Serra and Jemmi - original story lost before first move...

I have no record of the original page... Sorry. :/

Showing off their painted renditions of their new hatchlings and their weyrling dragons, Serra and Jehmmi look so proudly on... Their fully grown Mugdhath and Niralapanth rest peacefully in the field nearby.

Flip downwards to see the Weyrling! This is blue Mugdhath, very pale as a hatchling!

Jehmmi's Niralapanth is a much more buff and tough brown, grown almost half again larger than his blue clutchmate!

The dust settled after the pair of dragons landed in the open area near Eden's Gate. Several of the children that were still up that late in the evening darted into their homes and roused their parents.

Serra and Jehmmi had returned!

And both of them on dragons! Not just any of course, but fine strong Cincanta dragons. A blue and a brown, how perfect.

"Mugdhath says there is 'burning food' around here somewhere," Serra laughed loudly. "I bet it's coming frommmmm...." She pointed at one of the homesteads, the one with a curl of smoke coming from its fire hearth, "there!"

"You're so observant," Jehmmi said, chuckling. "Niralapanth agrees with that little blue."

"Which little was that?" Serra said, 'nuggieing' her friend on the head - because she was taller she could.

The rest of the cothold roused as much as they would, that night. The dragons weren't there searching, nor for any particularly pressing situation, just to come home for the first time.

The young women bustled their way into the cothold which had the best stew. That was typical and the residents remembered the pair clearly, though it had been almost two turns since they'd seen them.

"How fast those dragons grow," said one resident around a hunk of bread. "They're much bigger than I expected them to be..."

"Especially from a new weyr like Cincanta?" said Jehmmi with a slightly accusatory stare.

"Well, I didn't -- I didn't say that," he stammered, but then Serra pulled out a small booklet.

"We've had our dragons painted when they were little and when they were weyrlings... Learning to fly. Those were amazing times..." Her hazel green eyes misted up with memories.
