Colors: gold dappled blue, a very dark navy blue body with golden shades on lower face and on neck, belly, inner upper legs, and paw-tail-wing finger tips, along with gentle dappling of gold cream on body and limbs; wingsails royal blue with faint lighter and darker speckling; red eyes

Features: four legs with large paws, two leathery 4-fingered wings; long head with very large eyes and pointed snout, strong body and legs, long thin tail; otherwise no embellishments; Can bond, can be bred with anything size-similar
Powers: Winged Flight - easily distracted and slightly jumpy, he'll choose poorly when deciding to take flight, often enough bumping into things or other fliers, but thankfully with the sense in his head to avoid jets or air traffic... He is however very good while in the air, nimble and swift, apt to suddenly change direction with whim, and as such he's quite difficult to keep track of!
Shapeshifting - this allows him to communicate with non-dragons a bit but he's still rather good at sticking his nose where it doesn't belong, and using his new voice or mouth parts to utterly embarrass himself... or others... His favored forms include a bipedal draconic shape that's basically him at 7'6" tall with thumbs, and a limbless snake-like 'sea dragon' for beach time that he moved his wings to his tail as 'flukes' which is rather clever
Dark and Light Magic - he will shine a spotlight on someone just when they want to be hidden, casually cloak a lost kid while their parents are looking for them in shadows... not maliciously, just not thinking beyond the moment or himself
Empathy - uh huh. As indicated below, his friends are still able to tolerate his behaviors but they definitely know when he's coming, since he's a ball of unending energy and curiosity, or boredom, or fear, or pick a feature, he'll let you know exactly what he is feeling
Blue fire breath - much hotter than you think it should be, given how 'dim' it is; it's not dim because it's weak, it's dim because it's the same shade as his darkest blue coloration, making it almost invisible to many eyes; this fire will definitely burn living things to a crisp, but it does take a bit to latch on to if he accidentally sprays this over a person, they will have a fair few seconds to put it out before they get hurt

Other Info: Resides at Crescent City, had attended a couple semesters at Carramba but kind of dropped after a while, as he couldn't really concentrate on the subject matter and could cause an entire class to do the same

Events or History: Showed up with another of his breed, as a youth, and attended CHS for a short time, and then just kind of wandered away much to the relief of many of the staff and students...
