Abilities: Because their father Voren is strongly dragon-attuned and part of the Blackstone clan known for their mental and psychic prowess, Yvane and her sister both have such abilities themselves. Yvane's tend toward the human side of things while her sister's are more dragon-specific, and as such Yvane concentrates her efforts toward the health and well being of riders in the Weyr. She can feel strong emotions at a reasonable distance, but she's learned how to subdue their effects both in her own mind and in others - she can calm a terrified person, or one with strong emotions, given the right circumstances, and is on hand in the infirmary for this reason.

"He looks like he's trying to be Jaluth!" Of course Epsilon would say that. Because of course he would.

"He absolutely does not," his niece shot right back. "He is brown with white spots, dear uncle, not white with brown."

It seemed that both the dragons in question - the younger brown and white, and the much older much larger white white bronze - agreed with her sentiment. But this was a good sized dragon, and regardless of what colors he sported, Mooith was as good in the air as any other transportation dragon. He could fly steady in strong winds, and never tip his harness or rider, which was essential since they were meant to be carrying injured riders or victims of dangers back to the weyr's infirmary. Safely, they would do so!
