and who knew what else, and... When the wings of the mother dragons were lifted, and perhaps two dozen frantic, bumbling hatchlings came spilling out at the candidates, Raya almost had to laugh. They were all adorable! Some undeniably powerful. A few of them bounded over to the group from a parallel world to her own, and apparently Raya had traveled a bit back in time as well as space, because according to them, Zora didn't know of any 'dark arts' schools practicing anywhere yet. And then, a lovely opalescent hatchling came directly for Raya. They had some similarities: red and white to name the obvious. An oooohhh from some of the crowd drew in some attention from the rest of the hatching as a pretty little Askan-Dapheran forest dragonet moved unerringly for her choice in bond. Her opal coat would definitely be a sight to see in full sunlight. Raya knelt to ruffle the tuft of red-white fur on her dragonet's head. "You definitely are a bright one, Zaja," she told the dragonet who beamed at the complement. Raya didn't really intend to hang out very long here, as there were plenty of dragons and mages able and willing to help train her new little one. Raya told Zaja to bid her parents farewell, and they sidestepped back into the school. There would be such fun with this one... Particularly with that ability to move wind. Of course she wouldn't do it during a Broomball match. Really. Yeah. Right! |

RAVERS - this group has dragons that I don't believe have any further representation online? If they do, I'd be very surprised. originally on carramba/dragons/ravers. and ravers2 It was not long before the group of ravermages got settled into things at Falas. They'd gotten instructions on where to go, what to do, what NOT to do... While they all read up on it some took it more seriously than others. But as the time came to attend the hatching, they did get more serious. This was a real change in their lives. What would their folks think? Daren and Marva especially, they were a bit uncomfortable about how this might affect their family lives. But they went down to the hatching sands with the others, cloaked in the simple white outfits that everyone else had to wear. "It isn't enough that we can't be doing magic," Magdelena muttered on the way, "but we have to wear this?" "We have to if we want to get down there," Marva nodded toward the sands. Her little glowsticks still fluttered around her head, rather like flitters that other folks had. So, they stifled their colorful natures and then discovered the hatchlings were as bright as they were under the robes! ((from the hatchings)) The other from that clutch was a shimmer rainbow-white who was certainly looking for a certain someone and didn’t stop until she found Harriet Merritt who laughed when she saw Rhalariarth. “Are you okay?” the little dragonet asked, tilting her head. Harriet nodded. “I’m fine. Just a headache.” Rhalariarth frowned. “That’s not good. Can I help?” “I don’t think so,” but even after she said that, Harriet noticed that her migrane wasn’t as bad as before. “Are you hungry?” “Yes.” Nodding, Harriet lead her dragon off the sands, following the instructions she had been given earlier about where to go when – or if – she bonded (or in her case, imprinted), today.
Name: Rhalariarth ** Magdelena McGowan stood with the rest of the ravers from Carrumba High and watched as one of the Amkalian mutts walked around the candidates as if she was looking for someone in particular. She was about to look at one of the dragonets from Lyraeth’s clutch when the shimmer purple turned to look at her. “Tabel?” Why she said it like a question she wasn’t too sure but she did. Sair’Tabel only smiled. “Yes. You know my name. You are Magdelena McGowan.” The impact of the bonding was rather strong, which would be expected from a part Khatka Amkar as they tend to have a high impact on people when they choose a bond. Magdelena smiled and knelt to touch the young dragoness’ head, finding the small feathers that hinted to be a brilliant golden color. “You like me?” The raver smiled and was helped out of the sands with a few pushes from the other candidates. Tabel followed contentedly, looking up now and then at her bond happily.
Name: Sair'Tabel ** Daren Dorsey was talking with Noah Moses about something when the black Ithan Pyral poked his nose at him. “You look funny,” the black chuckled. “You smell funny, too.” Daren frowned slightly. “So do you…” Looking up, Ithan grinned and created the bond between the two which silenced Daren. “Oh…” Chuckling, Ithan stood straight up and spread his wings as if trying to look intimidating. “You’re small.” “I did just hatch,” the Asavati-kion reminded him with a bit of a wink. “Food sounds wonderful. You know where they’re keeping it?” Daren nodded and picked the cat-sized hatchling up, following the other candidates off the sands.
Name: Ithan Pyral ** The last two raver mages were found at the same time. Noah Moses was a bit surprised to see that the shimmer plant Kassal diros’Jiel (who would then be known as Kassal dir Noahos’Jiel), had decided on him after the many chance occasions that they had met in the Lower Caverns. Marva Diaz found herself staring at the blue Ayith that had recently emerged from her shell, tired and exhausted and still wet. “I was afraid someone was going to take you from me!” the little blue cried, sprawled out at the girls’ feet. “I never want to do that again!” “I’m sure you don’t,” Marva chuckled and picked the blue up to help her off the sands where she could feed Ayith then let her sleep.
