Name: Ziva Ryan

Gender: Female, Pan

Age/DOB: ~80? 1956?

Origin: Unknown dimension, Rapture facility

Family: Known to be the daughter of Andrew Ryan, though who the 'mother' might be is up in the air

Other: Also known: on Zekira, she's actually a clone of Kallah-Vahh's daughter Ksaalah, who is not the same as Ruby Lane here... also also, may have visited Talos One, with... interesting results, via Zekira

Height: 5'9"

Weight: 155, leggy and muscular, curvy in the right places, but quite strong for her build

Hair: dark brown, wavy, styled and kept short

Eyes: rich brown, verging on red, large, intense, and quite eager to focus fire right on you if you keep looking at her that way

Appearance: Fair skinned, if she ever got to the surface and saw the sun she might have freckles, but that's hardly likely. Busty, lean, and absolutely loves having the best in fashion - even if it's impractical, she can wear it in style and even into battle

Genetic Abilities: Though Ziva is ostensibly 'human' at her core, she's had so much genetic restructuring done to her via surgeries, tonics and treatments, and plentiful mixtures of Plasmids, that it's hard to say quite how human she is any more. She exhibits the use of nearly all forms of elemental telekinesis: pyrokinetics, cryo, plain old TK, but also teleportation, water production, electrical manipulation, air currents, and even mechanical controls. Though she cannot use these all in very short order, requiring a few minutes down time between each type or two (generally she can use two different kinds of power - one hand for each - but not more). Each ability is short ranged, within 50 meters at most. Her favored are fire and teleportation, by the way. She also shows a tremendous intelligence, because most of the 'treatments' that she's undergone, she's done to herself, and so far they've all been successful. Ziva can open 'tears', between worlds, and that's how she managed to make it into the Rookery's Rapture.

Icarus Processing: None, but... all that other stuff she's done to herself counts.

Skills or Profession: Science and engineering are her preferred professional skill sets. But she's also quite good with fashion and design - she has spent decades examining and even rebuilding parts of her Rapture facility, enjoying more the architectural beauty and artistic styling than the nitty gritty underneath. As a Plasmid engineer she's matchless, but even she thinks that there can be more done to refine and create safer versions of it. Now that she's in a world where Rhea Mercer is still around (hers vanished under strange circumstances, ones which while seemingly similar to those here with Lane, he's never been in her dimension...) she thinks they will be able to work much harder together.
Personality: Focused and single-minded, defensive, and highly protective of Rapture - in any dimension. She's aware that this one isn't 'hers' - and also that she doesn't exist on this world... yet. She has no intention of 'taking over' this facility, but she will certainly help get it up and running again.

Events or History: Ziva was created in the lab, and though there's no evidence any longer, it's highly likely that her mother - or one of them, anyway - was Brigid Tenenbaum. Since those responsible for her creation died more than half a century ago, she's kept working on 'her' projects in 'her' Rapture. It is hers: once her father Ryan was killed, and things had already gone thoroughly to shit there, she chased off all the splicers and remnants of that bygone incarnation of the place, and reinvented it in her own manner. With a skeleton crew and very few actual inhabitants to worry about, she set about recreating a lot of devices, including a genetic device that was where she was born. Every once in a while, weird static flashes would interrupt her: Tears brought by the dimension hopping Elizabeth or ... whoever she's calling herself out there. Ziva extended her own life by decades if not centuries using implanted technology from the machines that are even now being fixed up to enable on-site teleportation - she thinks that is an incredibly clever use of those Vita-Chambers, and has pondered whether they can be tuned to different dimensions. (Here's a hint: they can.)

Yes, she found a dragon in RY9. They reside part-time together, she does still head back to her own dimension regularly, but Pneumo's fine on his own for a bit. He has his duties, she does her thing, they're attached enough that he misses her when she's gone, but like Hades and Persephone in the underworld, she doesn't belong there the whole time.

Dragon

Name: Pneumo
Gender: Male
Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium (broad) 8'4" s / 50' l / 88' ws
Colors: entire dorsal area from nose to tail, including wing arms and fingers, spines and ears, is a mottled crimson, black-red, and slightly brighter blood red; from chin to under tail including wing wrists, belly spines, and limbs is a bright sky blue with only faint blots of blood red here and there; belly armor and behind legs slightly paler blue with mottled sky; wingsails and all fins are cloudy white through medium blue patterned in frigid icy looking clumps; horns and claws indigo violet, markings are normally vibrantly reflective white*, eyes pale yellow
Features: Sea-Skywing, Sea dominant except for those wings, which are used primarily for propulsion undersea
Powers: Winged Flight / Swimming, Pneumo is probably the fastest thing under water, and woe to anyone that challenges this idea. He can use those massive Sky Wings of his to explode from a standstill (float?) into a 50 mph dart without more than two wingbeats. For the record, while there are small animals capable of that speed, he chases and eats those fish... He cannot really achieve this above the water, mainly because his body is not geared for aerial flights, being very tail heavy - well, heavy overall - so he would struggle to get much speed in the air. However, he can use his strength to lift things from the bottom of the sea up to the surface, and is relied upon as his namesake was, for this purpose: to move people in the pressurized bathyspheres from the Aerie above, to Rapture below. Lacking a mechanical method, though the spheres can be powered on their own, they would rather conserve the power and fuel needed; dragons are way more fun. As long as he doesn't play with the ball like a toy...
Communication, like his sibling, he has a big vocabulary that he reserves for talk with his bond human. He understands a lot of the technical aspects of what Ziva does, though he can't really manipulate small items he does enjoy being able to root through the rubble to locate a specific tool or piece of machinery and retrieve it without pause. He can speak English and mainly Vort, with a booming and sub-sonic overtone to his voice that he must be careful with. Like some other Seawings, his voice can produce a sonic shockwave, and that endangers the City nearby. He also does have an empathic bond to Ziva, but this might equally be because of her own Plasmid-based powers.
Undersea Adaptation, obviously like all Seawings, Pneumo is able to withstand tremendous pressure, chill, and breathe water thanks to gills on his neck. He can see great distances in even very dim lighting, and produces his own*. He can breathe above water as well but be warned, he will clear his lungs with a massive sneeze and you do not want to be under that... Because he is quite well adapted, going from the Aerie to Rapture only takes a few minutes of his speedy swimming - a feat which might damage other dragons and certainly would kill humans or Vorts from the pressure. So it's best to make sure the bathysphere is sound before travelling with Pneumo.
Heated Water Breath, because Skywings are known for their fiery breath weapon, and Seas for their watery ones, Pneumo's is more or less in between: a gush of warm but not hot water. It's the one thing he's almost ashamed of, after all he should be the best at everything? But no, his water breath can serve in other ways than attacking. With it, he will warm the area around the bathysphere before the people inside it exit, making sure that their arrival either to the stormy and often frozen Aerie or down to the frigid depths in Rapture, are comfortable. He can only heat an area about the size of himself, which means he can wrap himself around the sphere and use this ability, also he can heat things only close by.
*Color and Light Production, the large patches on his skin which are usually bright white and reflective can be flashed to produce bright colors in sequence, or dim down to be unseen if really needed (though he hardly ever is seen with 'dim' patches, because... well, he wants to be seen); this light is usually yellow, pale red, spring green, or sky to robin's egg blue, and usually only visible for a short distance. He has other ways of providing communication or warnings to dragons or people at distances greater than 200 meters, which is about the extent of this visible ability.
Parentage: Sibling to Blood Blizzard, who's bonded to Paxton, likely the Skywing was quite red
Origin: Adopted from Moonshimmer981 on Deviantart, Wings of Fire by Tui Sutherland
Other Info: A showoff, but a very capable one. Pneumo loves being relied upon, and will do anything in his power to do the best thing and do it shiny! He would rather prove his worth than fight for it, though, and he knows that there are smarter or stronger, better fliers, or dragons with little fingers that can do fiddly tech bits - and he lets them to it. He will serve as a communication carrier, or escort service for the Aerie, and enjoys every moment.
